Wow was so surprised at the customer service. The receptionist I HOPE was just having a bad day but she was nothing but cold and disrespectful. She told me over the phone they had a five minute grace period. I came about 2 minutes past my appointment time to an empty waiting room (I’m totally fine to wait. Not a big deal) but 20 minutes later she came out and said it was my fault because I was late. I asked her how much longer it would be because my mom was watching my baby in the car - to which she laughed about to the girl she was checking out. She said she could get me then but took the next girl which lasted another 20. When it was my turn, I asked to use the restroom really quick (because I’d been waiting 40 min and, ya know, new mom probs) and she said no, she would have to let the next girl go before me if I went to the he restroom! She was just overall very bitter in all her comments to me and couldn’t be bothered. I normally don’t write reviews but I was just so taken back by this experience. I ended up leaving. I’m sure her services are great but I would definitely recommend going to another waxing studio nearby.P.s. I ended up going to ‘The Wax Spot’ right down the road that same day and they were so kind and professional! Definitely recommend.

I went for a wax On October 27th and I’ve never had the sugar wax before only hard wax. I was told the sugar wax would be better for sensitive skin. TURNS OUT IT WASNT!!! I’ve been waxed 4 times but this was my first time coming to this location. The sloppy way the strips were being ripped off caused me to have some ingrowns & a lot of irritation and now my hair is growing in all over the place instead of straight like before. I’ve been in Excruciating pain ever since got it done & now I have bumps all over my vagina. This has never happened before & yes I properly took care of myself afterwards so that’s not the issue. I’m highly upset but next time I’d rather shave/ or go somewhere else then come here.

Wow. Upon arrival, I was coldly greeted my the receptionist. She informed me I was 10 minutes late and the grace period is 5 minutes. I told her I was not aware. She said, “ yes you did.” I was surprised at her response. She told me when we took your credit card we tell customers that. I told her I was not told that. She rolled her eyes and told me to have a seat and she will give me papers to complete. As I was filling out the paperwork, learned a $20 fee no show and cancellation fee. I opted to not have such unprofessional people in my lady parts and cancelled my service. Spoke with the manager Nina informed her of the events.

I usually get a Brazilian wax once a year because of the pain. BUT Nina, has changed my entire outlook on this process. She used a hard wax which made it as painless as possible!! I rarely schedule my appointments in advance, but I did this time.I almost forgot about the fact I had to bring my child with me on a last minutes notice and she was completely accommodating! I have called 3 times in the last 2 weeks and have not been able to reach them on the phone, I always get the voice mail.**I was finally able to get in and had my wax done by nice young lady. The establishment is very small and the parking is super limited. The ambiance is very nice and well decorated, I felt like I was in my bedroom😊

Good place for a good, affordable wax job. However, good luck on trying to get in touch with someone to even get an appt. OR speak to someone. The number to this business is a forwarded mobile number, and it seems like a one-man operation. I’m sorry, but I don’t want my waxer also having to handles operations and admin at the same time.... so frustrating!

Had my first appointment today and the staff was really nice. However, there were somethings I did not like. I didnt like the fact that the waxing person used the same spatula to apply wax. Usually any spot the use a different spatula. The office was clean and smelled like pine sol. Parking is ok.

This boutique salon is so adorable that I took a ton of snaps in the waiting area. There was Gossip Girl playing in one room and Steel Magnolias on tv in the next room; so girly! I had an excellent waxing experience with Nina, who was highly professional and knowledgeable about the waxing process. I’d definitely go back again for Nina and I’m telling all my girls!

I will give it no stars, because the customer service and professionalism was horrible. I went to the place because I called for over a hour because no one would answer. This is also during business hours. I drove there and walked in and the lady looked all mad because I walked in and ask about an appt.and replied to me that she was on lunch with an attitude. Instead of saying welcome or how may I help you, or good afternoon. After that I ask well when is your next appt. she replied she don;t know and then proceeded to look at the computer. By then I told her dont even worry about it. But the big kick for me as well was when I was walking out the door she was on me as if I was a criminal and locked the door. I wasnt even all the way out the door as she was on my tail. That is so rude and unprofessional and she looked so unprofessional as well.

I don’t believe those good reviews are serious. My experience was bad. They are really late for the appointments and after losing my entire lunch time waiting, they could only reschedule me in 1 week. They do treat you like garbage. They never answer phone calls and or call you back. I will never recommend this place.
