Omg!! I had a Late night vehicle lockout at a gas station and the station closed on me. I called Express Locksmith and they stated they would be out in approximately 25-35 mins....they arrived in exactly 18minutes and I was in and driving off in my vehicle in under 10minutes! The locksmith was nice and very professional and although I hope I don’t need them again for a vehicle lockout, I will definitely recommend and use Express Locksmith for all my future lock/rekeying needs. I have one of those electronic locks that open via an app or electronic codes. I lost the backup keys a while back. Battery died today and I was locked out. I called another company and they had a 4hr minimum wait. It was midnight and I didn’t feel like waiting till morning. Googled, found express locksmith and called. They said they would get someone to me in 45 mins. They arrived on schedule. I was back in my home within 5 mins. Excellent service. Deserved every dollar of the tip I gave them.

We got locked out of our car we looked around and we called Express locksmith he answered gave us a quote was here within 25 minutes. Very quick to make keys.

After my van was stolen and returned, the police and body shop said I needed a new ignition. I called Express Locksmith to set up an appointment to get it repaired. After discussing with Aaron what it was doing, he didnt think the ignition was the problem, he was right. The tow company had disconnected my shift linkage (ever try to start a car in drive?), so they could get it on the flatbed. Any other company would have just gone out, did the work, charged me, without actually solving the problem because I asked to get the ignition replaced. Ultimately I just wanted the problem solved and Aaron helped me do that with just a phone call. So even though Im not actually a paying customer, this 5 star review is for his customer service. Instead of just taking my money, he helped me out without even needed to look at my van unlike the police officer and body shop guy.

Great and speedy service with reasonable prices

This was by far the best deal decision I made. The power went out in my neighborhood, during the situation my 4 year old was super scared. So I scrambled looking for flashlights and candles and somewhere along the line I lost the only key I had to my 2012 Nissan Altima.I searched and found Aaron online. He quoted me and Was willing to come to my house at midnight to replace my car key. I opted for the next day and he came on time and did a great job. He saved me so much headache and time.I have to drive to San Antonio for work and need this car for the journey. I didn’t want to have to spend money in a bus ticket and Uber all around San Antonio or rent a car. I highly recommend Aaron he is a lifesaver and did a superb job. He isn’t price gouging or taking advantage of people’s mishaps. I will speak his name anytime I know of anyone needing this kind of service. Very polite young man. My car was older 2010 and needed a new key fob and was a Cadillac so because of that he had to work twice as hard and much longer than anticipated and he never charged me for the extra time. Please consider using him.
