Tried another jewelry service prior to coming by COT. Bad choice. Until I came here, I had no idea what quality and pricing could be had. Quoted 520 for polish and clean and it was done in one hour for 100. We scuffed these rings on concrete. Now look at them!! It looks phenomenal, highly recommend!!!

Very nice and exceptionally fast service. The prices here are very reasonable. When I stopped in for a necklace repair he was able to repair while I waited. Of course while waiting I browsed. Ended up purchasing 2 rings! I hadnt anticipated spending except for the repair but he was having a 50% off sale and they were an excellent price, lol. Ill definitely return to this store for jewelry needs in the future.

Was able to get a ring fixed and two watch batteries replaced in an hour. Great prices and services. There is also a great hair cut place next door that you can use while you wait for jewelry. Will be back.

Cot has done a number of repairs and adjustments for me in the past, ring sizing and watch repair, but when I asked to make a custom pendant for my wife from some sentimental pieces and a very unusual amethyst I brought from Brazil, he really amazed me! He designed the pendant, got approval from me, and finished the piece in a couple of weeks, and it is a breathtaking one of a kind piece! Cot can do jewelery repair, but he is a truly talented artist as well. If your lady deserves something uniqe, and amazing, go talk to Cot!
