LITERALLY HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE!! I took my VW Tiguan in for brakes and rotors! Once I got to the shop I was greeted instantly, and was recommended front/back brakes, and front rotors for an awesome price! The place was small, but well kept. The staff was incredibly nice, and very knowledgeable! It was very obvious that the owners/staff members are EXTREMELY customer driven! I will definitely recommend this place to all friends and family who need mechanical work!Wish they had another shop closer to the Medical Center, but other than that this shop is 10/10!

Great experience with these guys. I pulled in with a semi flat tire, the guys were awesome. They took the tire off, discovered that there was a nail in it and fixed it up. They were polite and forthcoming and did not try to get me to purchase more than I needed which I totally appreciated. They rock. Great job guys, got right back on the road....

I love this place. My husband and I come here all the time and have gotten services from Uhaul, tire plugs and oil changes. Service is always friendly and its a very laid back environment. Looks family oriented and they make you feel very welcome. Honest and upfront pricing. If you have any questions they have absolutely no problem answering them. I brought my aunt in for a oil change. We were in a bit of a jam when we needed to get a uhaul at the last minute for our son to transfer his stuff from our trailer so we could get back home. Im not sure if it was the owner who helped us but we got better customer service than weve ever received in a fancy hotel! Hes good people for sure! I had a great experience here after another vendor for a different moving truck rental cancelled my reservation. It started out a really bad day. Joe helped me get the truck and trailer I needed, and when I couldn’t figure out how to secure the car I was towing or to check my stuff back in once I got to my destination, he went out of his way. I’m very appreciative and will visit again next time I need to move or access other services Mike’s provides.

I have been here literally all day BUT, I see that all the things that were wrong with my vehicle are being addressed professionally, affordably, and as quick as possible by my mechanic, Walt. I will leave here with my fuel injection system repaired and the motor mounts replaced. My vehicle will be in good shape for my road trip. I couldnt ask for more.

I love this place. They are almost like family to me. Theyre Genuine People. After the fixed an electrical problem in my truck they hooked me up with a car cleaning lol. So with that I went back for a Uhaul although I live no where near there and I will be going back for all future repairs.. Thanks Fam!!!

This place was a sanctuary for me and saved my day/week. I came to this place in desperate need of a spare. After getting ripped off and mistreated down the street at Houston Wheel Repair, I went to the closest place and found Mike. He was my guardian angel for sure! He was incredibly trusting and nice enough to help me out and let me measure spares on my immobile car at home and come back. When the thieves from down the street wouldn’t even let me borrow a spare after overpaying them too much to repair my wheel and wasting my time. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Mike helping me out after everything I went through.

Im sure he is a good mechanic but he should not be a vendor for Uhaul. He didnt have my reservation nor did he have the boxes I reserved. So basically I had two reservation on file had to call and cancel one because I was basically being overcharged and had to make a second trip for boxes. I use Uhaul ALL THE TIME. He was not a good representation for Uhaul. You are better off just going to an actual Uhaul establishment.

These guys did not safely hook my car up to the tow dolly. It was a horrible experience with uhaul on my long distance trip to California. These guys seemed cool, but cool doesn’t cut it when it comes to safety. My car sustained damages that uhaul is refusing to fix. Oh and by the way, most of these reviews are pressured upon the customer to do right then and there before you leave. They pulled up their business on my phone and my sons phone before we left so we could both leave a 5 star review. Btw, he is 14. As long as you have a google account they want your 5 star rating.

Walt and Abe were very wonderful to work with during our renting of a 10 box truck. They helped us from the first phone call, trying to use the app to rent something before they closed in 20 mins, then through the verification code not working, and all the way until we got there 15mins after they closed. That was SO Amazing so we could get there to checkout the truck in person. Im so appreciative that they went above and beyond great customer service! We only needed the truck for a couple hours so we could move some stuff that was too large for our vehicle, and then get on the road to head back home 9 hours away. They saved us a Whole Day! And they informed us that the price would go up/down dependent on the miles we used. Good to know that in advance since we werent exactly sure how many miles we would need it. Thank you for such great customer service Walt & Abe!!!

I went today for an oil change i wasnt told a price beforehand because they had a sign that said 19.95 so i assumed that was price . when i was about to pay there was an employee with curly hair sitting down and on his phone he told me it was gonna be $38. When i questioned him about it and mentioned the sign he said that sign is fake we dont have that kinda oil anymore i thought it was a rude response but Mike came in and politely explained to me that my oil filter was a bit more expensive than normal. He gave me a fair price of $28 But the young curly hair employee was unprofessional .

Had to rent an appliance dolly, and a furniture dolly at the last minute at closing time. Mike completely defined customer service for me. Tied them into the trunk, even lent me a bungee cord to make sure the trunk didnt flop up and down, and did everything the way youre supposed to to keep a customer coming back. Well, I recommend this place! And Ill be coming back!

I needed a trailer to haul my track car to Circuit of the Americas. I reserved one through Uhaul online and the one that the website said was compatible was not. The guys at this shop came through for me at the last minute by finding me the proper trailer nearby and delivering it to me so I could be in Austin with wheels down on the track at 7am the next morning.

Stayed 2 hours past their closing time on a Saturday (they close at 8PM on Saturdays!) and fixed my car tire with best roadside assistance you can think of. Professional, honest and great customer service. What more you can expect from a auto repair shop?!

They have the latest & fastest tire service in the Houston area. I came in at 8p, they found my tire, & i was on the road in 15 mins. All i can say is Wow!!!

Started getting my oil changed here and every time was 25. One time the guy who did the change didnt even bother to wipe his hands off before putting the renewal sticker on the inside of my windshield and leaving oil on my Dash and upholstery I went back for my latest oil change and there was a new guy who changed my oil and he charged me $40 instead of the usual 25 when I asked why the increase in price I was told it was because of how much oil he used. I told the manager that I had never paid $40 for an oil change and I wasnt going to start now so he said that he would charge me $30 since they checked my tire and put air in it. I paid him for the oil change and he gave me a receipt I went out to my truck got in started my truck up and when I went to bag out I noticed that my drivers side mirror was lopsided so I got out of my truck checked it out it wasnt dangling but it had been either bumped into or hit because I was unable to move it back to its normal position when I told the guy the changed my oil he acted like he didnt know what I was talking about this is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for any business to practice and expect you to return to spend more money with them. I will not return and I would recommend but if youre looking for a good place to get your oil changed try NTB

Stop to get some air on a small bicycle, I asked first How much will it costs he didnt answer and asked again he didnt answer. I knew he was up to something he rushed to put the air and charged me $4 because I wasnt caring cash. So I asked him why he didnt tell first and here he talks now and said I should have carry cash. Yay thats my fault but if you wanna run your business like that I really wish you good luck. I get home and found that he ever didnt put the air right. The tire is came out of the wheel.
