I’ve been out of service for four days being left in a hamster wheel. I gave you guys fouurrrr days. Those who are thinking about switching to AT&T, I have one word for you. Run!!!! DO NOT Get their service. Horrible customer service. I wish I can give a negative 10. Someone needs to keep them accountable.

Do not get this service! They never tell you but you are locked into a contract. Plus, new members are given a prorated rate. Give it three months and double your bill. If you try to leave you are slammed for a cancellation fee. If you have Tv with them they will also charge you if you fail to return their box within ten days. If you like to burn your cash this is a great place!

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. They know how bad they are, but they truly dont care.

ZERO STARS!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED! If I had a choice of another carrier I would switch, unfortunately due to my apartment complex I dont. I just sat at home for a four hour window appointment for 2 nights! Only to have them overbook themselves the first night and NOT communicate to me that they werent going to make it. First of all, how do you overbook yourself?? Work overtime if necessary! Second, ZERO communication?? WTF, HOW INCONSIDERATE OF PEOPLES TIME. Now the second night I sit here for 4 more hours only to find out the tech came earlier and fixed the problem, and AGAIN, NO COMMUNICATION. No doortag, call or text that they claim is there policy. Then I call (25 minutes spent mostly on hold) to finally talk to a supervisor, named Norman, who was totally unwilling to compensate me for any inconvenience I recieved due to their utter lack of proper customer service. He had ZERO empathy, and NO customer service skills whatsoever. I hope anyone reading this listens to my warning, and if they have a choice, chooses another carrier. BUYER BEWARE!!

Had this in Florida at one point... AT&T should be ashamed of themselves.
