From begging till the end Wabo gave me the security that my roof would be replaced correctly. Josh helped me with the adjuster appointment and made sure that everything that needed to be addressed was taken care of. Brittany emailed me the checklist days before the build to make sure I was aware of what was expected of me and then day before the build Leo had called to make sure I was well informed of how the demo and installation was going to be preformed. If you are wanting a communicative roofing company with integrity Wabo Roofing Systems is the only company to go with. Very satisfied with the customer service and professionalism of everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with during this process.

We had a hail storm come through Clear Lake and I hired Wabo Roofing to work with my insurance company and install a new roof. WABO roofing was recommended by our tenant. From the time I called them to completion there was constant communication the whole way through. Our project was delayed a couple of weeks due to rain and Katrina would check the weather everyday and update me. Their pricing was fair, service was phenomenal. Leo the project manager ensured the work was done with the highest quality and sent us pictures throughout the roof replacement to make us feel like we were there. HIGHLY recommend them.

This company is very good at painting a pretty picture and selling a product that doesn’t stand up to the quality that they promised. They cannot be trusted to follow through. They are greedy and conniving. Their pockets are the only concern for the owners of this business.Unfortunately most roofing companies are of similar work ethic. We were very happy with the folks at WABO Roofing Systems. They hired excellent subcontractors who did the gutters, the pressure washing, and the new garage door, and the roof repair itself was done quickly (under a day) and expertly by a large team run by Leo. We had our roof replaced due to hail damage. First time ever through the process of replacing the roof. Katrina and Malcolm did a great job of walking us through different options and helping with the insurance company procedures. They replaced our entire roof and gutters - Leo and his crew did a great job. Leo was super attentive all day and sent updates throughout the day with pictures. WABO Roofing Systems replaced our roof about a month ago. We had an excellent experience in the process. The WABO representatives were very knowledgeable and helped us understand all aspects of the project. We were traveling at the time and were unable to be in person for organizing and taking care of related formalities. The professionalism demonstrated by the WABO team gave us great comfort, and we appointed WABO as our general contractor to take all aspects of the project, from interacting with our insurance company to overseeing two subcontractors. Greg, Audrey, Josh, Brittany and Leo were great to work with.On the day of roof replacement, Leo, the project manager, called me from the job site and let me know that everything was in order and sent me pictures of progress throughout the day. That made us feel we were right there. Wabo Roofing Systems is an A+ company that has your best interest as a customer. I had past hail damage to my roof and needed my whole roof replaced; they were their through the whole process. Michael Skov is an excellent representative and Wabo should be proud to have an employee who goes above and beyond his due diligence to make sure everything is in order. Michael was here with the adjuster to make sure that nothing wasnt missed during the inspection and when the build started. They are GAF certified so you know you are getting a quality roof! My roof looks excellent and beautiful. Wabo is very punctual and will start when they are supposed too. Wabo respects your property and makes sure they leave it clean with no mess. To top it off I didnt only get representation from Michael Skov who came out after business hours to make sure nothing was missed but I had several owners come out to inspect my roof and to make sure I was happy. Wabo will also help you with other repairs if needed. My gutters needed to be replaced and I was really satisfied with the work that was done. Bottom line if you need to get your roof replaced make sure you give Wabo Roofing Systems a call you will not be disappointed.

Dani helped me out with our roof inspection and filing the claim. When she came back for the inspection she took the adjuster to every single part of the roof that was damaged because she had done a up front inspection herself. I am really glad she helped because if I had done it myself I wouldn’t have caught all the damaged areas. Every step of the way she always answered my calls and questions. So I’ve seen a lot of roofing companies do business in the past few years and heard the pitches from the sales reps and then saw the average to below average work done by their crews. This business is a head and shoulders above their competitors, really. A neighbor has their roof replaced a month ago by WABO and not only is it one of the most awesome roofs I’ve ever seen the guys put it up in 6 hours. Unbelievable craftsmanship, respectful roofers and totally professional from start to finish. I will be using them in the next few months.

Wabo roofing lied to a friend of mine getting her to sign a contingency contract when doing a “free” roof inspection to not let her shop the competition. In order for her to be able to go with a better roofing company with honest professionals they threatened to charge her $1,400 for not lifting a finger. Buyer BEWARE. They discriminate against minorities. Taking away the right to price match or have competition is wrong. And they are stealing from the older generation. Shame on y’all. My family used corner stone roofing a local company and they did an amazing job! Wish I had referred her and not shopped competition! Lessons learned.

They installed a new roof on my house 3 weeks ago. Wabo payed themselves before the completion of the roof, and they cut my home cable while trying to take off the satellite on my home. After they cut my cable, they promised they would fix the problem by paying and giving us a new cable that would give us internet. After repeatedly telling us they would fix the cable, they were extremely unprofessional and did not. They did not make it right, and they were highly unethical. They did not take action to their responsibilities.

WABO has really come through with my roof installation. Had it replaced within 3 weeks! They walked me through the work process and answered all of my questions! Kyle was awesome to work with, he is prompt, professional and stays true to his word. If he says he will call, he does! Excellent workmanship, and offer quality materials and quality work!

Horrible. So many false promises. They cut our home internet and tv cable removing the satellite and promised to take care of it for four weeks, which after having to persist with texts and phone calls, are now told that the supervisor reported that we had asked them to cut the cable. Ludicrous. Lies.They do not stand behind their actions or words. They should be responsible for their workers.Very highly unethical.
