BH locksmith is the best! I called several locksmiths around the houston area and BH Locksmith had the best price and best customer service. It took about two days to completely fix my ignition issue because a specific part was needed, but the locksmith was in constant contact and never left me hanging. Someone tried shoving a screwdriver into my ignition in attempts to steal it 😒. Glad its finally fixed, Ive never had such a good experience with a locksmith. Would highly recommend.

Called them and was able to meet the same day at the shop to get two new keys for my older Lexus since I only had a key without remote. Cheaper than other places and also the guy who did the work was very friendly and he let me know his schedule the day when I called. I wouldve put five stars, but the lock and unlock buttons are reversed on the new key fobs, not sure why.

Keep away surely.Programmed key stopped working in 2 days. Did not pick up phone when called after, when messaged that key is not working, no reply. Unprofessional behavior. Wasted my $100. Got another key from other locksmith. Key was v low quality as told by other locksmith.

BH Locksmith is the best! I work in commercial property management and have used dozens of locksmiths. He arrived within minutes of me calling him, explained why the doors weren’t opening, and fixed the issue for a third the price that two other locksmiths had quoted me.The the lock was on a storefront (glass double-doors). Competitors insisted that they needed to drill out the lock and replace it. BH Locksmith showed me that the door was simply jammed and that he could alter the lock to ensure that it didn’t jam again. It works perfectly now.He also lets you send him pics of the problem via text and is really good at providing a quote.

Called to get a quote and I was shocked at the price. It was too good to be true! They communicated very well, got the job done, did it in a timely manner, and even came to me! I was at work and told them to come after I got off, they came 30 minutes after I just got home! I would definitely recommend them if you have any issues with your locks. I miscommunicated and told them the wrong thing, but they were super nice about it! Make sure you have cash! Would not recommend.Came here to get a copy an accord car key. Was told on the phone that he had my exact model and year in stock.Dropped off the key to be copied and when I get the key back, I am given a shell, with a missing transponder. Of a model 6 years older that looks similar but does not fit my car.Upon getting back home I realize this and I go back to the shop but the guy is nowhere to be found. I call and he and he does not answer, eventually I get a text back saying, I have the right one at home and will have a replacement with the transponder early tomorrow morning.Guy never showed the next day. Texts again promising to show the following, never showed...So basically paid this guy for a fully functioning key, but instead got a 9$ shell that doesnt even fit my car.

The service and work performed by Kuba was Excellent! The communications prior to his arrival were Excellent! Had it not been for prices being jacked-up on-site, I would have given this company 5 Stars. But, when the tech arrived and surveyed my three Kwikset locks (which are about THE simplest locks to re-key) the prices quoted over the phone per lock were more than doubled! Look, I completely understand that a price per lock is an estimate and can increase if the locks are specialty or complex locks; and that was fully explained over the phone. But to have the cost double is nonsense. Kuba explained that the extra $33 per lock was for his labor - more nonsense. Why is labor an additional cost? Im sorry, but talk about lack of transparency in pricing ... this takes the cake. I suppose if ALL locksmith operate like this (i.e., with hidden costs), then were all at the same disadvantage. But, due to this issue (and isnt the cost of service one of THE two main issues?), I was very disappointed. In all fairness, Kuba was able to get the office to reduce the overall cost by 15%. This is the second time I’ve used BH Locksmith. I called so many places in Houston and they where the only ones that could make a key and fob for my Mercedes clk320. This time I called for an eclipse. He said he’d be there in 20 minutes and he did. He made me a new key without any issues and the car is back in action. I highly recommend their services.

I locked my keys in my car on 5/28/19. The technician Joseph damaged my car door while opening it. He had the audacity to ask me not to tell his boss. The man I spoke to on the phone claiming to be the manager did not care to hear what I had to say. He texted me that he would call me and never did. I had to call him and he hung up on me after telling me to text him pictures of the damage. He didn’t even bother to explain what their policy is if they damage your car. Extremely disappointed with their customer service.Update: 5/29/19In response to the owners reply:You texted me that you would call me in a few minutes. I waited two hours and there was still no call from you.All I wanted was a more thorough explanation over the phone. I was very respectful and calm. You didn’t explain anything to me or that you were investigating what happened. All you said was “send me a picture” and “I already know what happened”. After that you hung up on me mid sentence.Here’s an example of you could have said. “Please send me a picture and I will investigate what happened and arrange for repairs.” Simple and quick and I wouldn’t be left in the dark.If your response on the phone was even half as long as your response to my review I wouldn’t have the need to post here in the first place.You texted me today and offered to paint my car. I appreciate that offer but will decline and get the paint repairs from someone I know and trust.It’s sad that you couldn’t even offer up an apology for the inconvenience of your technician damaging my car door. Instead you choose to shift the blame on me for you lack of communication.

