InMotion is fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Their team navigated my insurance authorization and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They worked tirelessly to ensure that I received the prosthetic that would benefit me the most in my day-to-day life. They have also followed up several times with me since my delivery to make sure I’m doing ok and that’s something I really appreciate.

My overall experience with InMotion was great! They were able to answer all of my questions and were very courteous and knowledgeable.Not only am I extremely happy with my device, but it was easy to communicate my needs with staff, and easy to schedule my appointments which is extremely important since they came directly to me.

They were very helpful, the prosthetic leg that was made for me is just how I wanted it. They even put a picture on it for me and the picture is very beautiful, I am so thankful for InMotion Prosthetic because if it wasnt for them, I wouldnt be able to move around and do things a normal person would do. First time dealing with prosthetics as a caregiver for some one im attending too, thyre always soo polite and soft spoken over the phone when they call to set up appts or when calling to let us know they are on the way. Jerry i believe something with a J . . i believe hes oriental or something is very nice very polite on time if not early and answers any questions we may have. Always checks to make sure there isnt any redness on the patients leg and explained to us the importance of sock management. Its always a pleasure working with inmotion prosthetics and Jerry?

Amazing Staff! Their Prosthetist is very knowledgeable and makes excellent adjusments! They are quick to get me scheduled, and have done all of my appointments in my home at my convenience. Their customer care and Peer Support have helped me in progress wonderfully! I would recommend them to anyone going through an amputation.
