Staff is always great, helpful, I always ship from this location. Usually the wait is never too long.
I had an overnight package coming from New York that was supposed to arrive Friday, 8/6/21 by 10:30 a.m. (priority overnight) to my office. Package delayed until Monday.... then the delivery driver attempted delivery at t he wrong address at 2:15 p.m., (not before 10:30 a.m.....) and sent the package back to the Holly Hall location where the package was lost... package found later the next day and the Holly Hall location promised me someone would call me and get me my package that day. I offered to come pick it up, and they assured me that I didnt need to do same. I was promised the package would be delivered by close of business of my place of work(5:30p.m.). The driver did not attempt delivery again until 9:21 p.m.(clearly after close of business). I went ahead and thought I should select the package to be held for pickup now.... and again, the package is missing in action, and I cant do anything to claim the package before 10:30 a.m. again. Despite 11 phone calls to the Holly Hall location, as of this writing, I am still without my package. In all my years, i have never had an issue with FedEx. This location needs t-shirts made that says: #nobodycares

Had an order ship from Nike to my apartment. Fedex claim it was delivered at 11:30. Checked at 11:34 and it wasn’t there nor did the complex see Fedex arrive. Called and filed a claim with no help. At this point I had to get a refund for a product that was practically stolen. Definitely cannot trust a shipment from Fedex, as this is the second time this has happened

For my temporary stay in Houston, this was one of the most convenient locations to have my items shipped out. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I came here a few times a week to drop off packages for work and they were always so efficient and fast. They are well stocked on FedEx mailing supplies which is a huge plus..
I had a package that was suppose to be delivered to me but for some reason it wasnt delivered to me. Probably cuz my apartments you need a key card to get in. So the app informed me another delivery try the next day or hold at a location or visit this place after 7pm to pick up the package myself. So I came here and it was quick and easy. Only a couple of people were there when I got there and they got my package pretty quickly. Not too far from my apartment either. No complaints here.

Worst delivery drivers.They say the attempt to deliver But they never shows up at my house attempting to deliver. This is the 2 time they do this. I end up calling here and there trying to track my package back to the facility..

Went last night to pick up a package and the staff was super nice. However Im giving it a one star because I shouldnt have had to go in the first place. My packages tracking said that FedEx had supposedly attempted to deliver it but that was clearly a lie as I was in my living room the whole time.

The waiting is ridiculous here and they put a clerk at the counter who wasnt fully trained so she was very slow having to ask the other clerk how to do tasks. FedEx get some help out there.

I shipped a package next day from the FedEx Shipping Center, it arrived a week later with a hole through the middle of both packages and the packages were tore up so badly they were being held together with tape. Tried filing a claim and Ive been going back and forth for a month now. They refused to reimburse me for the full value of the item and the shipping sent. Every time I call in I receive a new story... contact the shipper if you have problems we cant help you, I shipped it to myself while I was out of town; the person you sent it to refused the package after I waited all day for it to arrive (again I sent it to myself and provided contact information the least they could have told me was it was going to be late rather than lie and say you attempted it but it was refused); you didnt ship it from a direct FedEx shipping center, this address 2795 Holly Hall St Houston, TX 77054 is where the package was shipped from and is a recognized FedEx Shipment Center; or representatives that flat out tell me I just fill out the claim forms I dont actually work in claims after being sent to claims from their 1-800 number, I tried asking for a supervisor to be told we dont have supervisors here. I prefer UPS I wont make the same mistake twice I dont know how this company functions, but customer service is horrible.
Always great service. You will have to wait in line right now due to limited customers being allowed inside, but they try to get everyone through as fast as possible. So the wait hasnt been bad.

Giving the location a 4 itself because the guy at the counter for customer service was very respectful, helpful and considerate..Driver communication when they are going to be late can improve.. I waited an one hour and 30 minutes after 5pm for my package..
Zero sense of urgency. Let people cut infront of the line then took his time scanning their package. Had a chat with a woman about a cooking recepie. Told a man he wasnt going to look for his package cause it was in a pile too big. Told me to go stand somewhere else incase another customer came in. No one came in.

Delivery driver lied about delivering item. Didn’t even bother using the apartment keypad to enter (pretty sure they’ve done that before and clearly says call office for deliveries) then got a call from this office and got yelled at by some old broad saying “how was the driver supposed to get it the gate?”. That’s enough to know they are lazy and I will not be using fedex because of this. Now I have to wait longer cause no one wants to do anything about it. Thanks for nothing

Very poor logistics regarding how they receive and deliver customer packages. I wont be surprised if they succumb to Amazon. Learn how to how diligently compete with the competition or get left behind. I believe their future will be that of Blockbuster, Radio Shack etc.
Horrible! Had 3 cell phone shipments delivered (NOT) on w different occasions... Fed ex is NO help... The run around story is so long I cant type it all..Pretty sure its the driver stelling though!
I only needed to drop off a package for a receipt but the woman working at the counter was amazing. She was helping four different customers simultaneous all by herself at the front. I believe someone called her Pam. I hope Fedex recognizes her work because she’s one person doing the work of multiple. And very well.

