Houstonian services did a great job, 3 guys came to our house on time, we’re courteous and explained what they were going to do. They did a VERY thorough great quality job with cleaning our windows with good equipment and a water based solution, used ladders to get to all the top windows of our 3 story townhome. They also did a nice job pressure washing our balcony stucco wall and even washed our stains balcony floor which was not expected. Price was reasonable.. payment was easy, take credit card. I’ve been using Houstonian Services for a few years now for gutters, power washing, and window cleaning. They are reliable and work very hard at doing a great job. We have a very old home with lots of single pane windows and they are careful with each one. We also have a ton of hardscaping that we have them power wash. They use a machine that gets our concrete amazingly clean without lots of strange streaks from the power washer. Last, we spend a ton of time on our porch. Houstonian Services has thoroughly cleaned it top to bottom and including our outdoor rugs. I’m so excited to put 2020 behind us and we’re starting with a wonderfully clean exterior thanks to Houstonian.

I was looking for a new gutter cleaning service after the guy we used previously closed his business. I called Houstonian Services for a quote and they came out the same day to give me an estimate and got me on the schedule within a week. We had our gutters cleaned this morning and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. On time, friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and took care to avoid damaging any of our landscaping. We will definitely use Houstonian Services again in the future for gutter cleaning or other services they provide when the need arises.

Julio and David did an excellent job on the interior and exterior windows on my balcony which is a very complex job due to the windows previously having adhesive stuck to them after a recent tint removal.
