Verrrry Rude and unprofessional. The heavyset Hispanic lady at the window was rude upon our entry. We were told that even though we had an appointment that we should’ve called before we came. 🤣 how does that make since????. The Hispanic lady continued to be rude. By the way we were a bit early for our appointment, but have now been here about 45 min another patient that came in at least 20 min after we did has been seen and left already. The cute doctor who came in to see us finally along with his lovely assistant were very sweet and understanding! This is the only positive thing about this appointment. Thanks doc for coming in and changing the entire vibe of this appointment.The only reason we would come back to this location is because of the doctor.
Transcend is wonderful. I have two children in orthotics and each person that works there has been super helpful! I highly recommend them!

I have been using Hope, now Transcend, for 5 years. This is the first time I am very, very unhappy with their services. Back in Jan, there was an order to get braces for my child. Fitting done, product arrived to their office, but they fail to call us. We called in March and asked. Their answer was that they are waiting for the doctor to sign off. They never reached out to the doctor to see what was the hold off. Nurse Practioner called Hope, waited 15 mins for the fax that they said they will fax her. Nothing. The next day, Nurse Practioner called again and was told they will fax her the form to be signed off. Nothing happened. A week later, Monday, the doctor signed off and faxed to Hope. Tuesday, husband called to follow up, Hope claim to have not received it. Whoever is handling her case is not doing his/her job. They don’t fax when they said they will. They certainly don’t follow up with the doctors to expedite things and we keep having to call them constantly to get them to do their job. Will not use their service again if my child outgrown old ones and needs new fittings if this keeps up. Very frustrated with Hope. Three months later still no orthotics.
