I needed to replace the battery in a phone. They didnt have the battery in stock, they couldnt tell me how long it would take to get the battery and they werent interested in helping me... The best thing this store did was to recommend a nearby competitor.
I can honestly say Miguel exceeded my expectations. He was very patient, understanding and extremely professional. 10 out 10 for me. I will definitely return for repairs on my i phone. Its totally worth paying a few extra bucks for a job well done!
Miguel was fantastic! I cannot remember a better customer service experience in my life. Your store was out of iPhone 7screens and picked one up on his way in the next day, remembered who I was, ad fixed my phone in under an hour. Kudos to Miguel for an outstanding job

My family and I are from New York and we were in Texas visiting my ill Mom. My fiances phone would not stay charged and kept blacking out. We saw the sign and stopped in to see if we could get a Galaxy S6 battery installed. The first store did not have the battery in stock so they checked with another store and we traveled 20 minutes to that location to have it replaced. As they told us, the phone was done in 1 1/2 hours. When I arrived to pick it up the phone was working well but until I put it in my fiances hand I had not realized that the entry cover was broken and now stuck out from the actual case. Since we were from out of town and only had a short amount of time we did not bother following up. The employees are friendly, they do what they say theyre going to and other then the entry cover, all went well. I would have loved for them to have told me and I probably would have said no big deal either way. When something goes wrong make the customer aware!!!
