I bought a car from Carvana, and it was delivered last night. I was driving it this morning and the brake peddle and car was pulsating when I went to brake. I called Carvana who sent me a list of places that their warranty company uses. I called up and Mike told me to bring it in right away. As soon as I arrived, he came out and greeted me and explained how the process works. He looked at my car and said it need new pads and rotors since they were all rusted. Dave, who used to work at an Audi dealership called the company and made sure they knew resurfacing them would not be possible. I was a little annoyed that I had to bring it in since I just bought it but they both made the process so easy. They called and took care of everything for me. I was there about 2 hours and left with all new brakes and rotors. Car runs perfectly now and couldnt be happier. If youre looking for a place with knowledge, friendly mechanics I would highly recommend them! Will be bringing my car to them for anything it needs. Usually dread having to take my car into mechanics but these guys had me laughing which made it pretty fun. Thanks Mike and Dave, car is 100% better. I appreciate all your work in getting my issues taken of of.

I went there for state inspection of my car and they started working on it right away. I had made an appointment beforehand. The tests were done promptly. Had to wait for the manager who was out for some reason coz other guys didnt have the right access and authority to complete the inspection. It is more expensive than Midas who charge only 35 thats why a 4 star but youll have to wait longer at Midas so I was happy to pay that extra bucks.

The service was amazing and everybody was so helpful. Will definitely be taking my car here again to get work done!

I had a tough 2020 health wise and was unable to get my car inspected so I dropped by,even though they looked busy they took my car right away. I explained my situation and I think his name was Michael ? I know his last name was James,, he couldnt have been nicer. He took my keys and told me hed take care of it.At frst he said hed have to give me a 2021 sticker, then in June Id have to get a 2022 which was ok so I left my car and came back. To my surprise he was able to give me a 2022 sticker I was thrilled and so very grateful, he could have easily gotten two inspection costs from me but he didnt. He was so kind and so helpful, and he really listened to my situation in a caring way. I dont know what I would have done if not for him. This is the third time Monros has helped me out!! So Mr. James, I just want to publicly thank you for having such a kind and caring heart !! from now on, for Honest Service Monros my Go to for car service !!!!

I try not to review harshly, especially if my experience wasn’t great. But in truthfulness, as often use and have been to many different Monro shops, this specific shop wasn’t great.Everyone was pleasant enough. The mechanic who completed my job was nice and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. However, compared to all of my other experiences at a Monro shop, I wasn’t asked about any specifics for my services that day. I think almost every other time I’ve been asked about a coupon or if I wanted a specific additional service done. I was told it would take an hour, it took a little over an hour and 20 minutes which was fine enough. While I was waiting outside, after returning once an hour passed, the mechanic brought out my air filter. He told me that he was almost done and showed me the air filter. After I asked the price, I said yes. I thought he said $15, this service was actually $50. This was my mistake. For reference, I got the upgraded high mileage oil change.5 minutes later, I cashed out and the air filter needed up being more expensive than the oil change.That is my genuine experience. These are tough times economically, so I had no problem paying the bill. What I will say is that I put that prior air filter in myself. I purchased it for $10.99. Overall, this wasn’t so horrible that I wouldn’t go back because I would if I had to. But I definitely prefer the experience I had at other Monro shops and even other mechanic company’s and would choose those first.

Last night I came here changing my new tire, while they were changing it they broke my tire pressure sensor & they set a wrong one it was not working they the sensor price with setup is 200$ cost ( cot from Toyota). They sent me other mechanic store in Lowell help out what is wrong.I went there and I came back long way. They are not expert about car.They charge money and they request pay cash and I paid cash however they didn’t give any receipt! I have all prove with photo and conversation records with the Mecanic who work for my car.

The Manager Michael was honest straight forward even gave all the promotional discounts without having to ask. The whole staff was friendly and courteous. We will make this our go to mechanic in the future. Thank you all! Have a safe and Happy Hoildays!