I use to be a driver here at this location. Managers dont communicate with eachother, one manager tell me to come in at 6 a.m and when I get there the manager on duty tells me to go home and said I dont know why they tell you to come in I dont have no work for you and she was very rude with it too. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Customer packages comes up missing, employees there stealing its a hot mess. Im Glad God showed me different this was not the place for me.

Just found out that my package that was supposed to arrive Friday is now arriving Monday. I specifically spent $80 on my order for fast shipping due to an event. Now, thanks to FedEx I not only wasted money, but I am currently back to square one. On top of that, I have no other choice but to spend MORE money figuring this out. Next time, drop my package off at the correct time or just give me a range of dates. Very disappointing, and quite aggravated with this service. Thanks for nothing, FedEx.

Worst place ever. First the driver failed to deliver my package to a storage locker that is open 24/7 and every fedex delivery before has figured it out. It requested me to go to this location to pick up.There were people standing there, with no seats, for over 2 hours. I refused. How is this possible.

The lady who works here, I believe her name is Shawuana, is incredibly helpful. I dropped two packages that I was returning to an online retailer who sent me one label for two packages. When she realized there was an error she called and left me a voicemail. When we spoke over the phone she gave me two possible solutions. Both were free and the first one did not require me to drive back to the store. Thank you for the great customer service!
Honestly have never had such positive experiences with shipping services as I routinely have with Pam at this location. She legitimately cares, and is always pleasant to deal with. What a difference just greeting people with a smile can make. She works hard to actually solve a problem.
I dropped off (4) packages for overnight and 2 day air on 07/02/18 at approximately 5:30 pm. I asked the FedEx counter agent if I made it time for them to be shipped that evening. She said yes. GUESS WHAT? all 4 packages are now lost and being traced. What are the odds theyll find them. Ill give them 2 hours of trace time before Ill have to go back to press and print more inserts for a customer. Bottom line, when something positively has to make it somewhere overnight dont chose FedEx or make sure to chose another location than the one on Holly Hall in the Med Center. It wont make it! Can I post a zero? Does anyone at FedEx even read the reviews?

The absolute worse. They dont communicate at all. Waited all day for a package to be delivered just for the driver to lie and say no one was there. Mind you no door tag left on my door. Called and received the run around. Race to office before they close to get package just to find out that driver hasnt came back for the day. Wish product sellersb gave a preference of delivery companies to ship merchandise because I would never choose FedEx.

Worst delivery service ever. They promised delivery a certain time...did not deliver. They left a paper to pick it up after 6. Great! I go to the FedEx place and found out they ended up attempting to redeliver. They delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS and allowed someone else to sign it even though it didnt match the name nor address.

This is a horrible store with terrible employees. Ive been waiting for my Apple Watch to come in & when it finally did, they gave it to a customer who was picking up multiple packages. Which means they did not require an ID for pickup, which Apple requires. I had to call the 1800# multiple times a day for 5 days just to make sure the employees were trying to retrieve my package. I asked for the store to please call me since I am rarely home & would prefer to just come pick it up at the store. To this day, I have never received a call from any employee from this location. I was then told my watch was back at the store & when I arrived, they said it was out for delivery. After telling them again that I will not be home & prefer for it to be held at the store, the very rude employee told me when the driver returns, they will hold it at the store overnight. I come back the next morning & as Im waiting in line to pick up my package, I witness the same employee giving other packages to customers & not requiring an ID because the customer didnt have it on him. (Which really helps explain how they just gave my package away)This is the worst service Ive ever seen & even the customer service representatives from the 1800# were shocked at how they treating me & the mess they made.
Customer service agents are not equipped with accurate information and do not own up to their mistakes. Very unhappy with the service I received and with the lack of sympathy the agents showed toward the situation in regards to their mistakes.

The Fedex on east orem dont deserve a star @ all. The customer service woman was arguing with another coworker about helping me with a lable onmy package!! Rude lazy and loud. I had to wait, till she decided to assist me.
Really bad service. Didnt deliver the package to my house. Emailed saying I had to pick it up near the Astrodome. When I get there, I find out my package is at a Walgreens near my house. I wasted 2 hours of my day to receive a package for which I had paid delivery.

