I read some reviews last month about this Company I gotta be Honest Alex is beyond excellence. Him and his team are very professional As a Home builder I call Alex When ever A new construction is ready for All major floors, and Counter tops these guys know what they are doing. They come in with in a week everything is ready and done. As a Home builder Floors are the very last thing important on a list to get a home ready for closing. I recommend Professionalism to anyone who wants Flooring done.

The team at Royal Floors from Alex to Carlos are very professional and proved to do excellent work. I have done wood, laminate, and tile floors in my many homes I have purchased. I currently did not have the time to work, so the wife suggested I find someone to do the job.I am very picky...ask Carlos... I watched their entire work effort. This group really impressed me. Alex offered his best design and technical knowledge, the install team listened to my suggestions and needs, and the final product was excellent. They also took their time, very respectful, clean, and real craftsman...not newbies to the business.The most important point is that their price was the best... I shopped hard and contacted by homebuilder family back home in Atlanta. Alex and I worked through all the different products to find my preferred solution. His price was right where he quoted....the best in town! He did not push me toward higher prices, but offered me the good and bad on each of the Lawson products.My only negative comment is that I wanted him to do more on a Saturday, but his supplier was closed and we could not move to another project I wanted done while they were there. Next time.

Alex was recommended through a friend. As it turned out, I know his brother who works at Imperial Collision (another great co.) who fixed my car after an accident. Anyway, Alex did a great job, he came out the same day I called him to give me an estimate, it was a lil more than what I thought, but that is because I had more sq ft than I thought. I dont know anything about laminate flooring or cost or any of that stuff, Im a first time home buyer. So I spoke to my boss who just had his house built and hes a man, so he knows all about this stuff, he confirmed that the price Alex quoted me was a very good deal and to go for it, so I did. He came, finished the job in 2 days. I came home and was like WOW! The flooring he suggested was beautiful. The only lil gripe I had, was that there was dust everywhere from the small bit of tile that had to be removed but its just dust and it cleaned up real easy. Im very happy with my floor. He did an awesome job! A+++++

Must pay Uncle Sam sales tax, of course YES. However, cash paid after the job was done, including sales tax (of course), still no receipt or invoice after 4 WEEKS. I will report his business with BBB and the sales tax bureau. DONT PAY THIS ALEX TILL YOU SEE YOUR INVOICE

These guys came in to do an engineered wppd floor removal and installation. Quality materials, great attention to detail, and a willingness to work within the lienholders rules. I highly recommend them, and will use them in the future.

Alex or Ali is the worst contractor we have dealt with. Dealing with him was a nightmare. Work quality was extremely poor and many of his work had to be redone at our expense. We had to hire a different contractor to finish the job and fix all his mistakes. Numerous items in our home were destroyed because of carelessness and overall lack of preparation. No apology was offered. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Classic bait and switch, do not be tempted by low prices offered and his many promises, you will end up paying more. Rude and treats workers badly. Also our home was so dirty and trashy after he left. He has no respect and care for the home hes working on. All he wants is money and more money. He even insisted on charging us tax for labor when no tax should be charged for labor only. He also has no storefront as he is portraying on his website. Will not deal with or recommend.

Alex and his team just installed over 2000 sqf of laminate floor for us and we are very happy with our gorgeous new floor. My husband and I did a lot of research and compared prices online and local big boxes, DIY or hiring professional. After getting several estimates and reading customer feedback, we decide to give Royal Floors of Houston a try. The job took two full days and Alex was in and out monitoring the work quality constantly. After the project completion and paying off the remaining balance, I did a thorough cleaning and inspection of the new floor. We found 3 areas making noises every time we walked by and called Alex right away. He and his team came back two days later, re-level and re-install the floor to make sure I am 100% satisfy. It is a big investment for us, so we want to make sure everything is done not just right but can last for decades. We are so happy with their work and the final result. I strongly recommend anyone whos considering installing laminiate floor to contact this company.
