I came into a very clean store! Zach, was helping a customer. This was my first time. I did not have an appointment. I was in need of relief and did not know I one. Zach was kind to assist me. His politeness was great! The process was very simple and Zach explained things very well. As soon as I had the product on my feet I could feel the difference before I even stud up! Oh Boy! could you believe it! Well, it is very true. I walked and tested and was above amazement! Zach explained things well and clearly! He has great patients as another customer who had come in after me was a bit grumpy. Zach explained and had this customer walk as well. Zachs attitude did not change. For sure he knows the product well and I am a firm believer too. I pain when I arrived, I explained to Zach and he knew exactly wha to do. Relief and Comfort was achieved. Thank you Zach and The Good Feet Store.
Several years ago I developed arthritis in my feet as a result of failed arches. I had been working with a podiatrist who gave me steroids for the arthritis, as well as anti-inflammatory meds AND custom orthotics. None of that helped much. I was having trouble walking and was truly frightened about the quality of my day to day life with the pain level. Then I heard a radio ad for Good Feet and decided to give it a shot. It took only a few days to get used to my new shoe inserts and feeling my pain level drop was so encouraging. I’ve been wearing Good Feet inserts for several years now and my feet rarely hurt. I know this sounds too good to be true, but it is. If you are having any kind of chronic foot pain I strongly suggest you try Good Feet on Westheimer.
Customer service was excellent. You do have to wait a while especially if employees are with another client, but thats because they make sure they give you their full attention. They inserts have helped my feet tremendously.
So I have had the 3 different inserts for 3 weeks now. I have a bad hip and thought that it was my gait. So I used as instructed. 1st set for only one hour a day then switch to the less aggressive insert. And the 3rd stage inserts are just a bit similar to the ones at walmart.(however not the price)Pros- The most aggressive insert did improve my limp.Con- bothersome/as expected to my feet.Severe hip pain at night and morning. Worse than when I started.Pros- the 2nd inserts- more comfortableCons- Severe hip pain at night and in morning. Dont know if this was the one that caused the pain. The final inserts are comfortable in my shoes. No problemsNow I must say..One leg is shorter than the other and I thought that they would balance me better. But no they didnt. Please make sure that if you purchase these that you understand that there is no refund. I was told that after they ran my card and showed me the clause on their receipt. $1200 later. Will I purchase again? NoWas staff helpful? YesDid I go in knowing the cost? Absolutely not..but I wanted to stop the pain.
Shelly seemed very knowledgeable. I bought the basics as couldnt afford the entire package. After 10 days still waiting for foot pain to be relieved. Have a new blister on one foot. Still hopeful & have not given up. Will continue to use them for at least 2 weeks.
My review is for my husband, who has bone on bone arthritis in his knees. He had gel injections 3 weeks ago, but was still feeling some discomfort in his right knee and discomfort in his left Achilles. After making a decision to go to the Good Feet store to get fitted for the system he has a true testimony! Mrs. Shelly (Post Oak Galleria location) was his consultant and we highly recommend her. Because her knowledge and compassion was demonstrated during the entire appointment. She was thorough and patient. My husband felt relief in the first 24 hours of wearing the system!! The Good Feet Store is the real deal! We are so happy that we found them! I have seen my husband stride change to normal again now that we have the system! This has added years to his quality of life! Thank you Mrs. Shelly! You are an Angel on earth to us!
I would give less than one star. If you have plantar fasciitis please don’t waste your money. They sold me $2000 worth of stuff that actually made my feet worse. After trying to make the inserts work for 6 weeks I decided to go to a podiatrist. I found out the podiatrist would make inserts made for my feet just not something off a shelf for $295. They never say this but when you look at your receipt it states no refunds. They are just sales people trying to make a sale they really don’t have any knowledge to help with your pain.
I would like to take the time to recognize The Good Feet Store for their customer service. My son is having issues with his foot and they are willing to work with us to get him what he needs to hopefully get well soon. As parents I worry about what happens when he gets to high school and not get picked because of the way he walks. Thank you again for working with us.
