Clean,efficient, value!! Overall excellent laundromat for the area. Entire place is clean and well maintained from machines to restrooms. Staff is very helpful and informative (especially if youre a first timer). On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays they have $.99 cent washers ( bright orange color machines pictured below). You have to load a laundry card in order to operate the machines, but if you load a new card with $20 the first time, they give you a $1 credit added to the card!! Highly recommend if in the area 👌!

Lady attendant was very nice and helpful, even when I put the soap in the wrong slot. Prices are reasonable, I think?First time here, 3rd time at a laundromat overall.3 or so benches to sit at by the windows. Noticed most ppl waiting in their cars.For anyone who needs to know, the detergent box has three slots, from left to right: regular soap, bleach, fabric softener.Also, theres a big sign (that I missed) if you put $20 on a card you earn instant $1 bonus but see the attendant first.

Its okay. Theyre kind of pricey. The dryers dont take coins only the laundry card. Sometimes the dryers dont work right. The place is clean. Ive never used the bathroom facilities so I cant comment on that. The parking lot is well lit

Clean, comfortable, and decent pricing for your laundry needs. There’s a self service card machine to add money to wash/dry. I have a card for both of my cars and it’s very convenient! The staff are helpful and don’t hover over you while you’re taking care of your business. Restroom is always clean as well as the seating area. Spacious too!

Facility was clean and as best as I could tell only one washer was out of order (and a technician was working on that one). See photos for pricing.Machines dont take coins directly. You use a touchscreen that dispenses prepaid cards that you load money onto via debit card. Those laundry cards are what you use in the machines.They WILL wash laundry for you if desired but theres a 10 pound minimum. Wi-fi available. Several soda/snack machines but be aware if you bring kids theres a claw machine so theyll probably pester you for money. Vending takes cash.They offer a bonus program that gives you extra money and wash to win points but I didnt inquire further because Im only going to be here once. (Business trip) Locals, newly transplanted folk and those on long-term assignment can ask for more info from the attendant. (I took a photo of the sign but it wasnt easily understood.)

Im changing my previous review to a 1 star because the older white lady working here today demanded that I put on a mask even though I explained to her that I have a medical condition that prohibits me from blocking my airways. If you read Governor Abbotts order it clearly lists a few groups of people that are not required to put on a mask, including those like me with an applicable medical condition. Shame on you! You just lost a customer.

This laundromat is clean and well cared for BUT has no information about size of loads or prices on the machines. No signs on or around the machines re: price or size. Thats really unfair to the folks on a budget.

I went in to wash my rugs. They have giant machines that work very well 5.99 for a big machine to wash and 70 cents for 10 minutes of drying time. Veey clean store

Came into the 1960 location and when I tell you Mrs. Icy made sure I was greeted with a smile and awesome customer service she checked on me throughout the night and even help me walk my things to the car seeing I had quite a number of baskets and along with my baby. The machines worked great the card systems are amazing and the place was so clean. Thanks Icy for being so nice and hard working.

First off I wanna say that Miss Icy is the bomb. She helped me graciously especially since I had little kids. She made sure everything was clean and all my need were taken care of & it was my first time here. She definitely deserves good praise and a raise if that’s an option. My drier broke last week so I needed a place to safely dry my clothes. The laundry is very clean and the staff are very helpful. Icy the lead attendent was very courteous and even allowed me to complete my laundry and fold them after close. It was most appreciated. I will also consider using their laundry service in the future. It seems to be very affordable.

Ive been coming here for a long time and only use their Fluff & Fold service every week due to my schedule.Excellent customer service, fair price, my clothes are always clean and neat. Above and beyond service. Employees are helpful and professional.Unfortunately their policy changed for luxury pillows which is slightly inconvenient, but overall Im happy with their service.

Anytime I come in Im greeted by someone. And I do my laundry and stay and fold and every single time the ladies that work there make a point to wish me goodbye. The place is clean and the staff are helpful and sweet. Thank you.

This place has fun arcade games even one of those little ride on games for small children like the horses that used to be in front of supermarkets back in the day. So you’re not just sitting in a hot sticky Washateria trying to do your laundry and avoid creepers staring at you like they’re not they’re doing the exact same thing. Instead it has a very brightly lit lounge area with snacks And vending and as I before mentioned even some entertainment. Our house had flooded a little while back after heavy rains and we needed to clean all of our linens and clothing that have been exposed to the floodwaters. This daunting task would’ve taken a month if we had tried to do it at home fortunately we were able to get everything done in about three hours at this Washateria. And I won two teddy bears and a squishy baseball out of the grab machine. Pretty proud of that.

