Had an appointment to have my tires rotated which shouldn’t take long at all. After 40 minutes of waiting I asked when they would start to do the service and then I was told it wouldn’t be for a long time. I was never told when I arrived that they wouldn’t be able to work on my car and my appointment wouldn’t be honored. I took my keys and went right across the street to Firestone and they instantly worked on my car. I would’ve understood that they were short staffed and needed to reschedule my appointment but to have someone sit with no plan of doing the work is unacceptable. Firestone is the place to go.

Leon was great. He honored a warranty from a different location when he really didnt have to. Long story short, the other location did not do the work correctly, so I surely didnt want to go back there to have the problem fixed. So thank you Leon, for being so incredibly helpful today!!

Loved the attitude of these guys! My car was in bad shape and they were honest to tell me what was going on in my oil.. I ended up trading my vehicle in a week later with a beautiful new car!

I got a nail in my rear passenger tire. I was close to Conrads so I went there first, they told me they couldnt get it plugged right away and expected me to walk home and walk back later. I called NTB and the guy was really nice. Said he would get me in right away. They were able to quickly plug the tire and get me home in time to get my child off the bus. Thanks guys you rock! This isnt the first occasion they have saved my butt with quick, friendly, cost effective service. They really do a great job.

Brought my car in for an oil change and alignment on a Monday. By Wednesday, the car was severely leaking oil, so car was brought in again. They tried to tell me that the car is known to burn oil, but cars dont burn oil when they are off. Was told that they tightened the drain plug and filter. Thursday, car is leaking oil again and I bring it in again and they tell me it doesnt seem to be leaking from where they touched, so its not their problem. Then I brought my car into the dealership, and the tech told me that the drain plug washer was not replaced (a one time use part), and it was very apparent they did it incorrectly and tried to cover it up. I was also told the oil was overfilled. The workers here are just fine at doing alignments and tire changes, but I do not trust them at all to do oil changes or anything of the sort.

I take my car to NTB for oil changes, new tires etc. Leon is always so personable and helpful. When he is not there the service is not the same. There have been several times that I have picked up the car and it has oily fingerprints on the white leather seats and door.

I dont do a lot of the review thing, but had to for my visit to this tire shop. My job is considered an essential business and while I really dont want to be out and about, I have to. I had a tire going down last week while headed to Beachwood. I was happy to see these guys open. I was greeted by two very friendly older gentlemen. Never once did I feel my little problem was a nuisance to them. I was very reassured by the fact that they were wearing gloves and had a very diligent cleaning routine to keep me at ease while in their office. They truly took our current situation very serious. Making mention of their 3 hour sanitation checklist and doing all they could to make me feel safe. I was surprised that they could fix my tire and get me back on the road in 20 minutes. Im very critical of services I receive, sometimes expecting perfection. I have to say, this was about the closest to perfection I have ever had from somebody at a repair shop. These guys should be commended. I will be back for ANYTHING I need!!!

Had the infamous nail in the tire, most likely from the recent highway construction near my house. Anyway, gave them a call on a Saturday morning. They squeezed me in, got my tire repaired quickly and at a reasonable cost. Helped get my weekend back on track. Thanks!

Needed a tire taken off a rim and replaced with another today. Great service as always. As busy as they were, they took me ahead of my appointment and got me out quickly. Definitely consider Hudson NTB next time you need tire services. Thanks guys!

There wasnt even an air hose outside to inflate my tire the loan the service I get at the NTB in Hudson where somebody comes out and does it for you the manager would be fired

I needed a battery in my Terrain last minute. Nobody would help me at parts stores. Something about a computer being on my battery. The guys in Hudson took me in without hesitation and got me back on the road. They didnt care that it was 7:00 at night. Im glad I found SOMEBODY that was willing to help out a traveler in need.

These guys are absolutely THE best! Bend over backwards to make sure your needs are addressed and never get pushy. Thats important to a female as we are always taken advantage of by repair shops. Thank you Mike for not trying to rebuild my car, while educating me of needs to extend the life of it. Will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Friendly but understaffed.

Went in with a leaking tire after purchasing tires through another company. they found the leak and Mike asked me to check if I had coverage at the other shop I purchased the tires from. It turns out I had free flat tire repairs. the guys at that shop are good, polite and honest. They could have charged me but instead they got me taken care of quickly and didnt rob me of money I could use for the holidays. Thanks guys, I will be back for future oil changes and any other repairs I need.

We have been using NTB in Hudson for years, yes, I do miss Eric. However, the new manager Mike has been very attentive to our needs and we will continue to use NTB for all of our car service

Took my car in to have wheel balancing done they did a great job.

So initially I loved this place. However after changing mechanics they started sharing what they were finding that was done to my car that was wrong. Oil changes weren’t being done correctly (confirmed by another mechanic and my dad) with even broken parts not mentioned, brakes weren’t completed with all new parts like I paid for. I would not trust this place after the experience I had.

