First time going a laundromat in Houston. Soap Suds was clean. The prices are fair. I would definitely recommend. It took an hour to wash and dry my comforter and pillows. And parking was easy.Overall I feel comfortable and safe to wash there I will be back.

The best washing experience I’ve had. When you go one the building it’s very peaceful and clean. Customer service Is an A+ rating. I’m definitely telling my family and friends. The prices are on the fair side, but the prices are good when your looking for an good quality washateria and customer service. More positive reviews it’s stress free environment. This place used to be an excellent place to wash. It is a very clean laundromat, but recently all of their equipment doesn’t work on hot water, barely works on warm, and I will not wash my clothes on cold!! Two weeks ago when I was here washing my washer did not have any water and the owner was in here..... he didn’t apologize or anything!!! The girls who work here work their butts off and really nice! I think it’s time to find a new place to go! All of the washers flash an f2 code during wash and obviously some repairs are needed!

I’ve been going to Soap Suds for years now. Their wash and fold service is great! They have a fast turnaround and affordable prices. The clothing always smells nice and is folded and sorted. When I’ve used the machines in the laundromat, they are clean and in working order. They have free wifi and snack machines and sometimes I’ve seen a cute cat in there as well 🙂

Its expensive for the quality and age of the machines, but its worth it for the comfort of the environment. The place is spotlessly clean, theres coffee and WiFi and the temperature is comfortable. Its the same machines youll find anywhere in Third Ward, Alief or off Airline, but most of the machines will work, it wont be 90 degrees inside and the bathroom wont look like a crime scene.

I am sad to post this review. I have been coming here for years! The place has always been very clean. The employees are amazing and are hard workers but the past weeks their machines have stopped working or don’t produce water. Last time I went they had about 10 or more washing machines out of service. So on Saturdays and Sunday when it is busy I have to wait to use machines and a lot of the times the machines that are “working” don’t actually work properly. I really hope they get this issues fixed but I will have to find a new place to wash my clothes

Machines don’t work well. I came to wash a larger bedding comforter that wouldn’t fit in my washer at home. The first mega sized washer I had used here didn’t dispense any water! I had to argue with the attendant to refund me and start a different machine. Every machine is flashing some sort of error code on the display. They don’t have hot or warm water, only ice cold. The dryers you have to sit and stare at them the whole time because your load will bump the door open from the inside then the timer will continue to run down instead of stopping from the door being opened repeatedly.

Machines work very well, a little high but machines do work all the time and properly 2😎

Have used this place once a week since for a month.Very clean. felt good about the cleanliness of my clothes in the wash and had all diff fabrics - no issues. Def would recommend.Make sure to bring quarters or cash.

This place only deserves 2 stars in my book because the employees mainly 1 particular employee has constantly been rude and judgmental to me. I have even spoken to her and informed her of how she is being disrespectful and judgmental on many occasions. Every time she just shrugs my words off and continues to be judgmental and rude. For instance if a customer drops off a load of laundry that is separated in multiple bags because of weight on drop off then they come to pick up. And you have their complete order in 1 big bag and the customer explains they can not handle that whole load in 1 bag they need it separated. And asks for extra bags or for assistance out to the car with it because they are not strong enough to lift more than 10 to 12 pounds due to personal health issues and doctors orders. It is bad customer service to argue with the customer and tell them well the old man had no problem lifting the order why cant you, youre young you should be able to handle that bag? That sort of comment is rude and judgmental and the customer shouldnt have to go into details about their own personal health issues of why they needed the heavy bag separated so they could handle the order 1 bag at a time. Furthermore this place has lost multiple mates to multiple pairs of my socks and every time they act like they never lost the sock and that its not their problem. Which is why I have to constantly count each pair out before drop off and at pick up and even then when they lose a sock they still act like its not their fault and I just have to make due with yet another missing sock. Im actually surprised they havent yet lost a bigger article of clothing like a pair of shorts or pants or a shirt. Anyways I will say that they deserve at least 2 stars simply because they are cleaner than most places and they are convenient and open almost every single day of the year and open long hours which is impressive. But their employees could use a lesson in kindness and true quality customer service starting with not judging customers based on their age or looks when they have no idea the reasons why the customer has to rely on a company to do their laundry instead of the customer doing their own laundry. Some people have invisible disabilities and arent all as healthy or strong as they might look and wish to be. And it is extremely hurtful to be judged and then have to go into their own personal health issues with someone else that is not their doctor. And its annoying to constantly have to explain just how physically weak the customer is to everyone in ear shot because the rude judgmental disrespectful employee wanted to waste time arguing and judging and giving the customer attitude instead of doing her job and providing customer service. I dont even care so much about the missing socks as much as I care about how they need to stop being so judgmental and rude. The main employee who is the most disrespectful and judgmental to me knows who she is so I wont say her name on here.

