Great place to office. In the heart of West Houston.

We have been a tenant at this facility for over 5 years and the experience has been awesome. The facility manager is the best you can ever ask for. The facility itself is very beautiful and well maintained. Security is also great here. I very strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect working environment.

I have been a tenant in this building almost 4 years now. I really enjoy the level of care and customer service that Sonya and their management team bring. Sonya is always super sweet and responsive to our needs; and Martin is prompt to address any maintenance issues we have. I was referred to this building years ago and Im glad I decided to lease a suite in this building. I do like that there is open/accessible parking for our clients to easily find parking for the building. I recommend this building if anyone is looking for a professional building with friendly and prompt management and maintenance team! Very nice property!!

This office building management team goes above and beyond with regards to our needs for office space. They are always on top of anything we may request and try their best to accommodate us. The restrooms are clean and the building is well maintained. We will continue to lease office space with this building for many years to come.

I have been a tenant in this property for close to 10 years, the staff is excellent, the location is great with plenty of covered and uncovered parking. The facility is well maintained and they are constantly up keeping the grounds. I highly recommend this office park.

I have been there since Oct, 2016 and this place is great. Location is very convenient. Building is well kept and neat. Prices are beautiful. They just renovated restrooms last year. The building manager Sonya is very nice, so are other office staffs. I enjoy staying here and recommend to everyone.

The location is perfect, right off the beltway and like a 10 min drive from i10! Not to mention all of the great food spots near by, you can even walk to them.. For anybody looking for office space I highly recommend Westchase Square!

I have been a tenant for a little over a year now. The building location is fantastic! And although it is a class B office building I cant ask for a better rental rate considering. The surface parking can be a headache, but if you talk to management, she will work with you to get you garage parking to make it more convenient. In fact anytime I call Sonya, she is quick to respond to any requests I have. Good building, good management!

TILTPIXEL has been a proud tenant for over 4 years at Westchase Square. Sonya and the rest of management are great to work with and very accommodating. The location is excellent, and they just recently renovated the restrooms. This is a great value for a class B building!

I work at Westchase Square and find ita wonderful place to work at. They have there own private deli, conferance room, and would can actually see trees not another building or suite. I would recommend this place to anyone as our business has grown tremendously.

This is a great place to do business, the offices are great, prices are really good, management super friendly and helpful all the time, good parking, always super clean, you can find any kind of good food within a few steps away and the most important your clients or customers will be very happy with the location, Westheimer and wilcrest really close to the belt way 8 and no more than 10 min to I-10 on the north side or 59 on the south.

Westchase Square is a great place for your business. It is not an A building but they make you feel as though you were, just not with the same price. We have a great conference room in which I take my clients quite often and use it free of cjharge. MY customers love it because they never have a problem with parking. Thwe elevators are quick and they are here in no time. Everyone is friendly iincluding the Management.If you have a problem all you have to do is call, if it is within their means it is done immediately as the maintenance man has been here for 20 years. I would invite anyone to have their business at Westchase Square Office Building.
