Quality of Nails is good. However management is not professional. I was over changed a substantial amount without knowledge until I reviewed my bank statement. It was a challenge to get this resolved and unprofessional, However I received a credit for the amount that I was over changed. I go back to use my credit and they no longer will honor the credit because management changed a week after I received the credit. New management was not understanding and refused to honor my credit and displayed poor costumer service. Their costumer services can vastly improve when they are at fault. New management takes on all assets and liabilities from previous owner.

I came in here on a Saturday evening after a horrible experience at 2 other shops and I loved it!!!Everyone is nice and friendly, staff as well as the owner consistently checks on you and your satisfaction. Lady did my nails EXACTLY how I asked with no problems didn’t cut me or hurt me at all. I paid a total of $55 including them removing my nails. They also offer a great loyalty plan!

Very well priced, and the people do a great job. Courteous, pay attention to what they’re doing, and go over the timer instead of under it. I’ve never done any colors but I’m always very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend them to others. Also taking good measures to keep things clean during this time.

I decided to try a new a new nail shop closer to my house. I walked into this shop and it was pretty clean, the massage chairs were a little outdated but it was fine.The women who did my manicure and pedicure were nice. The spa pedicure was just okay, didnt really massage very long or well. I got a shellac manicure which usually lasts me 3 weeks, even working in the medical field where Im constantly washing my hands.I got my service done two days ago and my nails are already chipping and it looks like the paint bedded up. I got my nails done before my trip and it looks like I need to get them done again. Very disappointing due the amount I paid ($70). Will definitely not be back and do not recommend if you want a decent shellac manicure.

Kim (shellac manicure) and Mai (pedicure) were awesome! I normally enjoy the deluxe pedicure, however the milk&honey is truly DELUXE!

I am always torn on if I should come back. If the owner is not here I have a so so experience. I waited 20 mins for my 10 o’clock appointment this morning with Mai I was told the person who took my appointment didn’t write her name. Then I was rushed through my pedicure. While my daughter received a luxurious relaxing pedicure. I requested a 10 min neck massage at the beginning of my service and got a rushed BS 3 min massage. Because Mais next appointment came in. I’ll be redeeming all of my points and looking for another salon. My nail tech should not have to be babysat. I was planning on having Tracy do my dip tomorrow but there are too many salads in Houston for me to be treated like this for this price.

I wanted to like this place... they are very friendly and hospitable. The decor is cute, the music playing was relaxing, and they offer wine. HOWEVER, it was cramped, they need to widen the walkway, employees bustling over one another while performing services... so you get a bit jostled as well. Sadly, both my husband and I were scrubbed raw in multiple areas. I felt so bad for him, it was his first pedicure and he ended up cuticle nipped to the point of having scabs for the next week. I was rubbed raw on the end of 2 of my toes, my skin is sensitive and I guard my feet so I dont have many calloused areas, but they were scrubbed super hard anyway. Again, very friendly, BUT the techs need more training so they dont injure people!

Amazing environment. No overwhelming smell. I am no expert but this place seems legit. The staff were Awesome.The pedi was sweet. Great WORK Team Awesome. Boom.

The stafff is friendly and cater to the customer. I have been here several times with excellent results. The last time, my foot was scrubbed to hard and left a small, sting wound. I will still return based on previous experiences and the staffs welcoming attitude.

I splurged in a $60 manicure (overlay with a chrome finish) thinking it was going to look beautiful! Chrome wasnt properly sealed and it came Off two days later, I live about 25 miles away and couldnt come right away. When I came they said I was 1 day late and I needed to re-do the whole thing and pay all over, I explained that there was no need and I only wanted to re-do color which would cost $15, the lady said I needed to get a full set and do it from scratch. I told them that i didnt believe that was necessary but if it was the only solution at least significant discount should be offered due to the fact it came off due to their technician not properly sealing my manicure. They refused to stand behind their job and said I needed to pay for another set which I did not see the need for a full set. The lady called the manager who offered the funny discount of 15% off. I needed up going to a much honest and not so money hungry salon where they fixed my color for $15. Funny another salon could act with honesty!

The music was nice I had a glass of wine while I relaxed. The place was very clean everything new. They were very attentive to the design I wanted.

I really liked this nail shop. A colleague referred me to this place as she has been going for years and they didnt disappoint. I was a walk-in on Saturday around 1:30 p.m. or so. The young man at the door greeted me, I told him what I needed and I waited at most 10 minutes. I got a shellac mani and Deluxe pedi. Both were done well and everyone was kind as well as professional. The decor is nice and the spa chairs are wonderful. BONUS: You accumulate points after so many visits and can get $10 taken off your services. Ill be back.

If I had read the reviews here, I wouldnt have come and I have had positive experiences here. I was looking for a place closer to me and this was the second shop Ive tried. They were prompt and professional and I really like their salon. I will continue to return.