Its possible that the errors were honest mistakes, but it seemed more like the bill was being artificially inflated. All I wanted was a winter tire changeover; four provided tires mounted and balanced on the existing rims. The first quoted price was nearly $200, with multiple services duplicated on the work order. For comparison, at most chain shops in the area the total is usually under $100. I had to call out errors on the work order twice and still overpaid IMO. The only reason I didnt leave and go somewhere else was the urgency of me needing the tires installed that day.

Great experience at Monroe they were more than fair even had someone come to my house to get my tires so I didnt have to make many trips...very pleased will definitely be back..

Today is a Sunday. My mother was on her way to meet me at a family cookout. Her muffler suddenly broke and her car was failing. She called in a panic. She pulled into Monro here off the highway in Hudson, NH. When I arrived, she was talking to Mike. Mike was here luckily on his day off, he said he would take a look at it. Mike was overly courteous and helpful. He showed us what was wrong with the exhaust and gave hints and tips on what to look for for future repairs and maintenance. Not only will my mom be bringing her car to mike in the future, but so will I.Mike really helped turn a bad start to the day into a great day. I don’t normally leave reviews but this wasn’t an ordinary visit. He really went above and beyond to help my mother. Thanks Mike!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I brought my car here for the first time about six months ago when I needed new tires and then again just recently for a new blower motor and an ac line repair. The employees here are unbelievably friendly and helpful especially the manager Micheal who clearly explains problems and options and will get you in and out in a timely manner. It is refreshing to deal with somebody who is so kind and honest and at such a good price. They’re now my go to for any vehicle problems.

Tonight Triston and his assistant as always did a awesome job. Polite and courteous, and thorough. Very happy we found these folks, and they have been taking care of our vehicles for a few years now. Super honest and quick. We have two cars and were scheduling one for a few fixes. We asked about an estimation another person gave us for our other car. The guys here took my boyfriends car in for 10 mins to do a quick diagnosis and came back said the other place was wrong, explained the issue and even printed him out a page listing that the part he needed was recalled! Honestly saved us a couple grand and we are so thankful they took the time to do that. :)

Ive gotten excellent service here, they are honest with me about whats needed to repair my car and have on more than one occasion stopped me from spending money on unessary repair . always polite and professional. Highly recommended them.

They were very busy both times I went so I can’t blame the wait time on them completely. I went for brake work and pads. The thing I didn’t like is that while fixing this they broke my brake censor and then tried to charge me for a whole new cylinder when they broke it. I just never went back after that nor will I ever. Some of the workers are not honest. Very sneaky trying to make me pay for something they broke while doing repairs. I called then argued with them they finally agreed to fix it free of charge but I don’t want to deal with them. Be careful know your vehicle.

Monro muffler in hudson is my go-to shop for any services with my car. They are fast, efficient, and very reliable. I’ve been to a few shops around the nashua and hudson area, they are the only one i trust.I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Quick service with cant beat prices. Havent picked up my vehicle yet but the communication is far above what Ive come to expect from other auto shops. Strong possibility that I may be switching over to them from my old auto shop.

Best discount I had ever around the area!

I had my oil changed here this week and they did a great job! They did a complimentary inspection of my car as well. The most important thing is that they were friendly, informed but respectful. I DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED to get a service done by them, nor was i pushed into any decisions i did not want to make. I really appreciate this about them and will be back as a result.

This place lives up to its reviews. I called to get an appointment and the manager (Mike) explained that by the time I would get home from work its close to their cutoff time for an oil change. Still, he said no problem: bring my truck in. Then once I got to the shop, he was all business and got the service done fast and the price for a full size pickup truck was great. Im coming back here for my next oil change.

Was greeted warmly by the manager Chad who had his team diagnose the issue with the vehicle that my son uses and I felt that they were very thorough in diagnosing the issue. Was quoted a price and vehicle was fixed promptly and properly. Will definitely return even though it is a distance from my home, it is worth the trip!

