Customer service non existent. No mask required sign at the door. 3 out of 5 employees not wearing masks at all but I was asked to leave because I didnt have a mask. Mind you the guy helping was not wearing a mask! The hypocrisy! Had I not already bought these two trailers, Id tell them to stick them where the sun dont shine. Will spend my $$$ else where for the next two purchases not this Sheep ran business.

I have contacted this company three times in the last week requesting a back call from Ron this company has poor communication from their sales people! I dont see how they can give you any kind of support after the sale if they are unable to do the simple things like return a call. I plan on advising my clients not to purchase our use this company due to their lack of interest.

I rented a trailer from these guys and when I turned it in they told me everything was good on the trailer and then 3 weeks later I received an invoice charging me for a cut in a tire .I ask Brandon to send a picture of the tire and he never sent t .I told him I wasnt paying for it and he threatened me with sending it to collections