The worst fill I have ever gotten. I wanted a simple round short nail with shellac. The technician took an hour and a half to do a terrible job. When I went back the next morning to have it fixed the attitudes were terrible and my nails still look horrible after the redo. $40 wasted along with my time. There are several places in Houston that do great work. I tried this one because it was gorgeous inside. Biggest mistake of my week. Do Not Go Here.

This used to be a great place, but got out of control when the owner switched. I waited forty five minutes when i made an appt and then told me that he would discount be 5$ because of the wait when he said he would take care of it. Ive been a recurring customer for almost two years and said he was willing to lose my business. Please dont come here and support a business that doesnt take care of its customers.

Very hospitable staff. We had 2-3 people working on us at a time and they did not make us feel rushed at all. It was quiet and their playlist was 90s boy bands. It was definitely worth coming here and we will be back.

I went in last week to get a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. While there, a lady came in and told them her shellac was cracking and coming off only after a few days and wanted them fixed. This was alarming but I proceeded with my shellac manicure anyway. Long story short, the lady waited for about 45 minutes while people who came in after her were helped. She let them know that it was unacceptable and that she would be filing a complaint. The next day, the shellac on two of my nails had completely come off and on the others the shellac was lifting. I had to drive 40 minutes across town so they could fix them. I went in to have 6 nails redone but nonetheless the shelac on the other 4 cracked off 2 days later. If you go here please don’t get the shellac, stick to regular polish.

I have never been more saddened by the level of discrimination than I was this morning when walking into this nail shop. I am an employee right door. And I thought I would just quickly run in and get a refill. However, when I walked in the staff acted as if I wasnt even there. It was shortly after opening. So there was only 2 patrons there. And 6 employees. So, 4 of the employees were just sitting around. Noone asked me any assistance upon entry. Once I was finally greeted by the lady behind the counter, She began to speak in Vietnamese to the other employees. And 1 of the ladies hesitantly got up and took her time coming over to assist me. In the meanwhile, 2 young white females walked in. And instantaneously,everyone including the technician on her way to help me offered them assistance. I wanted to cry! Oh btw, I am a black woman. An I hate nothing more than to pull the race card when its not applicable. But for the 1st time in my life, I realized that I was being denied equal service because of what I look like. And because this salon is always very busy, losing my business doesnt matter to them. But hopefully this review will be read enough. And everyone that cares about ending discrimination will not patronize this establishment

Worst manicure I have ever received. I went on Wednesday and three of nails have already chipped. I waited thirty minutes until I was helped and then he did my shellac manicure in less than 25 minutes. He filed my nails so fast and then blamed the bad outcome on how short my nails were after he made them that way. I used to always come here to get my nails done but I will never return.

I really wanted to like this place, the decor is nice but I was charged for walking out with a band-aid and left to complete my own manicure at home. I had to wash my hands immediately afterwards to ensure I avoided an infection. This was a bigger issue for me than the deplorable customer service, as the staff only offered to remedy their mistakes after I paid. I will not be returning, ever.

I read the reviews first to get an idea of the place and I noticed all the bad reviews but I decided to put that aside and give them a chance and the ratings were right. Horrible job on nails. I asked for a full set and they took about 20 minutes to assist me and 1hour and about 30 minutes to finish with my full set. It didnt even come out the way I wanted it, they did a horrible job on my nails. I wont be coming back here thats for sure.

Horrible place. I used to go there regularly but they cut the side of my foot and when I pointed it out, the tech ignored me. I got home and had scabs all over my left ankle and heel. They changed many of their nail techs over the last two years and the service went downhill. They are rude, and unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

I tried to give them a chance and on 2 occassions my shellac polish began to peel and crack within a few days. The 1st time I went back they took it off and did it over and the 2nd time blamed me for bumping my nails against something which caused it. They made me wait for 20 mins while they served other customers which came in after me. I walked out. That is very unprofessional and bad customer service. Cheap polish comes off easy. If they invest in more OPI shellac colors this wouldnt happen. I will never go back!!!

New mgmt refused to honor my stamp card for a free pedicure that I had earned despite the fact that the new mgmt adopted the same stamp card system from the previous mgmt. Apparently two out of my nine stamps/visits were from the old mgmt and at no point during my next seven visits did anyone feel the need to mention that this would prevent me from receiving my promised 10th free pedicure. It wasnt until I tried to redeem the free pedicure that mgmt took umbrage with the first two stamps on my card. I wasnt even aware there had been a mgmt change bc personnel hadnt changed. Regardless of old or new mgmt their business name and stamp system remained the same and the objective should be to reward continuous patronage. Instead I was treated poorly and essentially lied to. This place doesnt provide remarkable enough services or value customers enough to justify my continued support. Would not recommend you waste your time here like I did.