So grateful for this company and their insoles. Were they expensive? Yes. But are they worth it? ABSOLUTELY. Ive been enjoying my life with much less pain in my back, hips and knees. I highly recommend this store and their product for anyone who wants to improve their quality of life. Pain sucks. These insoles rock!
Loved it! Felt the difference right away!I was having severe leg pain and it was so painful to walk. At the end of the first day my husband said to me “Do you realize you haven’t complained about your leg hurting all day?”. Great investment. Shelley was my sales person over in the Galleria area. She’s wonderful; very knowledgeable!
Sales person really made me feel good about my purchase.. Thanks so much!!
Justin did a fine job of understanding my needs and thoroughly explained how their system works. One week into wearing, Im noticing a big difference. Leg and foot pain is diminishing notably. I am truly amazed an very pleased.
What a rip off, these people only care about your money . This lady sold me useless inserts that are way to hard, she also lied to me and told me I can jog in them. $500 gone.
Went to the woodlands location, at first the sales lady was nice. But was also fast and a little hard to follow as to what inserts were for what. Then at the very end she said it would all be $1600! And there is no money back guarantee! She asked my budget and I told her I was expecting to pay $50-$100 she laughed and said you cant even get an insert at Walmart for that. Then told me they have a financing plan for $150 a month. $1600 is still $1600 even if it is monthly. Told me about the lowest downgraded option for $100. $100 for the minimal insert to not correct but only give a little comfort, not worth that! Also I could MAYBE see spending $1600 IF these were truly custom as in they take a mold of my feet and send it off to make custom ones but that is not the case, they stamped my feet and went in the back for 5 minutes so they are mass produced products. If it really worked they should allow a money back guarantee. Very disappointed.
It was not my first trip .Everything went as it should. Ben using your product for a long time and would and do recommend it anyone.
I wasnt able to get out of bed most days with extreme pain in my feet. I came into the Good Feet store and tried their arch support system and it changed my life. Bobby was very helpful and understanding and genuinely wanted to help. Been on the system for a year now and pain free!
I just wanted to write a review as I had a very good experience at the Galleria store with Bobby. He was very professional and didnt talk over me. He just listened, asked questions, and he quickly provided what I needed along with some good informative information regarding my specific need. I was impressed with his prompt, courteous, non-pushy, relaxed, and helpful sales style. There are other stores I could go to, but good service is hard to find. So, that is why Ill be returning and referring those I meet who may have similar issues or needs as I do. Thank you Bobby!
I had shooting pain in the ball of my feet and I could hardly walk. I came in and got this supports and it totally changed my life. Bobby helped me find the right supports and I never go without them. Its one of the most amazing thing that ever happened to me. My feet is never been the same!!
The store is nice & clean & the staff is courteous & professional. Carlton greeted me with a smile & found the perfect support for my heels for work. My posture improved immediately & my feet no longer hurt by 5pm! I highly recommend Good Feet.
Time will tell if the inserts will do their job and I am hopeful. My problem is the cost! I made it a point to ask the sales appointment person what I might expect to pay in order to determine if I should move forward. Although she did say that the consultation was free, with persistence, she eventually admitted that most customers spend between $69 and $329/pr. What she meant was that one out of the three inserts was $329! I walked out of the appointment paying almost $1400 and feeling like I was bamboozled with extras that were explained in a way that lead me to believe they were being included at no charge as part of the package and that coupons would help keep the cost reasonable. While I expected it to be somewhat costly especially since I also purchased a pair of shoes, I did not expect a $1,363.52 bill with coupons! Its a lot of information to absorb and its certainly uncomfortable questioning coded line items on your receipt with other customers and salesmen standing around listening. I did call Marquis after taking the time to review the receipt in privacy and said that I did not understand that the extra pair of inserts he included were another $99.95. His reply was that with the coupon he gave me, they were a giveaway but I could bring them back if I wanted to. I asked for clarification about the 6mo warranty and he insisted that any store would just give me a new pair of inserts even after that period if needed... (then why a 6mo warranty I asked myself). Again, I felt upset and uncomfortable that what was a lot of money to me was a giveaway to the salesman. I hope that in a few months, I can say it was worth it, but at this point I am still upset with how the experience played out. Pricing should be more transparent and understandable and sales people should be considerate to that end.