Icy definitely get the MVP award. We came in today and the water cut off In the middle if our was. The guy Dana that was there was really trying to help us an we appreciate him but mrs Icy went far and beyond to make sure we were good her customer service skills was incredible and she put the need of all of us first although I am sure she had other work to do. I had decided to not come back to this facility but Icy changed my mind an I will return next wee.

This is one of my favorite places. I usually get help from Icy who is super Great and very knowledgeable. I actually thought she was the Manger. I just learned she maybe leaving and I was super bummed but then I came in tonight and meet Jackie and I must say she is just as Great. I highly recommend this place with such pleasant people an a nice clean atmosphere.

This is one of the nicest Laundry Mats I’ve ever been to with some of the biggest, cleanest, up to date machines out here. The staff is amazing as well, Maria was very helpful to my needs. Assisting me with moving my laundry, showing me how to use the machines, and making sure I had all I need. I also love the that you get a $1 back for every $20 you use and it’s a dollar to wash on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday AMAZING DEAL! Today I came in to this facility in the worst mode ever but after only a few minutes of walking in I met the most amazing and positive person. Update: They have a seriously high turnover rate. Been going for wash and fold for about a year. Clothes were missing, had other peoples clothes, folded terribly to the point that I had to iron 😡 and refold. All until Lakeisha started doing my clothes. Once she left the nonsense started up again. Im so done!LaKeisha does an amazing job with my clothes! My clothes always smell so fresh and she folds smooth and small. You can tell she really cares about her work! Thank you so much for all you do girl!!!

This place has been here for a long time. I moved away and came back and this place is very clean, for it to still be in business. Knowing they take care of their facilities lets me know I can wash my clothes here.

I came here and dropped off my clothes and they lost my bag but the next time I came in Mrs. Icy made sure to accommodate me for my loss. She is very sweet and helpful. Next time Im here I will return thanks to her.

My husband and I LOVE this place. Weve been coming here for the last few months since our washer at home stopped working. This place is a little more expensive than other places like it, BUT Im more than willing to pay extra for a place thats super clean! Each time weve come in, the machines are clean, the floors and surfaces are always super clean. The employees are helpful. Theres never any unnecessary noise or rowdy people here. If I have to be somewhere doing laundry for a few hours, I definitely choose to be here!

My laundry is never dry after 1 cycle, even with a 1/3 of a load in a dryer and set to high heat. Extremely disappointed. Figured first time might have been a fluke with clothes still being wet after 2 cycles, but Im sure Ill have the same experience again tonight. Biggest waste of 20$, Id have rather worn dirty laundry the past 2 weeks. Easier to explain dirt on your clothes than why you smell like a week old bag of piss.

The attendant was SUPER HELPFULL AND VERY FRIENDLY. She was patient and greeted me n other customers as soon as she became aware of our presence and offered assistance should we need any help. I had 2 very LARGE items to dry and she even offered tennis balls to place inside to assist with my service. Will definitely come here every time I need the commercial size washers and dryers

I love this location.The staff keep each machine clean and fresh and the trash is always emptied instead of over flowing. Icy is always friendly. She taught me how to use their machines.

Been to a few different laundry center before I found Express and Im thankful I did! The laundry center is super clean not only inside, but also the parking lot as well. The machines are nice and work great. The employees are AWESOME! especially Icey (I think I spelled her name wrong), she was so very helpful when I came in my first time and answered all my questions. I honestly love doing my laundry here such a great environment.

I come here every week and icy always have the place clean an the machines work great. I love the t.vs and the snack machines while I do my laundry

I really like Express, however the amount of dog/cat hair on and in the machines makes my experience not so pleasant. Im allergic to pet hair and its hard to find machines with little evidence hair. If possible can you have machines that arent used for pet care?

We wash here often and the attendant, Wade, always has good customer service. The water pressure is good and the dryers work well. The place is kept clean despite the fact that the its always busy. Needless to say we will continue to be repeat customers.

They have super big washers and dryers. I came with 5 bags and they all fit in an $8.99 washer. Then it only took 30 mins to dry in the dryer. Super happy! We were in an out in about an hour. This would have took me days to complete at home.Just like all the other reviewers... the management is very helpful and friendly and the facility is amazingly clean.5 stars!

Today is my first time here and I didn’t know what to do, but the staff was very friendly and explained to me everything that I need to know. She even helped out when I needed and her attitude was very nice and friendly. I recommend this place 👍🏼

Place was way cleaner than anything i have ever been to. the girl was sweet. She didnt even complain that i stayed a few minutes past closing time on accident. I plan on returning soon, a bit earlier this time.😂
