She was very open and honest with me about what positions my qualifications would fit with and was great about follow up/feedback. I never felt strung along or thrown to the wind when an opportunity didnt work out, like with other recruiting agencies ( all of a sudden you become irrelevant to them). Ashley would get right back to finding my perfect fit. And after a short period of time she DID find my perfect fit.
