This will be the third year we have used Geek Window Cleaning and they have always provided great service at great prices. This year we decided to get our driveway power washed and man, did it make a difference! We also had them clean out the gutters and do the windows inside and out. I highly recommend them for all of their services, you cant go wrong with them!

Ty and Kyle were on time, professional, efficient and very sweet to my kids who followed them around everywhere. They did all the window inside and outside of our 3000sq ft home in just over 2 hours. We will definitely use them again for future window cleaning.

I have used Geek Home Services for window cleaning in the past and was excited to learn that they do power washing now! Since our home is almost reconstructed from Hurricane Harvey damage, we needed a whole-house clean, inside and out! So, I called Geek to schedule window cleaning and discovered that they now do power washing, thus, I got both things done at once!I have not been disappointed in Geek Home Services, yet! Each time I call, I get great customer service on the phone, and the technicians who do the work are fantastic! They are professional, personable and knowledgeable! Yesterday we had our home serviced by these guys. I cannot express enough how professional, affordable and timely they were. Our home is 18 months old, but our windows were in pretty bad shape.I liked that I was able to obtain a quote over the phone instead of having to schedule an appointment for someone to come out. I have a baby and asked if the nursery windows could be cleaned first so I could put her down for a nap. Without hesitation, my request was fulfilled immediately.Our windows look better than they ever have. Even when we moved it, they never looked this good. Kyle and James were very meticulous and did and outstanding job. I highly recommend this company and definitely will be using them in the future.

I needed to have my windows cleaned in preparation for selling the house. After searching online for window cleaning companies I came across Geek Window Cleaning service and decided to give them a call. I received excellent customer service over the phone and the same service when they came out. They were respectful and quiet when cleaning the windows in my sleeping infants room! The team was approachable and professional. Before coming to my house they send me an email letting me know who would be coming to my house and the time frame. That is pretty impressive! Unfortunately I have moved out of the Houston area, if they travel I would call them again! Definitely give them a try~!

The Geek crew did an excellent job and had a very efficient process. It took some creativity to reach all of the windows on the 3rd floor, but they figured out a way and had a great attitude about it. They cared about quality, checking to make sure that things were done to my satisfaction. I will hire them again.

The best pressure washing and window washing in Houston!!Kyle and team did both the inside and outside of the windows. After Harvey and the spring pollen it transformed the view of every room. They were super conscientious to make sure they got ever spot.The also pressure washed the driveway, sidewalk, porch and pool!! Highly recommend you do this! Our home was built in 1964 and they took decades off the appearance. They also applied a natural cleaning element and took the driveway from a dull grey to a sparking white. All my neighbors wanted to know what we did.We are putting our house up for sale and I know the work the Geek Cleaning did will help us sell our house fast.

I wanted to be writing an outstanding review. My expectations were enhanced by reading what other customers had written. Everyone has an off day. Unfortunately it turned out that I won that prize.45 minutes late, although he did call to say he was stuck in traffic. My window screens have numerous streaks in them where soap cleaned part of them, the rest is still dirt. Windows are good.The deal breaker has to do with my credit card information. I wrote a check for the first service. Provided them with my credit card for the follow up quarterly service. That night my credit card company alerted me to a charge in the same amount of the check I had written.Later I found out the credit card charge was a mistake made after a long day. I have been advised that a credit was written immediately.My windows are not nearly as important as my credit card information. Yes, people have difficult days. Unfortunately the casual handling of my credit card number and related information has ended the relationship.

I need people that take pride in their work as much as I take pride in my home.Geek window cleaning showed up when my appointment was set, did the job amazingly in the middle of one Houstons hottest summers. Its one less headache for me that I have them scheduled to come out semi annually to take care of my windows and it will be done well. As long as they keep up the professionalism and quality level, I could never see me using a different window cleaning service.

They were very responsive, gave me an accurate quote over the phone, and got me on the schedule right away. The cleaners were professional, efficient, and did a much better job than the company we used in the past.

Contacted them in March via email to have the interior windows cleaned at a large residence. The person that emailed me was Will Yonley he said a manager would contact me to coordinate a site visit but no one ever contacted me.

BEWARE: I used Geek Window Cleaning for over 2 years and the last quarter of 2017 they failed to show up. I called and emailed on 10 occasions (over 5 months) trying to either cancel, get service and/or a refund. At one point I was told my service would be cancelled and I would be reimbursed, but the company continued to charge my card without providing services. I had to contact my credit card company several times to stop payments. After sending 2 certified letters that were refused and returned, I contacted the BBB to help resolve the issue, but Geek Windows FAILED to respond to the BBB. I am owed over $200 for services not rendered.I have never given a bad review, but THIS BUSINESS HAS NO INTEGRITY!

It was extremely easy and convenient to make the apt. online and the cleaners came out on time, as scheduled, for the apt. They did a thorough job and cleaned each window by hand with a special solution that worked much better than anything else I have seen used on windows. When I had my sidewalks powerwashed the next day, the guy sprayed mulch all over the freshly cleaned windows and the Geeks came out and re-cleaned them - no charge! I had originally gotten a much higher quote from another company that was booked three weeks out and Im so glad I went with the Geek Window Cleaning business because they were less expensive, faster, and better than their competition.

I made an appointment with Geek Window Cleaning. They gave me an estimate of when he would arrive. On the day of the appointment they called and let me know they were on their way. They arrived within the time estimated. When they arrived they did all the windows that I had requested on the phone, plus they did extra windows and doors. Before they left, they said if there were any streaks that they missed they would return and clean that up! They were very professional, friendly, and courteous.I would strongly recommend them to others and I will use them again.

RIDICULOUS!!Not to confuse anyone but I mean ridiculous in a good way!First, I saw their website and was blow away at how well it is put together, very professional. I called and someone answered on the first try just like the website said, awesome. I left my information with the receptionist and I got a call back from Kyle within an hour. Got my quote right over the phone and was pleased to hear it wast really expensive. Set up an appointment for the following week.Then is when it starts getting really ridiculous....By the end of the day I got an email from Kyle with photos of the people coming to clean my windows with a small/funny background of themselves, thought this was very cool and nice. The day that they were to come they said they would be at my house between 9:30-10:30 AM, they showed up at 9:15 AM, awesome. Kyle knocked on my door and I opened it to find a person standing there wearing a nice collared button down shirt, ID badge, pocket protector and, wait for it.....a bow tie. So absolutely fantastic! The other guy, Omar, was dressed the same but had glasses and a short tie. Kyle said that one of them would come inside to clean while the other was on the outside.So Kyle stayed outside to do the windows, probably because it was such a nice day and his profile I was sent said he just enjoyed being outside as much as possible.Now you know when you have people working on your home and usually there is Tejano music blaring? Well they did this but instead of Tejano it was a mix of classical symphony music with some songs of Bob Marley, Otis Redding and Ray Charles. So fantastic!They were very fast and finished my home inside and out in no time. I sat outside and chatted with Kyle while he was cleaning and I enjoyed the music he was playing, the conversation and weather. After they were finished and packed up Kyle came inside to give me my invoice.The invoice was less that what I was quoted! I was just speechless. Kyle said that it was faster than they expected and so the amount owed was simply less. I still paid what I was quoted :).After the whole amazing experience I got a few more emails from Kyle following up with me. I cant believe what an amazing experience it was just to have my windows cleaned. I want my windows to get dirty just so they can come back but Im willing to wait 3 months, I signed up for their quarterly cleaning program!I hope this review gets them more business! Sorry its so long but there is so much good stuff to say about this company!
