Resource staffing is a great agency, through and through. Their staff is always willing to help with any issues and they’re incredibly responsive. They also keep you busy when possible.Overall a great company to work for and with. Knowing what I now know, I wouldn’t work with any other staffing company given the opportunity!

I started with resource staffing when I first moved to Houston in 2016. My first experience with them was pleasant. They hired me to work for HCTRA and 6 months later I became permanent. Fast forward yrs later and two jobs later I contacted them to go back to HCTRA. I spoke with Lillia in February 2020. She told me she contacted HCTRA and I was rehirable and I would be contacted as soon as she gets the date for the next training class. Due to covid everything was put on hold and HCTRA was closed until further notice. A few months later I contacted Lillie because I needed a letter from her stating why I never started. She was VERY RUDE. She told me she couldnt give me the letter because I havent worked for them since 2016. I told her of the conversation from February and why I didnt start. Her whole story changed. She told me I wasnt going to start because I was not able to go back due to my performance which I know is not true because I left on good terms and she told me herself that I was cleared to go back. So im wondering did she just not want to help me. It was just very unprofessional and as long as Lillie is still employed there I will never go back to the cypresswood resource staffing

This place has kept me employed all throughout college and worked around my schedule. ( I dont know too many people willing to do that.) One of the best jobs Ive had in my life.

Went in to speak with Connie at the north office about a position that was to be a direct hire.. she told me she would be calling me soon did my assessments same day and I sent a follow up email “with no reply from her”.. due to the holiday she was off all the next week I gave her a call after the holidays.... the receptionist who answers the phone does not have a welcoming phone demeanor almost like she’s bother by you asking to speak to someone. When I did talk to Connie she didn’t remember me at all then when I told her about the job position and where it was she said it was already filled... seriously she was rushed me off the phone. Guess I’ll never call back again luckily I have a job just exploring my options... I get people are busy but this was a bad experience for me I had a way better experience with Other staffing agencies

This staffing company is horrible. They dont return phone calls, their information is never clear and super slow at every task. When they ask you to come to the office it is always for something that could have been done over the phone or by email. Completely non-efficient.

Tried multiple times to get a job with no avail. Had an associate display unwarmly to my call attempts and then turned me away when I showed up in person. Was promised call backs and never recieved any. They also have no patience or understanding for changing road conditions or bad weather for scheduling conflicts. Would not put this on the priority list for agencies to work with.

Great staff that is attentive to the needs of both clients and workers. They have always been willing to go the extra mile.

Pleas do not work for this company it is a waste of time then when you get in for a couple months they try to fire you they are contracted with Harris County Toll Road Authority for Toll Collector position they have premitive thinking they think u steal the money they say they check cameras and DONT SEE you steal but they fire you anyway with no proof poror company. Then when you file for unemployment benefits they like to file an appeal stating you could of gotten another assignment and you cant obviously if you are fired this is the worst job I have ever had!!

Stay away from this company!! especially if you apply as a toll collector.Resource, as past reviews stated, will LIE to avoid paying unemployment to you using the you did not post availability online after you leave the assignment!! line, even when one did!!! in my experience, a lot of the FT company hired collectors do not respect the contracted out collectors at all!!. You will not get a raise when the company collectors will and you all are doing the same work as collectors and the stress of dealing with patrons not wanting to pay and inhaling exhaust fumes does not help!! oh yeah cameras galore all over the building!! guess they dont trust their workers!!! Beware, hope this helps!!

They do not return calls. Their staffs are very unprofessional. They post jobs thats not available. Harris County Toll Road really needs to evaluate this agency.

I went to interview For Harris county toll road they had me do assessments 3x I called and was told we will call u back and I wait here 4 days later and no call back so I call them to b told u waited too long position was filled and she rushed off phone ... not very organized and unprofessional....Harris County needs to evaluate these people they have choosing there employees
