I was being dismissed from a rehab hospital in Dallas and David brought the vehicle up from Houston at exactly the same time I was being discharged. He trained my wife on how to work the conversion part of the vehicle and he explained everything perfectly. We are very pleased with all the great service they provided and we recommend them to anyone who has mobility issues and needs a converted vehicle

Our hunt for a scooter / scooter loading system started out as a, lets see whats out there, search with Mobility Partners of Houston on the list of places to go look.Once we arrived we were greeted by Mike and were amazed at what they could do to a car or truck to make it accessible to people with mobility problems. Mike explained what size scooter and loader he could offer to meet our physical needs and SUV, a Ford Edge. Once we saw the Golden buzzaround we agreed that it was a very well made unit and priced right for our budget.A giant Texas sized Thank You to Mike and his team at Houston Mobility Partners. We are back in the game going places we can go use our new scooter!

We got a new converted Toyota Sienna from here. We were told that we could get reimbursement from the Toyota Mobility Assistant Program. Well, that was not true. Mobility Partners of Houston failed to send proper paperwork to Toyota for us to get the reimbursement from this program. We tried to follow up with Dale and Brian but they ignored our phone calls and emails. Why tell a customer that the van qualifies for a conversion reimbursement from Toyota and then don’t send proper documentation to get the reimbursement? Disappointed.

Dale was very helpful and willing to accommodate my requests. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. Great prices compared to competitors!

Today, after months of shopping, we purchased our first accessible van for our 5 year old daughter with CP! We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received at Mobility Partners of Houston. Their prices are unbeatable for the quality of product and it’s a great place for low mile, used vehicles in addition to new ones. We had been to a couple of dealerships both here in Houston and in south Louisiana. We never felt comfortable purchasing from these places - they were so pushy and weren’t actually providing us with what we needed, but instead pushing what would give them more commission. One place in particular suddenly had the van we were wanting after we left and mentioned looking elsewhere. That’s terrible!!!I would highly recommend Mobility Partners of Houston because we felt like we were being individually taken care of by someone who genuinely wanted the best for our family. No pressure. We trusted their advice and guidance. Mr. Brian shared so much good information with us about accessible vans in general. We felt like we were able to go home and make a good decision about such a big, life-changing purchase for our family. Also, everyone in the office is kind, professional, and down-to-earth. They were so efficient with the transaction and worked to make sure we had everything we needed to take the van home today. It was truly one of the best vehicle purchase experiences we’ve ever had! I only wish we’d come here before the negative experiences we had at the other places we started with. We ultimately purchased a low-mile 2015 Sienna with the automatic VMI ramp. Couldn’t be happier, y’all!!!

ABSOLUTELY PLEASANT INTERNET PURCHASE !!!! I was VERY leery about making a purchase over the internet with complete strangers who were located in another state . HOWEVER, after having some of my fMily members in Houston do a drive by of their Location, I felt a little bit better about moving forward. Their prices were the absolute best I could find ANYWHERE(& I did look everywhere)! And these guys were so hospitable, from walking me through the process, keeping me updated during the process all the way up to delivery (from the factory to my door!) Everything about my experience was five star !
