Not bad. If you come in the evening, it will be packed. People hog baskets . Theres a taco truck outside everyday. Im writing this as we continue through COVID-19. (2/28/21) so dont forget your mask. Its ALWAYS clean. The attendants are nice ladies. Ill be coming here once more before I move into my new location with washer and dryer connection. Bubble Bee served me well.

Good location and good machines that makes it convenient and easy for one less chore to do. It may look messy at times but patrons should also clean up after themselves.

One of the nicer washateria Ive been to. BUT they do not implement masking, yes they have the signs up but multiple ppl were inside with no mask and staff didnt tell them anything.

I wouldve given a higher rating for the results with my clothes, but there is a serious risk needing immediate attention at this location. Wear A Mask is required during this epidemic and wasnt followed at this location when I washed my clothes yesterday. I saw 7 people without masks washing their clothes and talking and laughing with the attendant. Im a very diverse person but need to mention that the only people without masks were Latinos and so was the attendant. The Black, White and Asian customers had on their masks.That is unacceptable for the attendant to allow anyone to be without a mask when theyre several signs posted within the facility stating Wearing A Mask Is Mandatory. Everyone must wear masks to protect each other. Tell the attendant to abide by the rules with everyone. This matter must be solved immediately because if I visit the facility again and see the same routine, the City of Houston will be notified about this location not following the rules.

Very high tech laundry facility! You purchase a hard plastic card when you arrive and load money for the washer and dryer. Hand sanitizer stations, clean restrooms and free wifi. I would recommend.

The laundromat is nice and clean I’ll give you that but when I first got here the attend was not there she was next-door at the convenient store behind there counter. I spent $35 to wash three loads of clothes and to dry.The dryer is $.25 per five minutes and it took them four rounds to get done and I separated them into eight dryer. This place is a rip off and in order for me to post my review I had to give them a star.

I went to wash here today and there wasnt any washer machine available.. why?? Well people come in to wash and leave their clothes unattended for an hour..Finally after been waiting i was able to wash.. I dont think 🤔 the owner should allow people to leave their clothes for more than an hr just sitting there..specially on a sunday when other people need to wash too...

Nice, clean but a/c needed to work better with these masks we have to wear it makes it intolerable.

My sister in law and me spent, about four hours doing our laundry.I usually dont like washaterias because the ones I have used in the past are filthy and not some machines are out of service.The whole time we spent there, I noticed that Stephanie, the young attendant was either wiping the machines or swiping the floors.This is from now on my favorite washateriaThank you Stephanie and Maria

This is by far the best washateria Ive been to. Both the washer and dryer is reasonably priced and they even have discounted days. My kids love to play on the little tablets that they have available as well. To top it all off on certain days the taco truck is open just a couple of feet across from the laundromat.

Not sure whats the young lady name is thats always there when I come to wash, But shes always there and she is always staying busy and she keeps it nice and clean. I even left my washing card on top of the washer one day while I was in there and didnt realize it, And she brought it back to me..... I real appreciate that.... And shes very helpful 😊😊😊

One of the cleanest and specious washateria I have been. It is comfortable and nice with many tables to fold your clothes. highly recommended.

The place is dirty, the cleaning supplies are everywhere around, the floor is a mess.to be honest the lady cleaning was doing her job when they opened but now she’s on the other side (the gas station ) and the laundry room is a mess I think she needs to go back and keep maintenance like before

Went in there today to wash my clothes and I couldnt stand the smell.. It smelt like a busted sewer line...

Its good whenever I go except this time I went there there was no attendant and there was a big roach in floor near my washers. Floor look like it has not been swept.
