This place have some great women doing your nails. The price is right!!!Actually one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. The problem is not the people that work there it’s the customers that come in. It my second time as a walk in and they seem to always have girls screaming or being very extra. I’m on the edge while getting my toes done because you don’t know what’s about to go down. Not to add the crackhead waiting on you to ask for money.

Horrible do not recommend at all. It’s a waste of money I payed 50$ for a set that was really worth 30$ and they came up within 9 days wth. The man here did my nails and they just lifted off like I did my own damn nails. They really owe me a free set but I’ll never go their ever in life

Save your money. I was visiting Houston and stopped in to get a full set. The lady rushed and cut my finger twice in the same dam spot. After less than a week my nails was lifting. Every time I put my hair up in a ponytail my nails was snagging and pulling my hair out. I went back for repair they charged me without a discount for such poor quality. I asked for a color change and she didn’t remove all the previous color off because the new color over hid the old polish but that’s besides the point. Don’t charge for a color change if you’re not going to remove all the polish. Press on nails at Walmart lasts longer than these nails I got. After the touch up less than a week one of my nails lifted again so I bought super glue to fix it to try to get some wear from such a terrible job. The lady was rude also because she didn’t want me saying much about the poor quality. This is my hard earned money period.

I spend a lot of money here and don’t appreciate that i made an appointment on my lunch break and nobody was free to do my nails. I will no longer come to this nail shop. Thanks Vicky!

I had a much better experience. The nail tech that worked on me is very young- talent. The atmosphere at the shop is nice. This is my *new* favorite nail salon and def recommend!

I just left Salon and already my diamonds Are Falling down. First time Going here and I do not recommend. I gave the lady a picture and said she could do it . Took her 2 hours just on my mani and did not even do it correctly. Not to mention she cut me twice. If it was too Difficult I wouldve gladly went elsewhere or changed my choice . But she said it could be done. I calmly explained I so upset I wasnt even able To do my pedicure due to long wait . Customer satisfaction NOT guaranteed nothing was done.

I came in wanting to get their Monday-Wednesday special (pedi $16), a nail take off and their $15 full set special . When my nail tech started to take off my nails, she did it so rough and fast that some of the actual finger nail started to come off where you could see the meat and one of nails started to literally bleed. I thought she would offer to stop but she didn’t ... instead, she kept wiping the blood off with one of their store towel and kept going. Then she walked off to a corner and came back with this liquid that she put on my finger that was bleeding and it started burning like crazy. By the way, she never told me what It was or what it should do...she just did it. After that, I told her I didn’t want to damage my nails more than what She already did so I told her to just give me a manicure. The work that she did looked so amateur and unprofessional... I could’ve done better doing it myself at home. By the way, 3 hrs later it started to chip and come off. Also, she put nail polish on the area that was bleeding and when I told her that it was burning and could she take it off...she literally said “I’ll fix it up later”. So my nails already look a mess then my pedicure didn’t go so well too. I got the special ($15) and when she started to fill up the water...my pedicure lady kept trying to sell me on a more expensive pedicure even after I told her no the first time she asked. She basically tried to pressure me into getting it. She started adding up my total with the more expensive pedicure like I said yes but once she seen that I was staying with my answer, I guess she started getting mad because the job she did was horrible. She basically dipped my feet in the water, scrubbed a good 3 times and started painting my toenails. She did nothing more. She didn’t take her time or made sure her work was good. When my sister next to me, got the same pedicure and her pedicure lady did wayy more stuff than mine did. Like don’t advertise a Monday -Wednesday special if you don’t want anyone to buy it and you’re going to persuade people to get the more expensive pedicure. I basically feel like it was a total waste of money comin here. My nail tech never said sorry or forgive me and she never offered to lower the price for making my nail bleed and snatching off my nails. My total was $31 and the service was equivalent to a $10 total. I still have to get a mani pedi all over again at a different location but, from now on I will absolutely NEVER SPEND A DIME HERE AGAIN !! And I’m warning other people as well. DONT GO HERE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE, CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THEIR SERVICE QUALITY...THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!

New girl kept cutting to deep on my feet

I usually bring my daughter in the tow and get a manicure set. They are so sweet and professional. After a few weeks, my nails are long and healthy. This is my *new* favorite nail salon and def recommend!

Went there Friday to get my nails done and I have noticed that two of my nails are indeed cricket! I have been a regular here, and this is unattractive and unacceptable. I will spend my hard earned money else where. Station #6 did my nails!

Been coming here for years I love this place. Whenever Im in Houston this is my go to. Employees are nice and its ran by mother and daughter and they do a great job.

This was my first time at this nail shop. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but they have to be the sweetest, kindest, most respectful nail techs I have ever met!! I went for a Pedicure and it was Fabulous! Kelly did my Pedicure. I will Always go to this Nail Shop.

I was served right away but feel I was over charge. I always get a deluxe everywhere i go which typically includes hot wax, hot rocks, deep massage and mask. This did not include rocks. Their special was 21for one item with pedicure and $5 each extra item. Since they only offer 3 items total my pedicure should not have been no more than $31. The hot towels were warm not hot. And on top of feeling cheated o was told i would be charged $1 for using my card. Wow!

My nails are not what I wanted . The powder is perfect color but the work is not quality . No professional technique what so ever . I literally had to shape my nail edges myself in the spot because it was done with no care or detail for the price woman pay for nails anywhere a technician should have a signature style at least that they can execute and deliver happy customers . Business may be booming but do you have any regulars ? I wonder .

