I’ve visited 4 different places for my prosthetic leg, but here is the most outstanding. Unlimited Prosthetics products and service have made me completely satisfied. Mr. Eric R. Setzer is really professional, knowledgeable and caring. He explained things to me very clearly. Plus, the President, Mrs. Erika Sanchez also came down and talked with me in a friendly way to find down what I really needed. How satisfied I was. I highly recommend them!

I cannot put into simple words the kind of guidance and care I have received from this group. I previously had a prosthesis made by another local company who bragged on their 3D printing but I kept having trouble with fit. I figured if 3D printing couldnt get me walking then nothing and no one could. But Unlimited Prosthetics made me a leg I could walk with, with great comfort and ease. I guess a computer is as good as its user! The knowledge and craftsmanship this group has is exceptional, not to mention courtesy. I am glad I found them. Thanks Rudy for recommending them. Seeing how well you were walking with your prosthesis is what made me reach out to them to begin with.

If you want someone to give it to you straight, these are the guys. At first I had no clue what type of prosthetic was a better fit for me, much less why. But they explained everything, were completely up front, no BS, and now Im walking and many cant even tell I have a prosthetic. Its hard enough losing a limb and then after you dont even know where to start or what to expect. But now Im comfortable, Im happy, and its all thanks to the whole crew at Unlimited Prosthetics. You guys are truly the best, thanks for caring so much about me and going the extra mile without hesitation.

I had a great experience with Unlimited Prosthetics. My wife is an amputee who lost her leg due to diabetics. She received a fake leg thru her insurance but she always complained that it didnt feel right. We went back to the place where she got it. It got adjusted but it still didnt feel right. After a few tries, she wasnt happy, so I told my wife to try a new Prosthetic place. After doing some online research, I found out that Unlimited Prosthetics would do free adjustments and free in home visits. I was a little skeptical since nothing is free, so I decided to call. I am so glad I did. The receptionist who answered the phone was very professional and courteous. She answered all my questions and book me for a free visit in my home with one of their technicians. The technician came to my home a few days later and worked on my wifes leg prosthesis. He really made sure my wife was happy with the adjustments he made. He even gave her a leg sleeve at no charge. Thank you UPI for helping me with my wifes prosthetic leg!

They helped my son with his new custom orthopedic shoes. Mrs. Erika and Mr. Santiago were very professional and caring. I knew my son was in good hands. He was measured and within a few days he got is new orthopedic shoes. I highly recommend them!

The staff members at Unlimited Prosthetics are extremely helpful and professional. They helped me get my new leg prosthetic. They measured me, fabricated the prosthetic and fine adjusted to my comfort. They even handle all the insurance billing! I highly recommend them!

I am diabetic and I have to use diabetic shoes. I purchased my diabetic shoes from Unlimited Prosthetics to get sized and fitted. I am very glad with the customer service the UPI team provides. The staff is very knowledgeable and educational. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