Came in for a flat repair of my driver side front tire this afternoon. At check out I was advised that they didnt have any more patches in stock and that they had to go to a nearby Walmart to get a slim Jim style patch which are not DOT approved as I understand. When I educated the guy on this he made a last minute decision not to accept my money. Earlier on he asked if I could pay in cash.Just wanted this on record somewhere in case my tire blows out on the highwayTwo weeks later and I’m having issues with the same tire. I assume the make-shift patch is giving outAdditionally I need to add that it is my belief that this facility does not contain a single automotive professional.

Didnt mean 1 star. Made an appointment. An actual appointment. They said, be here for 1 oclock. I showed up a little early to be told it would be an hour or more before they could even pull me in for an oil change. Simple oil change.... The worst part was the attitude of the guy behind the desk. Acted like it wasnt his problem that he cant manage the techs time to honor an appointment they scheduled. Such unprofessional behavior. Learn how to manage your time, your technicians and, act like you actually care about where you work. Customer service only works if you have customers. I wouldnt let the people there put air in my tire. So... No stars.

Really happy with the new management. I had a low tire when leaving Walmart a few months ago. Chad had one of the guys bring my car right in and found a nail. They repaired it and had me on my way in no time. All this when they appeared to be very busy and still got me in right away. They now service all 3 of my cars as well as some family and friends. These people are more than just a muffler and brake shop. After I was sent on my way from a tire shop down the street these wonderful guys took me in very quickly to repair a hole in my tire. I am very thankful for all their recommendations they also pointed out to me along with their quote for new tires. I highly recommend giving them a shot!

I needed exhaust work on an old Toyota Sienna. I knew it was going to be expensive and I wanted the work to be done within the day.I made an appointment the day before. I was happy the job was done within the day and they took the time to explain the parts needed to be replaced and the ones that did not. It was still a pretty good price tag to fix the exhaust, but I knew it was going to be. My fear it would have been crazy money, but it wasnt. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience.

I went to the Hudson store last week not having an appointment for an oil change. They told me they could get me in and I went over to Walmart for a few things. Got a call Promptly and the manager chad highlighted a few important issues with my vehicle. I didn’t have a whole lot of extra money but he worked with me to get a few things fixed. This is my new mechanic shop for sure

As I read all these reviews I am shocked. I have been getting my oil changes and inspection stickers through the Hudson site for at least 4 plus years now. I have never had a problem, always taken quickly, work done quickly. I am always greeted by whoever is behind the front desk immediately and professionally. I have never been ignored or treated rudely. I always use my coupons when I go too. A few times they were to busy, so I scheduled a time and came back, got right in and was out in under an hour. Just wanted to share my positive experiences.

I love this place. I’ve come here multiple times with different vehicles for service, inspection, oil changes, etc. The staff at this location are very friendly, Andrew is my favorite, he always has a smile and a kind word even when he’s busy. The only downside is they are usually busy so make sure to make an appointment or you might have to wait. Plus side to waiting at this location is that there’s a Walmart next to it so it’s a good place to kill time if you have to.

Took advantage of a coupon with free tire rotation/oil change/wiper blade replacement for $19.95 and a couple of other checks. Theres a couple of other small fees but it was less than $28 total. A tire rotation can be about $20 and blades can run upwards to $25 so the deal is definitely worth it. It was so good I did both of my cars The wait wasnt too long so it wasnt bad at all but I will say that I went mid-week so it was easy to get in.

Not really sure how this place gets any 5 star reviews. This place to advantage of me and ruined my car and refused to acknowledge it or make it right. The manager was nice enough but that’s pretty much the only decent thing I can say about this.

Disappointing, even with what seems like new management they do little to try and win you over. Not a salesman in sight because Michael likes the fall on his lap money. Didnt ask to see if he could do a better price or whats my range just here you go cya. Thats not a person you come to trust with something you depend most of life with.

My wifes cars muffler came off during a snowstorm. Brought it into Munroe because they were local and we needed to get it fixed as soon as we could after the dealer turned us away because they were over booked. The guy on the counter was friendly with us and the other customers who stopped in. We left the car with them and two hours later got a call that it was ready. The job was done well, and the price was lower than we expected. Ill go back again as I have no complaints so far.
