Nice,clean and respectable place washer work great, I love the wash and fold there, cheap, The people that work there are great and respectable, ask for moma she does great work and you can watch TV and your kids play games in there try it you will love your experience

Super bad experience after telling the worker the washer machine didn’t work if could get my the quarters I put, I ask to speak with Manager or to give me a phone number to report and she said no that she didn’t care.besides that she’s only outside smoking not even doing her job, an old,short,light skin lady..

This place is Awesome! The staff are so helpful and friendly. The owners are the nicest people ever and I recommend to anyone to come here and do their laundry. Thank you Imperial Washateria for being so amazing!!

I returned to this laundromat and it has changed for the better. I washed right after opening and the washers were clean with good water flow. The dryers (to the right of the entrance) worked great. I will be using this location moving forward. *I didnt go in the restroom so I can only hope they were clean too.

They dont clean the machines, where you put your detergent its full of mold and the step in Supervisor she cursed me out in front of other guest because I told her if she can come mop the big spill of water on the Floor where the kids were sitting from the leaking machines, for the past 3 months that had to be the worst Ive seen that place dur to they hiring someone to help she sits in the back on the computer. Now the owners are nice and pleasant they kept that place in tact clean clean clean but for the past couple months its disgusting, lots of mold in the machines, towels everywhere from the leaking machines, floors yet . Im not going back there its uncomfortable and customer service sucks due to that lady who been there recently. Im not going back Ill drive an extra 5 miles if I have to .

Oh this place is a dump. I went with a friend who lives in the area. Nasty looking... Everything. There was a guy cleaning but if you lift the flaps (where the detergents go) theres A LOT of mold under there. Its gross.

Place is very clean, washers and dryers work well. No cleaning materials, no problem. There are many to choose from here. We just moved into town and needed a quick wash, this was close and easy to find.

The place is well kept and clean. Price is reasonable. The owners are nice. Especially their son.

Very clean, lots of machines, easy to get in & out. Washers start at $2.00 & go up depending on size load. Dryers are $0.25 for 5-6 minutes. Dryers get hot quickly to speed drying time. Owner/ manager onsite entire time.

Not sure how this place got good reviews.The place is a bit over priced. $2-$5 for a washing machine depending on size. (Most places run from $.75 to $1.50) Dryers take a REALLY long time.The staff was extremely rude to everyone except a guy on their video gambling machines.A kid was playing on an arcade machine, and one of the owners physically grabbed the kid and moved him away from the machine. Maybe thats okay in Thailand, but in America you dont put your hands on other peoples children. They go crazy when people bring their kids with them to do laundry, no matter how quiet or well behaved the kids are. Seriously, a lot of single parents have to bring kids with them to do laundry, if you cant handle that; maybe you should be in another business. I wish they could get that fired up about the drug dealers and pan handlers in their parking lot.They wont make change. Really, if you have a laundry-mat and you dont want people asking for change, install a change machine or have washers and dryers with dollar slots. People are asking for change to spend money at your business for crying out loud!I really wanted to like this, because its close to where I live. Instead Ill gladly drive the extra 10 minutes to deal with someone else.

This place was recommended to me by ladies that obviously dont use it. Prices they gave me were wrong for one thing. How come you people that write reviews for washaterias dont include useful & helpful info. like machine prices, instead of if therere games for you to play? I paid $2 each, in quarters, for two double load washers. Fine! Brought my own detergent and dryer sheets, so dont know what they charge for supplies here, but sure its more than store prices. Dryers are the rip off though. $.25 for 5 minutes of dryer time? Really!!?? Thought 30 minutes in one of the big dryers would get it done. Wrong! Took $2.50 to get it. Granted, I used medium heat, because Im not gonna cook my clothes, but this huge dryer should have been overkill at 30 minutes, but instead took 50. Ridiculous!! Plus, some street kid in there doing his clothes, with his pit bull tied up at the door, hitting customers up for quarters. Decent washaterias must be hard to find, but I wouldnt come back here on a bet!!! Oh - nasty restroom, no TP, no soap, no paper towels...what?

Rude, Rude, Rude Lady everything bugs her.. kids & people cant even use the restroom because she gets mad when she unlocks it.No toilet paper you have to ask for 2 sheets!Ridiculous!They want no kids even walking around! [Why do you have toy, candy, & ride machines] last time I come here.Bad area also... always some activity outside. What was I thinking giving them a second chance?

Take your own Toilet paper cause they never put any out.

Rude ass lady telling ppl to move and sit other places and push your chair in Everytime you move on Sunday I dont like to be bothered just wash my clothes so when you pissed me off you gonna feel my wrath. Just leave people alone and mind your DAMN business.
