I had used Classic Relocation before, and they did a great job. However, last weekend they left me hanging.We scheduled them to move us on Saturday morning at 8:30. At 9:30 I give Kenny a call. He said they had truck problems but they had a rental and we’re on the way. At 10:30, he said he had a truck but no workers. “What the...?”He said he was getting another company to do it for us.At 12:30 he said they could do it Sunday.Kenny is a good guy but those are his employees he, hired and a truck that he’s responsible for. I’m sure it’s hard to get good employees in the moving business but good workers are out there but you have to be a leader and manage your troops as you go into the field.Kenny I tip well as your guys should remember from my last move but a $100 is a $100 and I gave to the new crew I hired.

Lonnie, Chase and Mike helped move us into our new 4 bedroom house and they did an excellent job working as a team and communicating with us through the move. I definitely recommend them for a moving service. They were efficient and friendly. Kenny the manager I booked with over the phone was also very helpful with securing the move. Hire this moving company! They are professional, friendly, helpful, and work hard and fast. We had a complicated move, with our household goods going to several different places. We are so glad that we found Classic Relocation.

Was told that they had availability to move me but wouldnt and to find another company like Clear Lake movers because they would be too busy. He then verified the availability but still referred me elsewhere.
