Would be nice if the Fiber department wouldnt run the main HUB in someones back yard so we wouldnt have to wait for that homeowner to be there so we can get a line ran to the house. Long story short, tored of waiting and getting xfinity
I’ve been out of service for four days being left in a hamster wheel. I gave you guys fouurrrr days. Those who are thinking about switching to AT&T, I have one word for you. Run!!!! DO NOT Get their service. Horrible customer service. I wish I can give a negative 10. Someone needs to keep them accountable.
Terrible service no connection we call write not responsive rude on top but they know how to charge our account we just noticed $85 a month ridiculous sent 2 emails and 3 PHONE calls no respond we must move anybody any recommendations? We will appreciate 77079 area
AT&T internet speeds are among the worst I have ever seen and there are many times during peak hours where we simply give up trying to stream anything or even just surfing. Half the time we turn off the wifi connections on our phones so that we can use cell data in our own house.
Awful customer service, never can get a hold of someone that knows what they are doing. Also almost every CSR doesn’t speak English well, so I couldn’t understand them and they couldn’t understand me. Every call I made was over an Hour on hold then another so they can try to solve my issue. FYI: they never solved anything.
Internet is horribly slow. A rep came to the home selling services and pulled up my account and told me I was paying more than the services was currently priced, and that I should call to have someone upgrade my service. When I called they seemed like they didn’t know what I was talking about and quotes different prices than what the rep had already told me at my home.
Horrible customer service/sales team. Explained to rep several time we just wanted internet but he continued to try and sale us tv and phone services. Based off of the reviews I have read here I am glad we cut that setup short. We will be looking elsewhere for services.
Been having it for a week now and it’s already horrible. Network is horrible can’t connect to anything. I have to connect my personal hotspot just to watch Netflix. It’s sad almost every channel is a paid program like it’s so stupid. Xfinity is way better and more affordable.
Slow internet, they have the worst customer service they always over charge you my plan was of $70 for internet and cable and they never charged me that every time I will call and ask they will bring different excuses my bills were from 95 and went all the way to 150! WORST COMPANY !!!!!
Services provided do not match advertisements. Fraudulent services. I am paying for a speed of 1000mbps and I am getting a maximum of 600mbps on my tv (directly connected to modem) and ~286mbps through wifi devices. See advertisement below for details of what I though I was signing up for. Ive had to make over 6 phone calls to solve issues with billing and services provided. I get passed around between representatives and no one seems to have a concrete answer to solve any issues. Ive also been harassed by technicians (via phone for several days now) who are being scheduled to come install services without knowing that these were already installed about a month ago. No one communicates within this company nor do they provide accurate information to the customer. Ive filed an official complaint to the Texas Attorney General