I should have read other reviews before using Fed ex, I had a conference where I had to present a poster, I ordered 1 day shipping and I payed more than what I paid to print the poster to make sure I get my poster before travel,!!!! the next day they say attempted delivery but no one available although it is a apt complex with people sitting in the front and I was actually home, they said they will re-attempt delivery at 7 pm, I stayed there waiting for one showed up despite calling the customer office and explaining how important is the package, I called them again and they said its delivered left at the door front, WHICH DOOR ??????????????? no one knows, I have flight tomorrow and I dont have my poster

I had an overnight delivery that was supposed to be here by 12:00 and I was here all day they claimed the package was unsuccessful delivered so I had to drive an extra 30 minutes there 30 minutes back when my job paid for expedited shipping and its a Saturday so the banks close early so I cant successfully do my job, so basically I paid for overnight shipping for nothing thank you FedEx.
I came to the facility at 8:40pm (they close at 9) to pick up my package and the lady who helped me went to the back for more than half an hour and just left me in the lobby waiting. She NEVER showed up again. Finally another worker came back to the lobby at 910pm but still didn’t say anything to me it’s like I don’t even exist. When I ask him on the status about my package, he said “oh we can’t find it.” How come there’s no one tell me anything about it in the past half an hour??? Not to mention the lady that helped me never said a word to me, didn’t respond to my Hi and thank you, and just took my id instead of asking me for it. Extremely rude. Will avoid to use FedEx in the future.
No wonder they are always losing packages. Their employees cant drive. I live near here and yesterday as I was driving home some person with really dark, illegal tint in a beat up old Binz almost hit my car when he pulled out in front of me right as I was passing their driveway. The speed limit in this area is 35mph. The driver then proceeds to drive 20mph because I honked at him. Holly Hall is an extremely busy street and you have to drive with great caution in this area as people are constantly entering and exiting this street plus those who use it as a thoroughfare. It would be awesome if FedEx either cautioned their contractors to drive with care or else remove their contract license.
Delivery driver has me playing cat and mouse with my package. Keeps claiming theyve come to my residence and no one is home. I have been home with my blinds open waiting for the driver. They never made an attempt to deliver my package. This is very frustrating as i spent 45 minutes at the office to pick up my package only to be told its out for delivery. I would much rather give 0 stars but its not an option.
I was shipping some really time sensitive stuff to China. counter person said it would take 2 days, and the next day the tracking showed it was gonna take 7 days. So i went back to the center to figure out what was going wrong.Diana, the manager, was extremely patient and helpful. She figured out the route of the package, the status of the package (status that we dont see on the tracking webpage, such as the package has cleared with customs etc.), and even the next stop and arrival time for the package. Knowing that the package is its right course was extremely important to me.Thanks Diana!
Package is “out for delivery” for the 4th straight day. Vegas has the O/U odds at 5 days (-110). Leaning towards the overs at this point.

Terrible experience! The staff (5032736) and this location put wrong labels around packages! My big suitcase was lost! I lost lots of invaluable things! And they cannot find it back! How stupid they are! They are not responsible for their stupid mistakes and no one stands for the mistake. I am so sad so angry and sooooooooooooooo disappointed. I want my suitcase back! And everyone in FedEx only say SORRY. Sorry does not work! I am helpless!
To watch a customer sit on hold with your customer service center and then refuse a package 1 minute after closing by cutting off the lights is downright disrespectful and rude. I have suggested that we cease all business with them immediately.

Overnighted a very expensive item hoping to get it in time before I leave the city for a while. I was at home all day and my residence has a highly visible apartment complex office that has been open all day as well. Delivery status changes in the middle of the day to Customer not available or business closed - Access is controlled by customer. Website says to check my door tag for more info. No door tag. Wish there was some way for lazy delivery drivers like mine to be accountable in some way.
TERRIBLE staffing. Me and 5 other customers waited im for 10-12 minutes with absolutely no employees behind the many desks... Anyone could have walked in, stolen any of their available inventory, and walked out with absolutely no resistance because there was simply no one acting on duty. Meanwhile you could hear the ENTIRE staff shouting and laughing, holding meaningless conversations about their previous night out with friends. We had to literally shout over their conversations just so they could realize they actually had customers in their store waiting to be tended to. Will be reporting this location to their corporate office. Ridiculous.
I live in an apartment complex were other carriers or shipping companies leave their items at the leasing office. I ordered an item for next day delivery. FedEx did not leave the package because the apartment complex is gated, instead of leaving the item at the leasing office. Since I needed the item right away, I had to go fetch it at their Shipping center. When inquired about it, costumer service kept the same tune, like is my fault is a gated complex. They did not even apologize. Since they do not have a brain to leave items at leasing offices, there is no need to give business for half done jobs.
Not once but twice they have messed with my business operations. By far the worst location I have ever been to the location has terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WOULDN’T GIVE ME MY PACKAGE and it’s there in there store. And it was sooooo important and didn’t care. And when they delivered it looked like this.
