Ive worked off and on with Texscape throughout my years in Property Management in Houston and I have, for the most part had good experiences with the company. I am now at a community in League City and am once again fortunate to have them as my landscaping company. My current account rep/manager is Alonzo Contreras and I am beyond happy with him and the service he provides to us here. He is super quick with his responses and with getting quotes for ongoing projects. I appreciate his flexibility as well, as I am always revamping something. The crew here has done a good job every visit and I would happily recommend Texscape to anyone of my colleagues.

The HOA for our property contracts Texscape for landscaping service and the quality of their work isn’t good. They neglect to remove debris and cut materials from areas they service; overall a pretty sloppy job. Also while removing a dead plant from my yard one of the workers broke my main water pipe; the first attempt at fixing it was not done correctly and they needed to make a second house call to fix it again after I insisted that I had the first attempt inspected. Perhaps the quality of their work is contingent upon the particular crew servicing but my experience with them has not been good.

The worst lawn service ever

Very rude and giving me the runaround when I’m trying to inform them of a charge of address....

I started using Texscape at my property, The Lexington Apartments, one month ago and the have been delightful. They are awesome at communicating, my rep Gary always is available, and the crew supervisor Mr. Juan is amazing. He explains his areas of concern as well as pays attention to detail and keep the communication open. By far the best landscapers Ive had in Houston

Great value and service!

The apartment complex I live in uses This company. They shattered a window on my truck and gave me the run around to get it fixed. They obviously do not have the responsibility of saying they accidentally messed up when they damaged other peoples personal property.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR HOA! Our HOA is currently using this company and they are horrible! They do not mow all the areas every time they come. You can clearly see that they do not use a weed eater every time, and after cutting back trees, they left branches and debris all in the flowerbeds until they came back the next time to mow. That’s laziness and ridiculous!!! DO NOT USE THEM! Our neighborhood’s landscaping and other areas have over grown before because they have mowed the required areas. They may be good for apartments but not for residential home areas.

We have tried multiple landscape companies over the years and so glad we finally contracted with Texscape Services. They do a good job, they are responsive and prices are very good!

Dont work with or for these guys. They are criminals. They steal hours from their workers so its like they are working a whole 10 hrs for free. They know their workers cant complain, if they even know about this, because most of their workers are illegal.

This company is awful do not hire them. They know nothing about landscape and I have plenty of pictures to back up my claim.

That company does not work there is no future I do not recommend it in 5 years I never got a raise !!!!! And another thing there, they do not recognize your experience, they do not appreciate your work, they only care that you work as a slave for a minimum wage. I believe that outside there are more opportunities, better and better paid jobs, and most importantly, your respect and appreciation for your effort !!! ! 👍
