Yolanda was professional all the way long as I got my first brazilian wax. I was expecting it to hurt but it went smoothly and the results are just amazing. The tools used were clean and sanitized before and after the waxing session. Id definitely recommend visiting this place if you are looking for professional treatment.

It was my first time here from walking in to actually having my wax done it was exactly what I wanted a person who can be understanding patient and professional. Yolanda is the best! When I first went to her for my facial I didn’t know what to expect. I have been to other places that didn’t take the time to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. After a full face and under arm wax I leave feeling smother than ever. She is totally awesome! I can’t wait to go back and experience total satisfaction!

Worst experience ever! This was my first time coming to this place I had two appointments on june 10, 2017 the first one at 2:45 for a massage & my second one at 3:45 for wax. This lady Yolanda decided to change my appointment to 2:00 when I never agreed to nothing because first of all I was working my phone was off and second because that time just didnt work for me but either way I couldnt make it to my first appointment at 2:45 which it was okay I completely understand I couldnt get massage anymore but my second appointment was at 3:45 & I got there on time and she left!!! That is so unprofessional to just leave someone that has an appointment and then make those charges to the card because this lady charge my account twice and marked as I didnt show up when it was her who wasnt there! Very unprofessional! I dont care if she had personal issues just like her policy said to cancel writhing 24 hrs she is not even following her own policy! What a fraud! I dont recommend this place at all! Dont go! Completely rip off!

Yolanda is an awesome esthetician. Shes quick, thorough and very knowledgeable about waxing. She has a great method so newbies no fear. Also if youve had a not so great past experience elsewhere I recommend you give her a try. Definitely worth it. If you suffer with ingrowns she sells a salve that works wonders.

My experience was amazing! I was so nervous about getting a male brazilian but Yolanda made me feel so comfortable and actually it didnt hurt as bad as I thought it would. I feel so good and def will be back!!!

I had my first Brazilian wax and, I will NEVER shave again! I anticipated the entire experience to be uncomfortable, and painful, but Yolanda made it bearable, she had me laughing by the end of the appointment. Simple review: I DO NOT RECOMMED AT ALL FOR FACIALS. Stay away. Detailed review: decided to try a facial, I looked a lot online and finally found a place with a lot of 5 star reviews so I decided to give it a try. Well I found out the reason for the 5 star reviews is because she gives 5% discount for every review you leave on ea site totalling to 30% off. To start off, I contacted her multiple times to see if she would see me same day. I totally understand if that’s not doable probablem is she never cared called back to decline or accept so I made an appointment for next day and she decided to call me 2 hours before my appointment to ask if I could move it because she was available earlier. I knew she was available earlier bc when I booked the appointment there was earlier time slots available if you didn’t wanna work after 4 that day then why have it open on your website. So I leave work a few min early to accommodate her and she just does not care to be friendly she’s on the phone when “greeting me” and almost annoyed that I’m there. During the entire facial she kept insisting that I needed to use and buy her products I declined a couple of times and she continued to insist after the facial was over. I just don’t like using non natural products on a daily basis. She also said anything you buy is bad for your skin unless it’s her products... okay. Also you can tell she didn’t go through prober training when it has to do with skin. A trained pro would know the diff in sensitive skin and the many diff textures of skin. She scrapped my face so hard, she peeled off skin and now I have white scar around my cheek/nose area. She first started going pore by pore and I guess she got annoyed or bored because she Literally started to scrape my face instead of going pore by pore. At the end of the facial she gave absolutely no information on post facial care. How’s is a person suppose to know when it’s okay to ware makeup, is it okay to wash your face? Anything I should look out for? It was a really bad experience for me. She has literally scared me and I will never do a facial again unless I’m doing it.
