Good service, Very helpful! I had an issue with an important parcel (USPS flipped the to and from addresses and returned the package). I called up the store and explained my issue - they got back to me super fast and helped me send out my parcel again.

I sent my passport for renewal through this location because the post office was close that day. I got a tracking number from them. (Lucky I kept my receipt) Many weeks later, when no passport showed up, I checked the tracking number and it is invalid!!!I called the store to check and they did show me copy of bunch of paper without any stamp or signature to show the mail ever being picked up by USPS. Without a valid tracking number, I can’t even file a claim with USPS.I am not stating who is at fault in my case. But I feel the need to state what happened when I use this store to send out important paper like passport.

The new family that owns the place are very nice! I made some copies at much cheaper than office depot and will come back to try sending some packages. Excellent, quick service and great location.

The staff is great, they treat us very well. I might spend a few extra dollars but I believe that it is well worth it. No standing in long lines like at the USPS. I recommend them highly.

I had my mail box here for years. The service is exceptional and they do an amazing job with shipping all over the country and all over the world. Yes, it is a bit more expensive than waiting in line at the USPS but I tell you what they save all the addresses, check against all the carriers and shipping options to find the cheapest way there. I always appreciate that.

This Place is nice, if you really like quality service then this place is for you! Price is not high at all but I would say moderate as if you want to save time then for sure you need to pay some extra bucks or else just wait in long line at post office. They charge for tape and I believe they should, as that one dollar charge of tape will cut short lot of time of customers waiting in line during crowded hours. if you need service then you sure need to pay for it, right? They are really cool!

Tried to mail two packages under 2 lbs with one as priority mail, they wanted almost $30 a piece. Thats without priority or insurance. Went to the post office at Town and Country. $24 for both packages together, 1 as priority and both with insurance. Thank goodness I used another location, the items inside werent even worth $30 to begin with.

New management! :)Somewhat recently this business came under new management. A husband and wife bought it. They have lowered prices, they are friendly, and they do a great job! I shipped something via USPS and was told various service levels and prices. I did not feel pressured into buying the higher priced shipping (better service). I bought it anyways because it was only a couple dollars more for better tracking.I also rented a box here simply to ship packages. I am sitting in Bao Bao Banh Mi in the same shopping center grabbing a sandwich to go. The owners of the 2 businesses said they talk to each other. Haha. So cute.Come support 2 family-run businesses! They are well run and the owners are friendly.It is so great not having my packages lost! :)

Taste of Texas is to McDonalds as Memorial Postal Center is to the Post Office. Theyre not even in the same universe. This place has phenomenal customer service.

A one-stop shop for all my FedEx, UPS, and USPS needs. Friendly service, good prices, reasonable open hours.

While the postal part of the business deserves 5 stars, it is useful to know they also make keys! I got a couple of keys made a Lowes (automatic machine) that didnt work. I then went to ACE where they hand ground 3 different pairs, none of which worked (to their credit they didnt charge me). I then saw Memorial Postal made keys. I first made one that worked perfectly and then got a 2nd made that was also perfect.

The prices seem high. Im just not happy with this. The crew is nice and the service is ok. But in checking around they are high.

Beware that there is 50% upcharge on any USPS mailing service and 25% on stamps. They will not tell you that is their pricing and they will not give you a receipt unless you ask. Save yourself money and go to the post office or buy on line from USPS.

Do not use for DHL packages. Took them 15 min to give me a receipt (for a prepaid label) and the package showed up back MY house.

I dont know if everyone else is high, but this place has very bad service. Their prices increase almost ever time I go in. My previous trip (and my last) they charged me a dollar for a piece of tape....get real... there are 5 other postage centers within a few blocks.Yall will never get my business again & I ship 10 plus packages a week & live across the street.

This place is a rip off!!! Two boxed less than 15pounds priority mail was $95 bucks!!!!! Went to the USPS and it was only $15 for EACH package. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere.