Nice place to wash, well sometimes washers are full of dog hair thats disgusting and people get the baskets like the baskets belong to them 😅

Always my fave laundromat. Used to come here when our washer and dryer was broken. Now I just come to have them wash all my comforters regularly in the industrial washer. They always do a great job. They come back smelling fresh and clean and always a quick turnaround time.

Super clean and well maintained. The attendants were friendly and having coffee out was very nice. Surfaces were being wiped down and the bathrooms were clean. They also have free wifi.

At the beginning to walk in, the sign to tell the customer what is their service clearly(just also like WiFi or sth).And after you walk in, @wall is bright with fresh blue,@distance between machine lines was so wide to be comfortable,even for 2 customer B2B at the same time.@they set up a very comfortable area for waiting.!! This is a clean Laundromat thou given what we are going through now with Covid-19.I hesitated to walk in too many people some wearing mask others arent wearing masks.There is no 6ft. rule here over crowded.Not sure what the rule is for Laundromats but this was scary!!!!Please consider peoples lives.

Its always clean...no messey dirty spilled soap residue. This establishment has wyfi and reasonable music in the background. Also several TVs for extra entertainment. Many laundry stops are unkept with inadequate choice machine hot water but, theres no problem here... this place I love the atmosphere. Check it out yall

Staff doesnt wear mask, yet they have a sign outside you must wear one. Masks only covering their mouth not nose. How stupid is that. A lot of machines dont work, had problems with one today, not much help. Even when I be left, they still didnt tag it. Had I known I dont say anything and let somebody else that will get more upset deal with them. Maybe business will go down even more, its not just about looks that matters but service. Telling the city staff not wearing masks properly since Management doesnt care. Snitching right now.

We came in today on Friday 10/4/2019 to do our Laundry and as I was done loading the Washers, I sat down next to my Husband and took my phone out to check on somethings and thought Id placed my phone in my Purse. As I placed it on the bench facing the Counter as I got up to check the Machines and didnt realize my phone was not in my Purse I walked away and started removing the clothes from Washers Again not Realizing my phone was not with me as I was putting Clothes in the Dryers another young lady I didnt get her name came around the corner and asked me if I was missing a Phone I told her the Description and what I had on it and as I came around the corner where Miriam was calling my husband because he left to check on something to let him know that I left my phone as I approached her she was very Polite and Courteous and thought Not just anyone would of done that and Im very Thankful and Appreciative that Miriam returned my Phone. With that being said WE will Continue to come to Soap Suds Coin Laundry!!

I have been using them for wash and fold for the last few weeks. Their sign says it all: they didn’t invent wash and fold: they perfected it. Everything always done exactly as I wish I did it!! Nice people too.

Ive been coming here for a year. Its always clean, reasonably priced, and Ive never had to wait for a machine. Strong wifi, solid music from Sirius, and they decorate really cute year round for holidays. Staff always seem friendly with customers, and the customers have always been kind and respectful of each others space.

This place was wonderful. Very clean and quiet. Three are a lot of machines, so I had no problem getting all of my loads done at once.The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Five stars for this place. Machines are clean, great amenities, and clean restrooms. I think it’s easy to confuse being rude or unfriendly with just being busy. The staff is always cleaning, folding laundry, and tending the front area. Not sure why some people expect concierge treatment at a laundry mat. Took my sister and she was impressed with how well kept it is.

It’s expensive. Sadly, One of the workers needs a lesson in customer service. One of the machines I was using was not working properly. I was given a refund. That’s great. I told her what about the laundry detergent I put in the machine?! If you think of it, it was not my fault that the machine didn’t work properly. I guess customers use the machines at their own risk. I didn’t like how I was talked to. There is a polite way to say that a customer can’t get a refund on the detergent and a rude way. I heard the second.

