We had six large windows replaced by Avana. The sales agent, Natalie, I believe, arrived right on time and was knowledgeable and provided samples of the windows we selected. The installation also went smoothly as the two technicians worked well together and demonstrated a high degree of skill. The windows look great!The one draw back was the companys poor response in keeping me informed of the two delays in making/shipping of our windows. In both instances I had to call and request information from Avana staff. I would, however, order from them again.

After interviewing two other companies we met with Wendy Vaughan and we were very impressed with her knowledge and communication skills. She was very thorough in her presentation while answering all of our questions at the same time. Wendy gave us her proposal which was several thousand dollars less than her competitors. And most importantly she gave us an estimated installation date which she beat by almost two weeks. Her installation crew were friendly and very professional and completed our project in less than two days and did an excellent job of cleaning up and taking away all of the remaining debris. Dishonest, unethical, and unprofessionalAvana Windows and Doors has incorrectly installed 2 damaged doors and failed 3 different professional inspections due to their poor workmanship and faulty installation.Upon reaching out to the owner, Wendy, about the water leaks all around their newly installed doors, she started making all kinds of excuses without even seeing what the problem was first. She finally shows up to do a water test but the lift that they brought was too short to even get to the doors to do anything. She was extremely rude, and disrespectful the entire time, because they had already collected their money and didn’t want to deal with it any more. She then made a statement to her installer saying, this is too much work we’ll just say it has nothing to do with us, and “wipe our hands clean”, and told us to never contact them again. This was within a few weeks of installation!We then, had multiple well reputable companies inspect and give us a report all confirming the faulty installation by Avana Windows and Doors.Avana Windows & Doors does not care about their customers; all they care about is getting the money and “washing their hands clean” and moving on to their next project. BOTH of the doors that they have installed leak all around as a mirror image in the exact same manner confirming poor workmanship and faulty installation.Their so called “licensed engineer” never even came out to see the problem or to do any kind of testing for them to claim and produce a fraudulent report.We initially met Natalie, the sales representative, while she was actually working for another company, upon reaching out to her when we were ready to start our project, she stated that she no longer works for that company and expressed negative comments about the previous company she had worked for, she then went on to say she “works for a much better company now” and that we should go with them instead. She, however failed to mention that this new company she wants us to go with is actually her mother’s company which we later found out about, (although they try very hard to hide it). So their “licensed engineer” is most likely a friend or family helping Avana Windows & Doors fraudulently mislead people and rip people off as this seems to be a common practice with this company.They gave us a discount early on before we found out about the leaks, due to the damaged doors they installed and suggested to us to just hire someone to come and patch it up and repaint it. This is how they operate and believe is the solution to their poor quality of work.

What a scam! The lady who came out was rude and arrogant. I called for a bid upon seeing their advertisements. Way way overpriced !!! It was nothing fancy. Also found out these were builder series windows anyone can find at Home Depot. Don’t waste your time even getting a quote.

We had two large (4X6) windows installed, one over the other, on the front of our house. These were not replacement windows; the installers had to cut into brick and sheetrock, install the windows, then rebrick with an exact masonry match to other existing windows.The work is excellent and looks like original construction. Prices for windows and installation were quite competitive. Sales consultant Natalie Vaughan was very knowledgeable and came by the site several times.All in all a great experience; I would highly recommend Avana Windows and Doors.SLJ