The kind demeanor and customer service exhibited by the store personnel is fantastic. Especially Bobby who assisted me with getting in and out of the store quickly as I was on a tight schedule. Bobby was also the person who performed the initial fitting for my family. They are now enjoying the benefits of being a client of the Good Feet Store.
I recently purchased the set after having pain in my feet for months. The set they try to sell you costs $1,000. Do not go in this store! Its a sales gimmick. They are not custom. Work with your doctor. I am googling reviews that there is a no return policy and they have complaints with the Better Business Bureau. They did not inform me there is a no return policy.
Disclaimer: These insoles are not cheap but I knew going in there because they were recommend by a friend.Ive gone to the doctor dozens of times with suggestions of medication to help but who wants to take medication everyday. I was desperate for relief from what I believe to be plantar fasciitis. I walked to and from the rail line everyday in constant pain and in less than a few days I found relief, it was worth it to me but I understand it might not be the same for everyone else. The staff have always been friendly but they are salespeople and they dont sell themselves as doctors which I read in some of the reviews so you shouldnt knock them for that.I recommend to my friends but with the disclaimer that its not for everyone because of the price tag.
I was in there this morning around 9 oclock the gentleman that out me was very rude I had to call a nother store in order for him to give me my free pair of cushions want to year and he was still rude like he did not want to do not recommend this location the other locations will take better carry new and theyre not as rude
After one week I feel hardly any discomfort. Everyday it gets better and better.
Ive always struggled with discomfort in my feet as well my back and knees. Since seeing Bobby at Good Feet I feel better than ever! not only is my pain gone, I have more energy at the end of the day. Anyone with discomfort or fatigue should go to the Good Feet Store!
These guys are awesome and the product is top tier! Relieving months of pain from my plantar fascia!
Randy did a great job of explaining everything, answering my questions, educating me, prepping my footwear, and ensuring I had the right inserts to meet my needs. Hes a great asset to your team!
I used to have back pain from standing all day but since I’ve been to the good feet store my pain is completely gone! I recommend seeing Bobby, they have a great team and It will change your life!
Awesome place and costumer service. Marques is the gentleman that assisted me and helped answer all my questions. My knees and back feel better and my workouts have improved. Will definitely recommend this place.
Bobby did an amazing job fitting me with the right insoles. He was very professional and spent time listening to where my foot pain was. Highly recommend visiting this store.
I have had the inserts for almost 2 years and they are a miraculous thing! When I went in to the Good Feet store in the Galleria, I was in pain every day and now I go home from a long day at work and my feet may be tired, but Im not in pain. Whenever I have an opportunity i sing the praises of Good Feet!
Today I went to the Good Feet store in the Galleria area to have my inserts replaced and the consultant Bobby Chukwu was extremely helpful. I was out within ten minutes. Already I can feel the difference. I highly recommend Good Feet.
I have dealt with plantar fasciitis most of my adult life. Coming to work in the Medical Center as a Nurse and having to wear heavy lead in my department whilst standing for hours became tortuous. Ive bought the athletic orthotics every couple of months for 6+ years and finally felt like it was a waste of time and money. I needed something else without the invasive surgery option. I visited the Galleria store in February and made the leap for the big purchase and have not regretted it since. Todd was excellent in taking care of my specific needs and was very respectful. It took a week to get used to them and I cant go without them anymore! 3 months later I have no pain and can walk miles upon miles with no feet/back issues. Work is not a pain anymore and I can finally walk my pup after those long shifts. Thanks Good Feet!!
John Frisby was very professional and didnt press the issue of the sale. Instead he genuinely tried to help me with my foot pain and explained the features of each support in a way that was easy to understand. Randy is a true gentleman and great member of the Good Feet team. Highly recommend his service to anyone with flat feet and foot pain from working long hours like myself.
