They do terrible as a company, they only seem to care to pick up the call when it benefits them. I have been contacted several to be informed that I am late on my bill & I have to send bank statements to them that I am not late and pay ahead of the due date. This company is terrible, I would rate this 2/10. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS COMPANY!!! They never pick up the phone when you need them! There customer service team is also terrible! They never answer the question properly. TRASH COMPANY! Stay AWAy!

PSA - Stay away from any buildings with NAI Partners on it! Youve been warned. We are a small business that has been operating for 19 years in the same location. NAI Partners is the fourth management company to take over the building and it is hands down, no competition the worst experience weve ever dealt with. Weve been enduring roof leaks into our suite for over 2 years! The leaks range from small leaks to massive downpours depending on the weather in Houston (which rains constantly). Weve had thousands of dollars in damages from cubicles to computer equipment. The first year, we were very patient, giving them time to resolve and fix the situation. After one year, and leaks still occurring we informed them that we can no longer trust the roof to hold and having our business there was no long sustainable because our employees couldnt even office out of there. We asked to be let out of our contract after 2 years of enduring leaks (about 7 different leaks total) and allowing them AMPLE time to fix without any resolution, they said no because theyve been timely in their response. Weve been at the location for 19 years, we were not searching to leave. There are no words for this, we dont need timeliness, we need a fix, if you cant fix it then do the ethical/moral thing and let us out of our lease not continue to collect money from us every month for an unusable office space. We had this issue taken up high into their management level and with no understanding. Thank goodness we only had 2 years left on our lease since the leaks started. After 19 years, weve found a new location for our business. We specifically avoided any buildings with NAI Partners on it. They lost a potential long term customer and future customer. As well, as we were moving out, our neighbor came by to inform us that he was having to deal with roof leaks and theyve given him the same response and unfortunately he cant leave as well and his lease is still well out from being over. I wouldnt wish the stress and headache of what we endured for over 2 years on any other business owners.

Stay away!!! Youve been warned! This company manages the building I work out of and is very rude and keeps charging more and more fees. They are extremely unprofessional and vile. I will not be renewing my lease. Rosie Salinas is a huge a$$hole. She needs to be fired ASAP. Extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. Very surprised she even has a job with an attitude like that. Disgusting.

As someone thats in business let me say the way these people run their business is a complete joke. Not only are they not professional, but they are very rude. I dont think they realize that the tenants are the ones keeping their lights on and making them money. When I call in I expect to be treated like Im family when I choose to spend my hard earned money with them, Instead I get treated like scum from the front desk. I cant recommend anyone to do business with these people, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy until they completely change the way they do business.

We have been operating since 2009 in the same location. NAI Partners bought the buildings and are terrible to deal with, the lady (Rosie Salinas) often calls the office making threats to lock us out of office when we ALREADY SENT A CHECK TO THEIR OFFICE! Get better customer support this place sucks!

Do not rent any property with nai partners manage it. You been warned. You will be cheat out of your base rent with their CAM fees that they charge you to fix other damage units. When my lease over, I cleaned my unit spotless, even repainted the walls, did a final walk through with their property manager to verify everything working. Not only that they wont refund my deposit, they made up all these fees that they had to fix the unit like all the lightings when it was clearly working during the final walk through. Theyre crooked, I tell you. Its not enough that I had to close my door but also gotta get rob by them. I could have left the place trashy and not clean anything, but I guess it doesnt pay to do the right thing. Id give them 0 star if I could.

RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE! This company manages the building I work out of and they are extremely rude. They claimed not to receive payments, charge unexpected fees, and increase prices out of the blue. Rosie Salinas is extremely unprofessional and has a nasty attitude.

We lease a commercial space from them. As with most small businesses we had a rough 1st year then Corona hit. They had absolutely zero compassion. Barely 30 days late they threatened to lock us out!!! Now they are moving tenants out and moving new tenants in that received COVID relief money instead of trying to assist their already established tenants on stabilizing and striving. After all of this is over and the success of our business begins to thrive, It will not be because they were supportive and accommodating. I regret leasing from them and will be happy to relocate when my lease is up!!! Slum Lords!!!

I have had the opportunity to work with Jason Whittington over the last two years and have found him to be the consummate real estate professional. We have succeeded in closing several deals together during that time. I will refer business to Jason if I have the opportunity.

I will not be renting from them again. The office that another company leased leaked water into my office downstairs and NAI comes up with a BS excuse stating that my lease states that I have to pay for any damage caused to my office wether it was my fault or not. Save time and find a better company to lease from.
