Initially we thought John did a good job and I recommended him to others (thank goodness no one used him). When our polyurethane began to peel all over 6 months later, he refused to fix it and tried blaming us for the issue. We have other hardwood floors throughout our home and always have without any problems like what we were experiencing with John’s work. Our contractor had to hire another floor company to redo the sanding, staining and sealing. Basically everything other than replacing the raw wood flooring. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire John Pham wood flooring. He does not stand behind his work and you’ll end up having to hire someone else fix his shabby work!

I contacted John to come see my hardwood floor; I had a water damaged and my floor was complete ruined; he inspected my floor and we came into agreement over the price; I choose the type of hardwood floor; and within a week he removed; clean; and installed the new hardwood floor; Im very satisfied with the result.

John lives in my neighborhood. This is also his place of so called business. We wanted someone to replace the Threshold and transition strips and quarter round in our home. He wanted 1500.00 to do a maybe 500.00 job. He messed my floors up so bad. There was glue on everything. He ended up having to buy new flooring which didn’t match the original. He had stain on everything . We should’ve left the originals. There are gaps in the floor,in the space between the floor in the baseboards and he was supposed to fix them and he didn’t I did not give him his $1500 I told him he had better take what I give him or else. He knew his job was sloppy. That why he took what a gave him and that was too much. This guy Is an amateur at best do not let him fool you with all his tools he bought he’s not on a job site no one would hire him with those kind of skills or lack there of.

Did not have the best experience with this company. Though I must say John and his crew were always prompt and excellent at initial clean up, the installation, however, was terrible. John installed my engineered hardwood, but left lots of gaps, uneven floor boards, and hollowed sounding boards. Additionally, he left glue all over my floor. Also, I had requested no transitions between my tile floor and my new wood floors, but he did not properly level the floor and wanted to install a transition made of some cheap plastic material as opposed to stained wood. I had to argue with him as the piece of plastic was not going to work for me. He reluctantly installed a stained wood transition piece. He also installed my marble floor and did a horrible job. After, saying he was done with my marble floor installation the marble was dull, scratched and the finish was ruined. In the end I paid him our agreed price, sent him on his way, and hired another company to correct his poor installation on both my wood and marble floors. Needless to say I was not a happy customer and I would not recommend this company.
