I went to this place thinking they could help me send a small package needed to be returned to where I purchased it from. I was looking for a box/envelope and asked the person at the registrar if he had any large envelopes/boxes for the item. He then proceeded to open a box himself, and put the items in the box. He looked up how much it would be to send it and I decided to cancel the whole transaction due to it being almost the same amount of what I had gotten the items for. So, he took out the items from the box. Then he insisted on me paying for the unused box because the box was already folded. I didnt need the box, there was nothing written or stamped on the box. The box was new. He was the one that folded the box. I find it ridiculous to pay for the box if I didnt end up using it. He could gave stayed with the box. IT WAS NEW! Anyways, I paid for the box that I dont even need. I thought this was poor customer service. Obligating customers to pay for an item you didnt end up using that he, himself folded. Came here to fax some papers and send a birthday card a few weeks ago. This place is better than the local post office. They are very help.

This postal center is small/cozy and fast! I cant remember the last time I had to wait in line to mail a letter. The guy at the counter is always courteous and helpful. Theres a $5 minimum when using a card - understandable since credit cards have an interchange fee. So just have your letter(s) already stamped OR use cash. If its below $5 add 4 fruit snacks to your order (which is probably bad for you so you should floss and brush - as you should). All in all, theyre now my go-to spot for everything postal-related.

They have always been helpful and understanding throughout my times coming in. Ive been able to scan documents, print them, and send mail out through them. Ive never had a problem and theyve always been on top of things even when busy. There was one time I had to send my mother out to ship something for me since I was out of town but she didnt write down the tracking number for me. I was able to email them and the young man was quick to send me the tracking number without any hassle. Will recommend this place for anyone who asks.

When package didnt arive as assigned,I spoke to postal- copy, and the issue was remedied immediately and arrived to destination within 15 hours. They back up there service by going the extra steps to accommodate clients and I have had the pleasure of their professionalism..

Business is closed from 10:20 thru 2:30pm, Might as well close the whole thing down. We try to support local businesses but they don’t want to work. I went out of my way and drove 15 extra minutes to support this business with a truck full of items to ship, about $500 worth of shipping fees. Never coming here again. Don’t waste your time and go directly to the UPS or Fedex

Very nice man and his family ran the place and dealt with my anxiety. I had to send several legal documents via priority and/or certified mail (USPS - as legally required), but USPS is deeply unreliable. Most of the mail showed up in Informed Delivery late (24+ hours after being sent). However, one did not show up at all. It took a lot of digging, but we found the problem, and he was able to get me confirmation that my package arrived in the right place today. Anyways, he was compassionate and eventually this got resolved.

Person in charge of the store knows the drill and very well versed with designing aspect. Prices are good, way better then other surrounding stores. Very helpful staff and easy to work with. Kudos to the store management for maintaining the level of good servicing!

If I can rate negative, I WILL! Their customer service is utterly HORRIBLE! Let me explain because I am a very pleasant person and had never ever left any bad review for any other business. But this instance, I must!I had used them a couple of times before, one time buying stamps and one time dropping off some USPS packages. Buying from them? fine, they were friendly enough. Dropping off? not so much. Yesterday I came in the third time, lugging in one hand my 15 month old daughter that could not yet walk, and in another a big box containing around 9 small packages. I had my hands full and some gentlemen (not from the store) had to open the door for me. Then I had to wait behind another customer for about 10 minutes. I just did not want to leave my packages without signing off. When it was my turn, I told the owner that I wanted to drop off some mails, he told me I COULD ONLY DROPPING OFF MAXIMUM 5 ITEMS! I was floored. It caught me by surprise. I left 5 items and then again lugging the big box in one hand and the infant in another exiting the store, upsetting and frustrating!I should have told him something when I was there, but I did not. He was not even a decent human being, left alone a good business owner. Once he saw that I would not buy anything from him, he refused to help me ! What kind of business practice is that? I had used other postal stores near my place and had never been treated like that. It was straight discrimination!Not to mention the store is littered with packages and not at all organized! I only came there because it was next to the Target I frequently shop at. Otherwise I usually go to the newer place opposite my house.Those people need to be told. Dont support Misogynists! And I am not even a left wing person. I just cant stand impolite and immoral people like those!

The best people and services given are to personal level!!! Have been going there for 10 years now!They do a lot of printing for us and always perfect each time!! Business cards, banners etc. And contracts as well.

Hi my name is Sharon papia.i love love coming to this postal place:-) its been 16 years now.the customer service is extremely helpful, nice, kind and they always help me with any thing I ever need !!! even when they are super busy they take their time with each person. they do not make ya wait forever, but also at the same time they never make you feel rushed. ever scince I been coming here all the customer interactions I see, they all look like they been coming here for many years too. when I come for something as small as just needing stamps, to bigger things like mailing out packages or helping me print out e mails-I always always feel more like a friend then just a customer such personal service. I really like that about coming here:-)it is a very welcoming environment, to anyone. its a very pleasant experience each time. I was not at all expecting that. the chart looks way way better then my choppy handwriting. another time he went above and beyond, was with some prints I needed that were disorganized, and he edited, cropped and organized it without me asking and I was extremely happy and surprised (in a good way))

I have never been a happier customer anywhere else. I have been their customer for over 7 years and i love it. Before that i used to go to other places and fedex, i found their prices to be comparatively lower, even fedex itself! I get treated like a friend than a customer, and like the other review by Sharon, he goes well up and beyond at times to help me. I do tons of international shipping. I leave the place without any worries! Also i read some other negative reviews on this page, i guess you treat others the way you want to be treated. I have always been friendly and they have been super duper nice to me all the time!! And i bother the guy about helping me soooo much, and helps me with every litte problem! He tells me every time, if any problems, just call me, i will try to figure it out. I cant stress that they go well up and beyond to help me. 99% of the time i just go dump my stuff in the store and they help me from A to Z. And gives me the best suggestions and prices and they ship with all carriers (fedex, dhl, post office, ups)

I was just in there to print a couple of photos. Now i made sure to ask before I used the computer if their photo printer works (cuz 1 place turned out it wasnt working but she never charged me for even using The computer). The lady tht works there said yes. So i went ahead n used their computer. Altho she did say their computer screen takes forever to load (it probably took about 10 mins). By the time i was expecting a print, the printer mentions that there is no thick paper. I was gonna ask the lady if she can load the thick paper. But she had customers. So I waited as a good customer would, N just decided to try regular pain paper, but it didnt come out nice as it would on thick paper. By the time she was done with taking care of them, I asked her if she can load it with the thick photo paper, n she tells me they dont have any.......Uhm what?!So u knew I wanted to print photos, but yet made me use the slow computer, made me waste 20 minutes of my time, n then u tell me u dont have photo paper???!!!Of course I wasnt happy. But it doesnt stop there. No, no, no, no. I ask her how much cuz I didnt want to walk out being rude, yet I was upset. N then she has the audacity of charging me for the computer time tht she made me waste N my single sheet of plain paper picture print.Like really?! This is the worst customer service Ive ever been thru.

One of the worst experience that I had with post office. The young man in store was very unprofessional and he was not friendly at all. Also he gives me price for post the package and which was crazy. I found chipper price in another location.

Used them to mail a package priority mail USPS, overcharged, recipient never received and they dont answer their phone.
