I found Kevin when I did a key word search for power washing on the NextDoor app and his name personally and his company name were mentioned over and over and was the clear front runner as far as neighbor recommendations and testimonials! I’m pretty sure he is the King Power Washer in Houston! All joking aside, my experience working with Kevin was entirely consistent with what all the great reviews about him say - responsive, available, fair prices, thorough quality work, great equipment, attention to detail, professional......he’s also friendly and enjoyable to talk to and be around. He is enthusiastic and passionate about what he does and it shows in his work. What I liked the most about him is how much he really cares about doing not just a good or adequate job, but a truly comprehensive cleaning no matter how long it takes him - even if it takes longer than he expected - he sticks to his quotes and stands by what he said he would charge even when more work than expected, he’s willing to work late to get the job done and he’s really a perfectionist about using a mixture of chemicals and pressure to clean your house without damaging it!! To me, he cared about the job like he would if it was his own house. I rarely take the time to write reviews, for better or worse, but it would have really been a disservice not only to Kevin but to all of you out there that need power washing services, for me not to tell you how fantastic I think his work is. My house looks like a different house! I have a sidewalk I didn’t know I even had! Kevin, kudos to you for being a passionate small business owner that loves his work, aims to exceed expectations and cares about making customers for life! Kevin is professional and has specific equipment needed for all kinds of power washing (tile, cement, outside of homes, brick, wood decks, etc..) and he can control/adjust both the temperature 100+ to 200+ degrees and force t so there is no damage to your property and structures. I highly recommend him based on his work, and extra attention to detail.
