The staff at Solis was absolutely amazing. They addressed all my concerns & was very forth coming with information on each procedure. This was also the most comfortable mammogram I have ever experienced; considering mammograms arent typically comfortable. I will schedule all future procedures using their services. I highly recommend Solis!

Completely disorganized and unprofessional - do not recommend! Their back-end operations are a complete mess. Their call center and location-based staff gave me conflicting information, and as a result there was so much back-and-forth between them, me, and my referring physician that I wasted hours on the phone managing a single appointment. I wasnt surprised that they asked me to print out paper forms for the appointment - obviously, they are doing everything manually with all the human error that entails.When I arrived for the appointment, I paid my deductible and the front desk staff said this was all I would need to pay. I clarified this multiple times - but have received two additional bills since, one for several hundred dollars (from peryourhealth) and one for almost a thousand (from Womans Hospital of Texas). I stupidly paid the first one, and was blown away to get yet another!Think of all the frightened, stressed out women that come through this facility only to come home to threatening bills for services that have already been paid for. Whoever sits at the top should be ashamed.Added months later: They did follow up, but beyond the woman who first reached out, were not very welcoming or helpful. I am STILL receiving phony requests for more and more payment. They do not protect your data.

Knowledgeable and professional staff. Dr Wendy Carpenter is very friendly and comfortable to discuss any questions I may have. Paid valet parking is a nice perk too.

I have been trying to schedule a needle biopsy appointment for almost a month now. I have been calling the phone number provided and received a call back only once. It was from a lady stating that someone will call me to schedule an appointment the next day. I have never received a call back. I left voicemails numerous times and today I ended up emailing the email provided in the business card.This is very disappointing. I plan to ask my physician to send my referral note to somewhere else as I dont trust your business as nobody even cares to call me to schedule an appointment that I need.For anyone who read this comment, if you have a choice to NOT have whatever your business is get referred to this place, choose other places!!! This place is not worth your time.

I came here on Monday 6/21/21 I had to have a savi scout procedure,Let me tell yall Dr.OToole was Amazing Amazing this woman was so gentle during the procedure its unbelievable 🥰.I was so happy she and her co-pilot the girl with the braids took me step by step they told me everything they were doing, went home no pain at all.Thank you!Thank you Cause I was very scared,I calm down immediately with these to Heartfelt Ladies..Just So Thankful 🙏🏽

From the front desk person to the radiologist, Jamie. They were kind and respectful. Jamie explained very step of my mammogram and made sure I was comfortable.

They dont answer their phone or return calls. They tell you your biopsy results will be sent to your doctor early next week, which is a lie, and they dont keep you informed of delays. On top of that, they dont even bother to inform your doctor that you had a biopsy. Ill be staying away from Womans Hospital for any future needs if this is the standard of care.

The WORST Solis Mammography 7400 FANIN ST. Suite 100 branch we ever experienced yesterday. My aunt came here because this is the only one place that we can get appointments for yesterday and our waiting experience is HORRIBLE. The nurses looks like doesnt know thier job. UNORGANIZED and SLOW. They are nice but working experience together NO TEAM WORK ETTICKS. I ask whats happening to my aunts inside because I been waiting to her outside for 3 hrs. She the receptionist lied to me that she ongoing for her ultrasound not waiting inside the room only. And i found out that they never did according to her scheduled and waiting outside and inside the rooms. No place to stay comfortable if you have somebody with you. If I could give -5 Stars I will.

This facility is very clean, and nice, also they are friendly and make sure that they are very pleasant when u visit, got there on time, got seen in the next 20 to 30 mins, I recommend ladies to come here, when needing to get a mammogram🤗

I’m a front line healthcare worker with 0 covid symptoms and I wasn’t allowed in the building. They only care about certain women and I clearly wasn’t one of them.Tried to get in for another appointment today 6/17/21 and still not allowed in the building. I guess I’m still not the type of woman they care about.

Very poor customer service. Scheduled me for a biopsy, took off from work, found a baby sitter and showed up. 45 min later as im in the gown ready to go, they inform me that they cannot perform the procedure. Apparently they did not have the correct order from my Dr. I called my Dr. that morning and they informed me they had send all paper work to Solis and everything was good to go. I even offered to go to my Dr. office which is in the same building and get the correct order and they still wouldnt do my procedure. The nurse told me if they take me in now the other customers will have to wait and they will be backed up. OK, what about me, am I not a customer??

Oh my gosh this place is amazing! Great customer/ patient service; great facilities, clean, big, very comfortable. My technician Michelle was kind professional and patient. Lathania in front desk was kind, funny and so professional. I got in and out in 10 min. Great warm garment for your test, ample waiting room . I am happy my dr refered me to this place! I will tell my girlfriends!
