I brought a cutco knife and non-cutco knife in for sharpening. The gentleman who helped me was so friendly and worked on my knives very quickly. He showed me that they cut right through paper and when I brought them home to use, they cut super well. I had a great experience and recommend anyone to stop by and check out their knives/sharpening service.

Nathan Flores was soooo helpful and very educational about cutco. Unfortunately I didn’t have the funds to buy any knifes but when I do I will be going straight to Nathan when I do, his customer service was outstanding. Very satisfied!

The staff here were amazing! They went over and above to help me with my sharpening and buying some new knives for my set, which is about 20 years old. The knives themselves are amazing - Ive had them 20 years and am only just having them sharpened!

I’m really liking the new store management. I brought all of my knives in and as promised everything was handled seamlessly. The company completely stands behind their guarantee and even called me before servicing everything to make sure it was handled well. I picked up my services knives today and everything was great. I look forward to working with this store again for any of my Cutco needs.

Customer service was great! The two employees I interacted with were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My knife set was sent off for sharpening and returned in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this Cutco store location!

I went in today with knives for Cutco to sharpen. The store is shared with Oreck. That person was on his cell phone and totally ignored me and actually went into the back room leaving me alone in the store. I then saw a handwritten note saying that the Cutco store was closed due to a family emergency.I left with my knives more upset with the Oreck employee who left me alone to figure out things than to just point me to the sign that said no one was at Cutco that day. The relationship between Cutco and Oreck employees is either hostile or non existent and when the space is shared....an adult needs to take control.

***STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!***The worst customer service Ive ever had the misfortune of going through. That was more than enough for me to advise everyone I know to not do any business with them.My ex boyfriend and I got the knife set together and the payments were put on my debit card, he decided to keep the set and called their customer service line in New York to switch the payments from my card to his. Apparently they got confused because they still took the money out of my account, I called today to get it resolved and the rude lady over the phones exact words were, well, Im sorry but I cant help you. You should have had it taken care of seeing as we sent you an email over a week ago. Like are you absolutely kidding me? I did know about it. Had I known they wouldnt do what they said they were going to I would have put a hold on my account entirely (which is utterly unnecessary.) More than disappointed with this company.

I visited during their grand opening and the staff were very friendly, I had a set of knives sharpened and they had them done that same day and for a great price!

Went to get my knives sharpened, the lady said I had to return tomorrow because she wasnt allowed to sharpen knives, per her manager. So much for same day sharpening. She also had an I dont care attitude.
