Wheres the zero star? Monopoly on our subdivision but cant provide us with internet due to parts shortage and no idea when it will be resolved. Great start to a new home.

Horrifyingly bad customer service and internet is exceedingly unreliable. Please look elsewhere if you have an option.

Cant get a hold of anybody!Not even to pay a bill!

The absolute worst customer service. When you try to talk to customer service they sit there and yell at you. When they tell you something wrong and you call them out, they tell you that you have no right to tell them they were wrong and sit there and yell at you. They never give you a straight answer because they dont know what theyre talking about. And when you ask for clarification - guess what, they yell at you some more.