Went there today with a slow leak and they addressed the issue without an appointment in a timely fashion for a reasonable price.

Had them mount my snow tires on my Porsche Cayenne. They did a great job. The car is a little more complicated than most to work on but Devon Smith was knowledgeable, professional and even knew how to reset the pressure sensors and tell the cars computer that it had the snow tires mounted.

Ive been going to NTB Hudson for many years, and theyve done some goofy things in the past, but nothing harmful. That changed last week when I took my car in for a brake and tire check before driving to Maine. $973 later, I was assured that I was ready to go with new tires and brakes. I didnt really drive it much before getting on the PA Turnpike for 5 hours. I began to notice that every time I hit a bump, it sounded like I had no shocks. So I tried to be slow and careful until reaching Harrisburg late that night. I took it in at 7 a.m. the next morning to a local NTB and they couldnt believe what they found: there were no bolts on the front left caliper. I stopped in to tell the store manager about it when I returned, and all he could say was that it was an experienced mechanic and how could they make it right. They didnt find extra parts laying around my car? They didnt test drive the care? What if my young grandson had been injured or worse? I will never trust this NTB again.

Mike and his staff always go above and beyond. Wonderful customer service. Great work!! Prices are very reasonable!! Have used them for about 5 years now. Highly recommend

I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Not only are they very knowledgeable but they are also friendly and respectful. The store manager will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with the work they have done. He will even take you home or to work while your vehicle is being worked on. Best shop in local area!

Dont make an appointment because its first come first serve even if you do and be prepared to be double charged for a single tire balance if you have a flat.

First time ever reviewing somebody! These guys are great. Extremely professional. Being a nurse means your car might still have issues. Virus or no virus, cars dont care. I still have to work. My tire had a big nail in it. Some places didnt give me the time of day, but these guys did! I felt very safe with the measures they were taking to provide a clean, safe environment. Im out in the field, so I know. Theyre all marked off, cleaning public areas every three hours,, and even make it so that you dont even need to go in the office if you dont want to. Great job guys! And thanks for getting me back on the road and fixing my tire!!!

I maybe gave NTB Hudson to much credit to early! Check engine light was on, I asked if they could fix whatever was wrong, a course we can! Mike D was nice and knowledgeable... But I spent close to $650.00 on parts/service that didn’t equate to fixing my problems! When I picked up my car and left there.. check engine light came on 10 mins later!! For how knowledgeable they were, they got the most money out of me and didn’t fix the problem!!You would of thought they would of said we’re sorry this can’t be fixed on our end here is 75% of your $$ back because, I did do a wheel alignment and engine flush! Next time just be honest and tell the person the issue is deeper then what we can do!

MIkey, the older gentleman with the nice hair, was a pleasure to deal with. I really needed four tires for my car and never bought tires before. I didnt know there were so many options. He was very patience and explained the cost and benefits of each tire. They also went above and beyond by checking out my brakes and letting me know that im going to need new ones in the near future. They even gave me an estimates for them. I will definitely will be back, and highly recommend this place for any of your automotive needs.

Grossly overpriced. Seven hundred dollars for one front wheel bearing and tie rod end is ridiculous, but I was stranded three hours from home and my options were limited.

I was having car troubles on my way to a family get together while driving down the turnpike. Called an NTB closer to the turnpike and they were too busy so I called this location and they said come on in. I stopped in and they did the engine diagnostic, which I thought wasn’t a horribly unreasonable cost but you know you gotta pinch pennies when you can. They tracked the issue down to an engine control unit update from my Jeep dealership. I went to a dealer and NTB was correct, just needed updated. Thanks for the hard work and the perseverance, I’m glad repair shops like this are still out there.

Courteous and quick service. Ive brought my car here a few times before for micellaneous things and Ive never had an issue. Work is completed quickly and at a decent price.Two days ago, after I had terrible service at another location, I brought my car here because its very near to my office. Not only were they able to correctly re-diagnose the flat spot on my tire as a bent wheel, they also found a second bent wheel that the other shop had missed. Additionally, I had asked for some of the plastic under the engine to be trimmed as I had hit something that morning on the highway and it had started to drag.I dropped my car off around lunch time and it was done within 2 hours, well ahead of when it was promised. They moved the wheel from front left to right rear where it would be less noticeable, and used some zip ties to secure the plastic under the car. When I picked my car up at the end of the work day I was handed the keys and a quick explanation of the issues along with a quote for a new wheel. As I went to leave I realized I didnt pay, and when I turned back and asked, the service adviser told me there was no charge and sent me on my way with a smile.I know Ill be back whenever I can.

