I called them on Monday morning with my problems and they were sitting in my driveway 150 miles away Wednesday morning and within one hour my problems were taken care of. I had my electric wheelchair serviced by Dynamic Repair Solutions recently. After placing the initial request, it took about 2 weeks to get my repair completed. But it was wellWorth the wait. These folks know wheelchair repair. I’m so glad I stuck with Dynamic and not any other mediocre repair company which we have plenty of around Houston.The technician and the phone staff were very courteous and professional. I called several scooter repair companies and none were able to fix my Quantum Q6 Edge power wheelchair until I came across Dynamic Repair Solutions by noticing the signs on their van. They were actually servicing a neighbor’s chair down the street. I called their 888 number and got scheduled for a repair service. Within 24 minutes of working on my chair, the correct part was installed and the chair was running like new! Absolutely amazing. These folks know wheelchairs! What a blessing. Medicare and Medicaid covered my repair. I can go back to my life now. I’m grateful to these folks.

This is the best mobility scooter repair company in the greater Houston area, period.Over the past 30 years being bound to a wheelchair, I have tried numerous companies to do repairs l, ranging from battery replacement to electronic parts replacement to wheels etc.. no company showed the professionalism, courtesy and the know how like Dynamic Repair. The airline damaged my electric wheelchair and I needed someone to fix it as soon as possible to allow me to use it while on Easter vacation. I called many companies, and none returned my calls or was available to do this service unless I have Medicare insurance. Then I called Dynamic Repair and spoke to a very nice representative on the phone who assured me that I will be scheduled the next day regardless of whether I had insurance or not. Sure enough, the technician from Dynamic Repair showed up in the morning replaced the damaged parts on my electric wheelchair and restored my mobility to enjoy my vacation in Texas. The cost was very reasonable and fair. Good experience.

We have been using this company for many years and they always do great job working on my mother’s electric wheelchair.Recently her chair needed a replacement part where her insurance allowable reimbursement for it was lower than the cost. Yet this company agreed to do the repair and got it replaced even at a loss to accommodate us as a repeat customer! All I can say is WOW!I had tears in my eyes knowing that there are still companies out there that really care. I was looking for a company that will repair my Permobil C300 wheelchair. I called 3 different companies and non was able to diagnose the problem properly. Then I came across Dynamic Repair Solutions online. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The correct defective part was ordered and installed. My chair is running like new. Finest wheelchair and scooter repair service the Houston area.I called Dynamic repair solutions to get a repair on my Invacare TDX power chair. The chair was in a very bad condition due to years of continuous use and lack of quality maintenance. Dynamic worked with me step by step into the qualification process to get a new power chair through my insurance. They gave me a loaner to use until the process was completed and a brand new Quantum wheelchair was delivered to me, covered totally by my insurance. I couldn’t have done this without them. The technician took an extensive amount of time to ensure the chair is fitted correctly, the program is correct and that I’m comfortable operating it. I appreciate the good service. I will recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace their existing power wheelchair.

It took a week to schedule my repIr appointment... well worth the wait. These guys know how to do the job right the first time. The manger called after the repair was done to ensure my satisfaction. That’s good customer service. My Permobil wheelchair is running like new. All problem parts were replaced by original manufacturers parts and the whole repair was covered my insurance. Other repair companies have always decline repairing my wheelchair due to the height cost of parts. Dynamic came to the rescue and repaired my chair. I am a customer for life.

My mother needed a new battery for her chair. She paid for it out of her limited funds (battery was $595). I contacted Tiffany in the office to send a check to pay for the battery on behalf of my mother. She said once my check cleared, my mom would be refunded. The check cleared on March 20, 2018, and no refund has been processed. My mother passed away on March 24, 2018 prior to the date the battery was to be installed. I called Tiffany Monday March 26 to discuss the refund of both payments (total of $1,190) due to my mothers death. Today is April 3, and still no refund. I called her again yesterday to inquire. She said her boss was out of the country and he had to approve this. To me, this is poor service. I have expenses for my mom that need to be paid, and I should not have to ask more than once for this.

This company placed a used joystick on my chair. The manager was really nice and helpful, but I still had problems with my chair a week later. I called back to get a rental, a refund or a another look at my chair and I never got a call back. I took my chair to another company who was able to assist me.

Good luck getting this company to do any work on your equipment. I called a month ago and after 3 calls and being put in a list for repairs I have never received a call back. Finally I called again and was told they only have 1 technician here in Houston and they have a technician from California driving back and forth to do repairs and he won’t be in the Houston area again for 2 more weeks. Not sure why I wasn’t told this a month ago I could have moved on to someone that wants to actually do business here in Houston!A city of over 4 million people and they don’t bother to hire more than 1 technician to do repairs here locally. Maybe you just stick with operating in California because you aren’t doing us any favors by making idle promises.

STOP ! Know this before you attempt to use this service. At one point they were on top of their game but not not, I dont know if its due to a change in management or they just dont care any more. Customer Service is Non-existent. This was my second time turning to them for repairs because I was told by them they had me on file, so they should have the order codes to process the work order fast. Instead after the first contact call, all I got was ( The tech will ... call you back to set up an appointment to check or fix the chair ) then there was no return calls from them, this went on for A WHOLE MONTH ! ! NO EXAGGERATIONS, The last time I was able to talk to someone I was told the Tech would call me Friday or saturday, ( Saturday ? Yes he is working the weekend to catch up. ) I had discussed this issue with my insurance representative who also called her said, she was told the Tech would come out Friday or Saturday, I told her I was told he would call me, which is it ? Turn out to be neither, Since Im typing this at 7:09PM Saturday night ! my chair is not a conversation piece, I need it for MOBILITY. This is not a case of parking in a handicap spot then get out the car and skip into the store. So unless you using your equipment as a conversation piece or convenience and not necessity, go somewhere else. In short customer service stinks to high heaven. 😲 😡

In regards to STOP READ THIS! on Monday December 4th the tech finally showed, up very apologetic apparently he had more work in Dallas then he had anticipated which I can understand things happen they dont always go as planned but someone should have at least called to say you are still on our radar, you havent been forgotten, we got bogged down but we still have you in mind, to which he agreed the ball was dropped, again he was sorry that it had happened. Later the same day the owner of Dynamic Repair Solution called he wanted to know firsthand how I came to my conclusion I explained to him like I did to the tech that had came out, I understand things happen you know The best laid plans of mice and men but like a courtesy call to a doctor as soon as you realize you can not keep your appointment, Call and Say Something; Im not saying you should call everyone on your roster but at least those that you have called with a set date and time for the tech to come out especially, if they have been calling for days to set an appointment for a tech to come out to view their power chair; especially if the situation is of necessity not want. in closing he assured me he will discuss the matter with his staff and that yes the ball was fumble this should not have happened he was sorry and he would definitely debrief his staff, after talking to him, I am of a mind to give him and his company Dynamic repair solution the benefit of a doubt, he agreed the ball was fumble, hes going to go back and debrief his staff so this doesnt happen again. Heres to hoping. Im changed my one star to three stars. 🤔