My key fob broke and the metal key part fell out god knows where. They came out and made me a new car key. From when I called to when they finished the job it took about 45 minutes. Then my car battery was dead from sitting for a few weeks and he jumped it for me real quick. Awesome customer service and really friendly. Highly recommend. Oh and cheapest I could find to make a key with a chip in it.

Watch Out !!! Alert !!! Keep off from the guy named Jonathan, the guy named Jonathan is super fraudulent, a liar and a scammer. Please dont ask him to duplicate your key or unlock you car or house or anything like locksmith related. He is full of lies and will do a terrible job. He promised that I would get an OEM key with fob for my 2016 Camry for $120. He used a Fake China (after market) Key fob and asked me for pay extra $20 for battery total-ling $140. The OEM key fob has Toyota Logo at the back (this is didnt know at the point). He programmed the key and managed to make it work at a short range.He begged me to give a good review on google which I naively did, I regretted that almost as soon as i got home and the new key fob was messing up. All the posts you see here with the mention of Jonathan were solicited by him, none of them are genuine.After I went home the key fob hardly worked until i pressed it about 20 times at a very short range, sometimes i would give up and unlock my car manually. I called Jonathan and he would keep telling me he would call back, he never called back and all my visits to BJ locksmith i never met him. Keep off BJ Locksmith and thank me later....

What a nightmare to deal with these people! Spoke to them over the phone, got a quote and estimated time of arrival. I was actually pretty happy with their approach. When a technician arrived about 5h later, I was already irritated. No one called me to update me on the time, nothing. And on top of it, he was super rude and arrogant. The prices were totally different then what I got over the phone. I understand it could have change when they saw my hardware, but not triple the price for basically same thing previously quoted and for basic locks. When I told him, I do not wish him to do the job because I cannot afford it right now and also because I do not want this guy to perform any job on my property, the guy became very angry and started cussing me out for wasting his time! I am glad he did not show up when only my wife and the kids were home alone! Oh, PLEASE!!! Cant understand how this business can even operate!

My vehicle was stolen with the key and the person who stole it only left it because he had a flat that he couldnt remove. He took the key to come back for it so I needed to get the lock changed and new a key made. I called BH and they gave me a quote, had a small miscommunication where they only gave me a new fob and reprogrammed it but they immediately came back the next day and changed the key as well. 10/10 would recommend this place, they keep their word and are efficient and experienced.

I gave them a call, they sent out a guy named Tal who gave me a card from ALLOCKSMITHUSA (contracted out or just old business name? not sure). Tal was very quick, he cut me a new physical key and programmed my spare key fob in less than 5 minutes. All for a very good price, almost half of what I was quoted from another locksmith I called.

They came quickly for a lockout which was great since my child was sleeping inside.

Please dont ever use this company. We called to have someone come out to our business and was told to email them pictures of the door we wanted the work on. I emailed Osiris the photos like he asked me to and he sent me a quick quote. I was thinking Heck yea! Then the problems came. The tech showed up and never told us what exactly was going to happen, I was told the lock would match the color of the door and it didnt. He scratched our aluminum door and it sticks out like a sore thumb. He removed our ADA handle without telling us and would only put it back on if we paid him an additional fee. I called the office and spoke with Joe (who quoted the job for Osiris according to himself) and had a 10 minute conversation where he blamed me for not giving the entire story to he sales rep (which is a complete lie because I told Osiris that the reason why we needed the lock was because the wind opens the door by itself) then Joe tells me that hell call his tech and have him install it for free. Then the tech comes in and tells me Jason said its $50 to reinstall something we never told them to take down. So I call and ask for Jason, that conversation last all about 2 minutes before he hung up on me and said he was going to call the police for theft by not paying, which I never said or threaten. Then here comes the final bill, its $25 higher then what I was quoted. Tech trys to spin it and give me some BS story about its just a quote and that wasnt a solid price. Bait and switch at its finest. Be very cautious and shop around before using this company. I know I wont ever use them and will never refer them to anybody.

Arrived 45 minutes late and I didnt even get an apology, just a duchebag smile...My key he made only works on ONE side and it takes a lot of tries to get it to start the engine. I feel cheated and I think these reviews are fake.

He was cut and adjust the key for my 2008 Honda CRV. Also, he was put the new chip and new remote inside the key and program for me this past Saturday. He did wonderful job. The price was reasonable.