So impressed with the knowledge and customer service. My car broke down, I took it to Monroe, they told me to have it towed somewhere else because they couldn’t figure it out. Had it towed to ntb, they called within an hour, sent me a video of what was wrong and fixed it. Will always take my car here for any repairs.

November 11th I came in to order tires for a 6 hr trip we were leaving on Friday, 15th after 3pm. Store didnt have them in stock but had a set shipped FedEX that evening. Not having any concern they would not get installed by our trip. Friday the 15th comes around and no tires. Had to rent a car for a 6 hr drive to Maryland and back. Call Tuesday, 19th at 7:48am and still no tires. Leon called me back at 9:13am and said he was sorry, not sure what happened but no tires. They have a set in Brookpark they could get by Friday, well we leave for FL on Thurs. Failed again. Worst experience ever and my car is in the garage on jack stands without tires. Its not the local guys fault so who messed this experience up as I am stuck still. All I got was a sorry, even if they would have took 10% off I would have been ok but nothing but a sorry. Horrible experience.

I go here for all of my vehicle repairs and I dont see that ever changing. The prices are great and the people are nice. They also have a great waiting area.

Amazing experience today at NTB in Hudson. First and foremost, Leon, was amazing when I called the day before to schedule. He listened and did his best to accommodate my work schedule and letting me know a ball park figure to budget for. I arrived and was greeted by Rich. He was also amazing getting my information and getting me all checked in and explaining things. The tire work I needed was done quickly and efficiently. Finally, the customer service, knowledge, honesty, and more than fair pricing offered by Michael Danford made my day. Ok, actually it made my whole week that much better. I was so upset that I had two tires with a nail in them at the same time and they listened, empathized, and made sure I left completely satisfied and without denting my pocketbook too bad. I would recommend them to everyone I know. With a teenage daughter a safe car is very important to me. Thank you soooo much for everything!!!!!

I attempted to not even give 1 star but the system would not let me post without rating as I rate the overall experience as the worst I have ever had. The Mgr. or staff assisting me was unfriendly at the beginning and I felt like I was being over charged. When I ask about the price the overall attitude was less than friendly with the explanation but I went forward with the service as I was traveling long distance the next day and needed it done. Prior to brining the car for my morning appt. I had a slight coding of ice on the windshield. So my wife waited in the car for me to scrape off so we could proceed to the shop. Not knowing it would be important at the time but that allowed me as well as her to see in detail the windshield of our 2018 Honda van. I dropped off and when I returned to pick the vehicle up I paid and the Mrg. surprised me by giving me $10.00 off the price. I was happy proceeded to get in the car but upon walking up immediately saw a crack in my windshield. I looked closely and appears something with a point fell at the bottom of the windshield passenger side and cased a crack to run about 2 inches. Prior to even starting the car I went and got the Mgr. to view. Not even a sorry or any empathy he immediately stated that they did not do it but we can ask the Mechanic. I stated, there is no way this was here prior to me bringing the vehicle in . He stated, do you want to ask the mechanic or not. I stated sure but based on your attitude I know the response. He walked me to the garage, yelled out the mechanics name and stated did you do this? Not surprised, he stated no. That was it there was nothing I could do. Not even a sorry came from the Mgr. I drove about 1/2 mile to the office and the 2 cracks had started running another 2 to 3 inches. I called the ins. company explained the situation but they could not get a repair company out for 2 days. I was concerned based on the fact that what ever fell on the windshield created a deep crack. After speaking to a reputable Honda service dealer I proceeded on the 10 hour trip next day. By the time we got to our destination we had 2 cracks that ran over a foot to 2 feet long. Overall result, I am getting the windshield repaired at my expense. We then have to have a dealer calibrated the cameras once in and I understand I will not get the same windshield as the one in now is manufacture grade which includes some tenting. I was happy to see NTB send me this survey as I wanted to inform all of my Hudson friends and community members to avoid this NTB! Thanks

Great pricing, honesty and integrity. I needed a set of 6 Load Range E tires for a Chevy 3500 Dually. Got prices from numerous shops - both local shops and national chains. NTB in Hudson had the best price for Coopers (a great tire) which was a couple hundred less then the next closest (Dunlop) and a few hundred less then Bridgestones, which I priced elsewhere.... Well, somewhere between specification, estimate, shipping and installation, the wrong set of coopers got installed at NTB. Once this error was identified, Eric and Leon took care of the issue, ordered new tires, rushed the install, and even though the resulting change was about $250.00 more cost difference ; they honored the original estimate and price. I know at other shops, this would have been a big hassle, but at NTB Hudson, these guys took care of everything and were super friendly and professional from start to finish without a hassle of any sort. Highly recommended.

Horable experience they where disrepectful, rude, interruped me while on the phone with manger. I ask for two new tires on the front of my car and they put them on the back then would not switch them. So my husband did would not give us labor charges back. Truly decused how they treated me and did care that they stole $416 dollars for two tires from me.
