Happy I found Special Touch Landscaping. I needed a complete overhaul of my front garden beds, everything was dead from the winter storm. STL responded to my emails and calls in a timely manner, sending pics & coming to my home before giving a quote. They over delivered by mulching my trees, that wasn’t covered in the contract! The guys were polite & cleaned up well after themselves. I’m very pleased with the work and I will continue to use STL for future projects. The professionalism & expertise was outstanding.

You will not find a company with better customer service. From the people who answer emails to the crew that actually mow my lawn, everyone goes above and beyond.I should have written this review a long time ago, but what finally pushed me to write this was my lawn crew jumping my car today after finding it dead in my garage. We couldn’t push the car out of my garage (despite their offer) and another car wouldn’t fit beside me, so they wheeled in one of the tractor mowers and used that to jump it. They were SO nice and kind. Truly above and beyond. They even refused my cash tip I tried to order. Super good guys.They’ve also helped with my sprinkler issues and brainstormed ways to improve my lawn with me. I know nothing about lawn care, and they are super patient and great at explaining things. I’m grateful to support a company with such heart. Very strongly recommend.

My experience with Special Touch over the last 3 years have been wonderful.I actually sought the service of Special Touch when purchasing my home 3 years ago. Being someone who loves beautiful colorful landscaping I knew that the landscaping at the home was not going to work for me. I loved the home but the landscaping and the health of the grass was terrible. I met one of my soon to be neighbors and asked who maintained their yard and they mentioned Special Touch (I guess its true referrals are the best form of business). I contacted the office and they came out the next morning to discuss my desires. The guy made sure to listen to my needs and provided great ideas for a reasonable cost. He also gave me many options at different price points which was great for me as I had just purchased the home at the time. Fast forward 3 years later no one else has ever touched my yard. The staff constantly keep me updated via phone and email regarding the needs of my yard and even offer seasonal flowers to keep my yard beautiful all year around. Im definitely appreciative of my neighbors referral and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable landscaping company.

Special Touch Landscaping has done an excellent job on my yard. They have it looking “like new” after each visit. The communication I received from Paige throughout the whole process has been very professional and the pricing is very competitive for the quality of workmanship that I received.

Weve been using Special Touch for about 3 years. They do a nice job. They are careful with our things and stay on schedule pretty well. Good value for us. Office is easy to get on the phone and handles questions promptly. Much better than independent guys. Were happy customers.

They arrived on time and worked in a steady and proficient manner. The walkway they put in looks great! Everyone was very professional and courteous and kept me informed the entire time. I would recommend.

This company stole $583 dollars from me. I called a total of 10 plus times for them to come back to cut my yard correctly. They were charging me $125 per cut. I look at my amex statement to find $283 dollar charge and another 6 days later at $301 dollars. I called and ended up disputing it with my credit card company and considering filing charges

Special Touch did a great job with the install of our new irrigation system. We will definitely be using them in the future for our landscape needs.

I have used this company for one year. Office staff is generally quick to respond and the crew does a good job.The only thing they need to improve, is arranging the service carefully and following the arrangements seriously. Although I am happy with their garden job, it still feels bad as they rescheduled my appointment twice.

I discontinued service with these folks in April after a small Spring landscape job. Randomly in September they charged my bank account for services. There had been no new services performed and bill was paid in full prior to initial services. No funds were owed to them. When I called to notify them of the error they assured me it was a mistake and my account would be refunded within a few days. After several weeks and several frustrating phone calls inquiring as to the whereabouts of said refund, I was repeatedly told they where getting it taken care of. Nearly one month later I have had to file fraud charges with my lender. My lender also recommends that I cancel my bank card and reissue to ensure there are no more fraudulent charges in the future. P.I.T.ADO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERWORK WITH YOUR BANK INFORMATION FOR THIS COMPANY. APPARENTLY THEY BELIEVE THAT IS EQUIVALENT TO AN OPEN LINE TO YOUR BANK ACCT.

I live in Houston, almost in Pearland. Ive been a Special Touch Customer for about 5 years and remain completely satisfied. Their crew arrives weekly during growing season (like April thru September) knocks out the yard in no-time and is gone. This is possibly due to having a fairly large crew. I think its usually four guys. Also, they have what looks like good, well maintained equipment. They tackle the yard, with one guy being dragged behind a mower on a little platform with wheels. Another is running a string trimmer. Someone else is using a smaller mower in tight areas. No bickering, no horseplay, no loud talking or music, never saw a piece of their equipment break down. Just very professional. Their office staff seems to be equally efficient, plus being friendly on the phone.As anyone in business can testify; getting a customer is one thing, keeping a customer is something entirely different. Theyve kept us happy for 5 years, with no end in sight.Big recommend!

SpecialTouch has exceeded my expectations. They completely revamped my landscaping and change my backyard into a place I can really enjoy. I’m super impressed by the team that was sent out and the customer service that was provided by the office. The management staff is superb and do what they say they will do.

They did an outstanding job. My parents use them. And we use them at our commercial property. The office manager and the head foreman have excellent customer service. If I could give 7 stars I would.

I WISH ZERO STARS was an option.We have never liked special touch in our community. They change the schedule all the time, never come on the same day, never tell the community when they are coming.We finally installed artificial turf using another company so we could avoid having them come into our yard altogether. We happened to leave the gate unlocked AND THEY CUT A PORTION OF OUR TURF. IT IS OBVIOUS that this is NOT REAL GRASS AND THEY DAMAGED IT.I called the manager as soon as we noticed and have not received a call back.I will keep everyone updated on when they contact me and if they remedy the problem but turf is not cheap and they have damaged it.STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

So we got them to put a small amount of astroturf in our small backyard. They did a horrible job and didn’t even get enough turf to finish the yard. The turf was two different colors. After talking with them, they did not try to fix the situation and wanted us to pay to redo it. Obviously not what we asked for. Horrible!

Very responsive to any issue and the office manager personally gives attention to correct any deficiencies.It took patience on my part but I’m quite pleased