Rude staff that just stand in the way of you getting laundry done. I hate that this is the closest laundromat to my house. I have to smell each washer everytime to find one that doesnt smell like mildew. At this point Im willing to drive across town for a better experience. After reading the reviews its clear Ill get some underhanded response from the owner explaining in a round about way how theyre great and I am wrong and despite that, they value my opinion all the same.

Free internet, places to plug in your electronics to stay entertained while you wait, lots of machines that all work well. Also, lots of places nearby to get food and drink while your clothes are washing/drying. They also offer a drop off service. Ive never used it, but the prices are pretty good if youre busy or have more money than time.

Been going here for years and never had a bad time. The staff has changed over that time, and I do miss Bubbles the cat, but the service has remained good.

Very rude staff!! I was in there well before 9pm which is last wash and u started a machine of clothes and loaded another but then realized I needed more change and had to the car grab money and grabbed another load of clothes. I come back in and use the coin machine and then the white or Hispanic chick with the short black hair yells from on top of the washers that last load is 9pm..I politely said OK thats cool Ill just finish what ive started... So I put change in the machine I had loaded all ready and she then tells again that last wash is 9.. So I told her that I am already washing I ran to the car to get change.. She then argues with me.. All this in front of customers.. That I have to be at back here to open the store..you have to be out at 10. I told her that I was here and had these loaded before 9pm and she should have said that when I walked in!! I dont care about your schedule!!! I will not be coming here ever again... And people I know who go here will not either!! I work in hospitality and have for years and she is definitely not giving you guys a bad rep!

After having some problems with the machines twice, once involving a refund and the snotty way the refund was handled (night call to the owner getting permission to refund $1.50) the other being a washing machine that would not start and also required refund, I left a poor review on Yelp.Today the manager relayed to me that since I had problems and left a poor review on Yelp, I was not allowed to come back to the facility. When i asked specifically why I was not allowed back, I was told we have to protect our business. When asked if working things out with the customers as opposed to treating everyone as a criminal or potential thief would be a better path, I was told no. Upon leaving the assistant manager would not provide the names or contact information of the manager or owner.As a disabled veteran, this does not bring me much joy. To think at one point I put my life on the line so someone can throw me out of their store when I asked for a refund.

First time Ive been to a laundromat in awhile and this place was great. It was clean and plenty of machines to chose from (no waiting). They had WiFi and a little seating area to wait in. I cant really compare prices as I never really use laundromats but it seemed cheap and they had plenty of options to purchase soaps.

It was a clean place and everything seemed to work just fine. But I noticed a lot of reviews on here about the staff in particular the two girls that work up in the front... you will have to excuse them because they are millennials of course and they think they know more than everybody look better than everybody and have more than everybody, but reality is waiting right around the corner for them.

Super impressed and comfortable in this place. We desperately needed to do laundry while we wait for our new washer dryer to be delivered. I stopped by a couple other places in the heights and one was riridiculously disgusting. There is a difference between not having money for updated machines and just plain not caring. The other place didnt care.But this place is very clean, pleasant and festive! If I ever needed to use a laundromat again, Id gladly trek across town to this gem.:-)The only possible issue is the cat. He seems sweet, but might jump on top of your freshly cleaned laundry. If youre allergic, this might not be your best bet.

I really like this laundromat. The washing machine broke down where I live so I decided to come here to wash cloths. I had a great experience. there is a really nice energy to this place. Maybe the cat has something to do with it...who knows, or maybe the fact that it sits right across the street from a catholic church. I will be going back there again to wash my cloths

Used to be the best...what happened?Filthy, dilapidated, disgusting now. I was last here one month ago( or about that). First, the mascot cat went missing😔.Now, the old staff seems all gone, as well🙁 ( the ones who were cheerful and smiled, were helpful, gave a damn, spoke English and were cleaning all the time -- no sign of them for sure). Ugh! Horrible atmosphere; Wont be back.

$3 for a double load, $4 for a triple, $0.25 per 6 min of drying. Not as crowded as other laundromats, its super clean, and theres wifi. They also offer wash and fold service if you dont want to wait around.

These folks do a fantastic job for wash n fold! I usually bring in about 4 or 5 loads and they usually have them finished on the same day. I also really like the fact that they shrunk wrap you folded clothes into little bundles. This allows your clothes to stay folded even if they tip over.

This is a great laundry facility. There are wash/dry machines of all sizes. Everything always appears clean and even though I havent used any of the provided services, the staff always seems very friendly. It can get busy at peak times, but it has always been a good experience for me