Bobby is awesome! For the first time in my life, my feet, back and legs are pain free. I love the Good Feet Store!
I stepped into the Houston store at the beginning of this Year (2014) a little skeptical about this product, I have seen the infomercial several times and I said to myself that I will give it a try. I was greeted by the personnel and Carlton Sisco offer me his help, he ask me several questions and the reason of me being there, I told him that I was having calf pains, knee pains and back pains, he asked about my job, Im a machinist and stand on my feet for 12-14 hours a day, he recommended the whole system exerciser, maintainer and relaxer and he mentioned that if I was not satisfied or that the expected results were not there to bring them back and that he will change them until I will get the results meaning my pains and he mentioned that the products was warranty for life that will not have to pay for replacements any more,I left the store went back to work and follow his instructions to wear the arch supports, within a day or two I noticed the difference my knee and calf pain went away and then back felt better and I was able to work and walk a lot better and pains at all, I wanted to tried them also for running and again no knee or calf pain, Im totally satisfied with the arch support, I recently went back and got an extra set of arches for my running shoes and also a replacement for my working shoes and at that time Carlton was there and he remembered me when I first came to the store and once again with the same friendly approach he took care of me and recommended to move up on my arch support for my working shoes. I would recommend anyone that suffers from aches and pains give it a try you will feel the difference I know. Alberto
I was experiencing pain in my hip while training and during my annual elk hunts. I visited the Good Feet Store and was fitted and provided inserts. The pain subsided almost immediately and I continue to train and enjoy my hiking in the mountains. Both Todd and Bobby have been very professional and know their stuff. I highly recommend their solution for relief of pain induced by improper foot support.
Todd was our GoodFeet rep and was very knowledgable! We are excited to see how they are going to help our posture over the course of time. I am impressed with the lifetime warranty too!
I had plantar fasciitis and was helped by my Good Feet inserts with the expert knowledge & courteous help of Todd & Bobby. Highly recommended if you want to get rid of your pain!
Thank you Marquis for spending time with me in my annual check up and replacing the inserts I lost during the storm. Thanks to the Good Fee my feet feel great.
I visited GoodFeet from my sisters recommendation. It worked for her so I wanted to try. I know exactly my foot problems are- large bunion and high arch. I was recommended to have bunionectomy but due to my busy work schedule as a physician, I decided to look for an alternative. The salesperson was pleasant and helpful. I had to bring in back for adjustment after the first week because the insert was too high for me. I experienced some discomfort at first, but I think its part of adjustment process. The manager, Bobby was very patient with me!
After a month of wearing these extremely expensive inserts, my left ankle started swelling regularly and the pain got so bad I couldnt walk. The doctor recommended I stop wearing the inserts immediately. These inserts set me back over $700(a MAJOR expense to me) and little did I know that medically prescribed inserts cost less and are molded specifically to your feet!(GoodFeet inserts are not). The salesmen are nice but they arent doctors! Ive had the inserts for almost 3 months and they have actually caused damage to my ankle where there was no damage before. I may need surgery now and am in a lot of pain. I wish I could get my money back, that would help with the medical expenses theyve caused but it says right on the receipt all sales are final...ouch....ouch....as I write this Im in extreme pain.
Coming from a person that was born with bad feet and have had custom orthotics made several times. I feel like I have new feet. Tom the manager at Baybrook mall was the BOMB! He is awesome and his years of expertise and knowledge and the time he takes with you to give you the perfect fit. Well all I can say is thank you over and over again. I have HAPPY FEET NOW!Recommend to all who suffer in pain.
Always great service. Highly recommend a visit to have your step assessed. Resolved my knee pain.
It was great very helpful workers.
