The best variety of doors and building materials at great prices that can’t be beat. From the receptionist lady when you walk into the sales floor to the hard working guys loading your materials at will-call I had an extremely pleasant experience dealing with professionals. Note I’ve worked with bison indirectly before working under subcontractors but on this my first big job as contractor myself they make this part of the job a breeze to go thru.

If your planing to buy from bmc, prepare to waste your time. I’ve been waiting 1 1/2 hour to get 2 doors from will call. I came in the will call office and there was a rude guy who said that I only had 20 minutes in here and that I just had to be patient and wait. (basically he called me a liar). If you want a better customer service just go to groogans or deterring which are not to far from here.

Okay, if you have to go there for any reason, just remember not to smile or to use polite words like please or Thanks or any think like that! never!! at all!! All the employees there, all of them from the reception, customer service, or even the forklift machine operator, and cashier all of them are extremely rude. I think BMC policy is to be rude with customers as much as you can. I have very bad experience today. just stay away from those GRUMPY people, or treat them as same. BMC, you should teach your employees how to respect people!

Will call personals is ridiculously slow and keep talking about things not related work - just bs around. Be prepared to wait for long time! I order only a piece of door jamb - imagine a big order. There are no one where you can address your issue.

Always a bad experience when we go here, poor customer service, long wait times for material pick up, and a complete refusal to price match or willingness to work with us after being clients of theirs. Plenty of other places to shop with faster service and better prices such as Tri Supply or Pro Build. Save yourself the time and headache

After another year hoping that this place will improve, we are still here waiting a ridiculous amount of time for an order at will call. Can’t help but think that this place is to big to care. And it doesn’t look good that the only review that has been responded to is a good review. How about reaching out to the folks that didn’t have a good experience?

Absolutely horrible, they have no sense of urgency, prices are good so they take advantage of that and your wait times are an hour almost every time, manager needs to retire

Spent almost 1 1/2 hours for one piece of baseboard. Hey management how about getting some help in the warehouse to get these guys out of here. I have it a one star because it wouldnt let me post negative stars. Time is money BMC. Get off you ass and help us get back to work.😤😤😤

HORRIBLE customer service. Missed delivery date by over a month. Richard Ou responded to an email that our order was placed. When the delivery date arrived, we inquired about our order. Was told Sorry, we forgot to place the order. Order has since been delayed weeks. Brandon the sales manager promised our delivery would happen on the following day, never happened. We are still waiting on doors and trim 6 weeks after order. WORST COMPANY IN HOUSTON. DO NOT DO BUSINESS With these crooks. No communication, over promise and under deliver constantly.

Horrible vendor. Poor communication. Merchandise received nearly 2 months after promised delivery date. Victor, Sales, agreed to provide updates, but did not. Managers at the Tomball store did not return calls.

I couldnt locate appropriate matching trim pieces for a window, and was referred here. Vast selection, and they had exactly what I needed. Open to public, though they seem to cater to builders and such.

I suggest that you do not purchase anything from BMC unless you particularly like the experience of receiving damaged and subpar merchandise that they will refuse to replace. The biggest mistake of my entire Harvey rebuilding experience was using this company for doors and trim.

Great place for lumber and hardware

Kept calling back because I was being transferred to sales and put on hold and no matter how many calls I made they wouldnt pick up for the past hour in a half in sales department, even left my number in the voicemail and still nothing. Lost my companys business

Order was 3 weeks late. Salesman would not return calls after the sell.

Customer service was terrible. The receptionist was rude, choosing to tell what BMC would not do rather than be helpful. Would of taken the woman 30 seconds to tell me what the trim we picked out was and if they actually had a price.

Horrible service, sales people are virtually useless. Probably if you are a builder and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars theyll bother with you. I wouldnt recommend wasting your time there otherwise.

They built and installed all of our doors in our home. We have been having a problem with the glass with one of the balcony doors (the glass changed colors) . We have been trying to have them changed. We have been trying to reach Anthony Bailey but we have not been succesful. It is more the customer service for our guarantee.

2 hour wait time to get pick up 1 door. No organization in warehouse.