I love that my nail technician (Tina) started coming in early for me on Saturday, at least 30 minutes early because Im an early bird. Been going to her for approximately 3 years+. Trish does great eyelashes and her mom does great eyebrows and their selection jas a nice variety. Prices are a little over the top but well worth it.

The service mani/pedi service is divine and relaxing.

Service sucks and very horrible service! they are the rudest group of Asian women Ive ever seen. They need training on what it means to give good customer service and how to communicate properly without sounding like theyre a bunch of thugs.

I was skeptical at first. I came on a Tuesday 5pm and it was dead, I mean nail techs just chilling. I got a basic pedicure and it didnt start out too good, the water was ridiculously cold. But the nail tech, Amy, did a decent job. Not the best but pretty good for $16, Ive had worse for more. I wouldnt mind coming back as long as I get Amy. Whole experience took 30 minutes

My experience was okay but the quality of the nails is horrible. The last 3 times I went, I had to get a refill within the first 3 days. Yes it cheap but it doesnt last at all. Its not worth your money. This is a picture of my nails after only 5 days of getting a new set. I promise you I will NEVER return to this establishment. I posted the pictures of my nails under the photos and yes they look that bad.

I have been going here on and off since they open. I lived very close to the nail shop and it really on which nail tech you get. Not all of them are great, but there are about three that does an wonderful job.

Two starts because as soon as I came in they seated me and the customer service was OK (-JUST OK) . However my nails began to pop off about 4-5 days of having them and they were SHORT (Waist of money) They did a ok job on my toes I felt like they rushed but it still came out OK (Nothing special) Now my eyebrows 😡😡 I had been letting them grow for a little over a year so that I could get my natural arch back and had previously went to a nail shop that did a magnificent job go here and she ripped them right back off SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING AT ALL!!! Then tried telling me to use eyeliner. If anything just get your toes done everything else is BULLCRAP. And they overcharged you. $1 to use your card what the hell ! My total was over $50 .

Went today and she told me that if i weigh over 300lbs i cant get my feet done cause the chair wont hold. Never had a problem in New Jersey

Omg no ladies, do not get your nails done here. Youll do better just getting a pedi. smh my nails were glued on so fast, my fingers were stuck together, she added so much extra access glue and then gone try to overcharge me for some uneven nails then I told her to fix a nail that was not fitting my nail bit but she said the acrylic still had to be put on but when it was put on it still looked like what I complained about. I walked up outta there! I refuse to pay for them. Not good quality nails at all they need to take they time & stop overcharging ppl.

Worst experience ever!!! I went for a new set...there was a sign in the window $15 for a full set. I sit in the chair and the tech begins doing my nails. I chose a color, but didnt know the color I chose was a SOLAR NAIL color...$35?!?! Anyway, the heifer took less than 15 mins from beginning to end. They were thick, wide, and terribly shaped. None of which I asked for😯... If you want a friendly convo, go there. But for nails HELL NO!!!!

Very poor quality pedicure and they do not charge out the plastic to pertect you from germs per customer they reuse it I saw it myself. They put you sandleson then paint your toes she broke my skin with a insterment tool she was using and now I fear My toe can become infected. Not worth yiuy time go to a place that cares about your health and safety. Trashy job will not go back.

The ladys at this place were super nice/friendly. Price for pedi with scrub was $23 and shellac mani was $24. They were soooo patient with me as I changed my mind three times! Lol. The building is older and could probably use a little updating (and maybe throw in some English speaking music lol) but other that, it isnt bad. Def my new nail spot in town. :)

If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my mom got a pedicure and our feet were still rushed and looked like we painted them at home. We asked them why our feet were still rough and they said your pedicure is not guaranteed go home and put some lotion on your feet. Then they are rude. One of them watched tv as she did my moms nails and kept messing them up and thought it was funny.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! I went to get a my old nails taken off to get an over lay. The tech took the acrylic off savagely by ripping them off instead of soaking them in acetone because it would take longer. My finger nail beds were all bruised by the time she took them all off. NEVER AGAIN!

I went day before my birthday to change my Gel nail color, last time I was soaking my gel nails over an hr or so before I got them replaced, lady in right corner always did my nails great, no complaints ever, but this day she ruined my nails, and yes she was worried. She ended up removing my nails wrong, with a artificial nail going under glued artificial to real nail, which peels the natural nail, well this soak was just 30 mins under regular time to soak gel nails. She started to pull up under and ended up ripping my pinky nail along with artificial nail. It hurted so much! It happened again on my middle finger and almost on my pointer, even after the damage she tried doing it to my left hand this time a lil more careful, but rushing. She started to use the filing tool instead to take off nails, which is the proper way. She wanted to, at my surprise to fix my raw nail exposed with glue and a artificial nail, I said no, I will get an infection, she insisted still, I said no I will not get my nails done, and I told her you soaked my nails less time than before, she was worried, she didnt say anything to anybody, she got an ointment and rubbed it on my nails, I was so disappointed, because I liked her she did my nails great all the time which last weeks! This time I left disgusted and disappointed.. my nails are bad now but growing ..

I usually read reviews first and go to top rated places but silly me, i still went here & omg my nails were literally bleeding & dont think youll pay what the price board says because they will up the price in no time while youre in the middle of getting your nails done! They also rushed me just like everyone else stated. My bf was so pist that i didnt just leave when i shouldve.

They charge the customer $1.00 if you pay with your card. I dont think that it is fair to charge a customer to pay you. When I voiced my opinion about it they declined the one dollar charge.

I came in to get my nails soaked off and the lady split 3 of my real nails in half! Instead of trying to soak them off the normal way, she soaked them and tried to scrape them off with another plastic nail.... This place is terrible.
