I came here for my 1st wax yesterday and my cerologist was Briana. My experience here couldnt have gone any better. From the moment I walked in, I was super nervous as I have never had any wax service before and Briana made it so easy. I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process. I will definitely be returning and referring as many friends as possible!!

Been going to waxing the city for a few years first time at this location and it was just as great as all the other ones I’ve been to. my waxer did an excellent, clean and speedy job with my sensitive skin.

The ladies at the check in desk are nice, the salon is clean and Kelly did a great job on my eyebrow wax. She cared about how they were shaped, filled and what I expected. She took her time to provide good service. would say worth the extra dollars than what you would get from your typical nail salon that provides waxing. I’ll definitely return.

Just came here this morning and I had to leave a review! Booked my appointment in the middle of the night last night and they called in the morning to confirm! I came in and got my Brazilian done by Sandra and she is the best! Wax didn’t burn she is understanding extremely nice! Made the whole process painless and very comfortable. I don’t live in the area but I’ll gladly come back to this location! I been to a few other locations in the city which I liked them as well but Sandra made this visit amazing that it’s without a doubt that I will be back! Thank you to the receptionist as well! Super nice and sweet!

I usually dont wax because my skin is really sensitive but I read really great reviews so I decided to give it a try. I waxed my legs and Im so happy with the results. Kelly was my waxer, she was very thorough and professional. I was a little nervous but she made me feel super comfortable and was really nice. I will definitely be coming back here!

My first time getting a wax here was with Kelly. She was amazing. Second time was with LaTwon - it was horrible. Both were Brazilian waxes. LaTwon waxed me with too hot wax, didnt apply pressure after pulling wax, left wax on too long before pulling a few times, didnt tweeze after, left hair and wax on me, and just left the room. I gave feedback via email but was never contacted. Its been two weeks and it looks like its been 4 to 6 since my last waxing. Unfortunately I was told Kelly left, so I have to give a 1 star based on my last experience and find another place.

I swear by this place and will not go anywhere else to get waxed. If you’ve never gotten waxed I HIGHLY recommend coming here and asking for Logan. Logan is my favorite employee here her costumer service is always impeccable and she always has a contagious smile on her face. Come here and get waxed you won’t be disappointed!!!

Loved my visit to this location, checking in was easy and shortly after the procedure began! My technician Katherine was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable during my visit. The 2nd time here, i expected something different than the 1st time, yet just disappointment and both time were Brazilian wax. Don’t book with LaTwon, she has no care at all, not even ask if the wax is too hot for me. After the wax was pulled out, she didnt apply hand pressure to ease the pain. Re-applied twice on the waxed sensitive skin. It was so much pain to handle and thank God it was finally over. Didn’t even bother to check if there still hair, i had to ask for the mirror and showed her. Unprofessional, the left over wax was still on my skin, i had to scratch them out! Worst wax technician i’ve ever experienced.

LaTwon is AMAZING!!! I have followed her from the Katy & Sugarland location. Shes really offer a personalized service like no other! You wont be disappointed! The young lady at the front here is Great!

Sandra was great she explained everything to me and was very easy person to talk to. We talked about everything while she waxed me and she did a great job and it wasn’t as painful as the other places i went to

I got here a lash lift and a basic bikini. The quality of both services was very good, although with very light eyelashes I still needed mascara after the lift & the tint, at least on my lower lashes (I would highly recommend this service though if you have dark lashes). Bikini was quick and pain free. However, both times they pushed care products on me, for which I didnt really have a budget. Neither of my two cerologists wore scrubs, and while the place was very clean, I personally enjoy that extra level of hygiene. Overall, they are definitely worth a shot, and I would think that the space itself, which is upbeat and fun, and the range of cutesy products they offer would especially appeal to a younger crowd. As for myself, Ill be going back to my previous spa&wax location.

Great customer service, reasonable prices, and high quality products used. I am sensitive to almost all waxing products and this is the first place I come to that doesnt irritate my skin or cause break outs. This will be my go to place from now on.

Front desk customer service was fantastic. I was informed about the new promo and Club Orange, which I signed up for. I travel 45 minutes every month to see LaTwon. She assures that no hair is left behind and continues to have great conversation topics. She is quick and effective and makes sure youre comfortable and at ease. The wax and temperature is perfect, and the results are priceless. I also appreciate that the facility is super clean. LaTwon is the BEST cerologist and will help you feel your personal best.

It was my first time here and the service was great!I booked my appt online and I did not had to wait not even 5 mins after I arrived. Sandra was professional and I loved her personality and sense of humor. She made me feel comfortable. I learned a few things from her about skin care as well. The receptionist was very polite. The place is a bit far for me but definitely worth it and will be going back.

It was my first time at Waxing The City and my cerologist Kareshia was the best!! It was my first Brazilian wax and she made me feel at ease and comfortable! Lve had my fair share of eyebrow waxing but Waxing the City got it right! Ive never had someone use bright lights to make sure they didnt miss a hair, it was not that yanking the bandaid off kind of pain you normally get. The wax was great!