Buyer beware. The product is ok, but the price is outrageous. I went in to the store after hearing a radio ad stating pain relief starting at $79.99. This part of the radio ad has since been removed. I was fitted with some inserts and quoted a price over $1200. After some negotiation and changing products the total price I paid was about $1000. The product helped for a little while by reducing my pain by about 50%. Eventually they didnt help at all. I recently went to a real foot doctor in the Woodlands. In 15 minutes, and for no where near the same price, he showed me a couple simple stretches that have me completely pain free.UPDATE: I had some serious foot pain on the side of my foot, which has never happened before. After going to the foot doctor it was determined that I have tendonitis. This was caused by inserts given to me by The Good Feet store. They took so much weight of my arch and heel and put it on the side of my foot.UPDATE 2: I appriciate the response from The Good Feet Store. However, I have waited 2 months and recieved no contact from management as promised. I have been in once to have the product adjusted. However, I will not be going back because, as I stated above, I went to a foot doctror and recieved a correct diagnoses and treatment and currently have no more pain. My problem with The Good Feet Store is that I went in after hearing their add stating Pain relief starting at $79.99. I expected to pay more than that, but not 15 times more!
Good feet’s orthotics solves my Plantar fasciitis after 2 yrs of trying other orthotics. Thanks to Bobby at the Westheimer store.Highly recommend this- worth it!
I went in with sore feet and an aching back and after wearing the arch supports I feel so much better. I tell everyone about the Good Feet store.
It was amazing, no wait, and awesome customer service Bobby really helped me
My feet never felt so good leaving the store. They sell a top-notch product!
Back in May of 2016 I had been having problems with plantar faciitis for several months. After several weeks of physical therapy ordered by an orthopedic physician with no satisfaction, I went to the Good Feet Store located on Westheimer next to Nordstroms Rack. After a review of my situation with the sales associate there, I was fitted with two types of orthotics to provide for my everyday use and physical exercise regimen. Over the next 2 to 3 weeks, using the orthotics in all of my footware, my plantar faciitis was healed. I have continued to wear the orthotics everyday in all of my footware. This past weekend I went to the store for my annual follow up. Bobby, the sales associate, replaced my orthotics for no additional cost, given the lifetime guarantee. Back in 2016 I thought the initial cost of the orthotics was a little steep. However, with service provided and replacement annually of my orthotics, the Good Feet Store offers one of the best value purchases I have ever made.
Bobby was great. We went in for a replacement and there was no wait.
Standing pain that went away almost immediate after getting my Good Feet inserts . Amazing difference. I highly recommend this product thanks Bobby & Todd for your advice and attention
Having heard the ad on KTRH in Houston several times, and living with long term discomfort/pain in my feet for almost 10 years, I thought why not, and called for a visit, then went in a day early to find out about pain relief because my feet hurt. Katherine Sylvain was immediately helpful, informative, patient, and encouraging in her introduction to this amazing product. In short, my first trial with the Exerciser installed in my shoes relieved my pain so well that I was incredulous! I simply could not believe it. Relief was in my feet, and I almost could not feel the new pressure (relief) area right next to the painful area. A second product - the Miracle - felt different, but pain was again just a memory, with a different pressure area. I WAS AMAZED at the result, and began thinking to myself that this was too good to be true, and wondered what it would cost because I wanted it all. I would have paid ANYTHING for this permanent relief. I gladly purchased the entire package and after a month, still feel that while pain relief is not permanent, proper use of these inserts will virtually eliminate pain from my Planters Faciitus.I am learning with trial and error that using at least two, and sometimes the third insert in an active day, will allow my feet to flex & exercise their way to comfort as I can continue my lifestyle.I will also pass this recommendation and endorsement on to Michael Berry at KTRH!
Dont go there. The one who served me once I told him it was so crazy to pay $500 for a pair of insoles was rude and very unprofessional. It was so ackward
Had back pain 1 year ago. Bobby took good care of me
Excellent attention…great product!
The orthotics I got broke after less than a week. Went back and got the same kind and they broke with in less than a week as well.
I had plantar fasciitis and Bobby fitted me and now I feel better. I can walk again!!! The results were immediate.
Insoles do work, but they are overpriced. Look for alternatives before dropping $400 for single set of insoles and up to $1500 for 3 sets. Sales are Final, No refunds!!!
The employee Listened to my problem......
