I tried their free trial for use with my small real estate company, and while their customer service was a bit hard to get a hold of, once on the phone they were very helpful. However, their level of help cannot combat the poor quality of this program. For something that has been on the market for this long, there are too many bugs that need working out. Too many hoops to jump through for something to just “work”.

SalesNexus provides an easy-to-use database for all contacts. Its particularly beneficial to have all contact and sales information appear in one window. There are additional marketing tools that firms can make use of, such as emailing clients and sales reminders. This is quite handy! The support staff is very friendly and prompt with assistance and solutions. I highly recommend the use of SalesNexus!

As a new subscriber to SalesNexus, I was totally in the dark with CRMs and how they work. I have been using Outlook and Excel to combine my personal and business contacts, calendar, tasks, and reminders/followup. Needless to say that at first it was overwhelming with the setting up and the format to where I could understand the program, relate to how I was going to use and implement it to my way of working. I naturally made mistakes and errors but thank goodness that I was able to be in contact with Mike Roa, He walked me through my mistakes, explained in detail to how to make the corrections and assured me that he will always be available to help if (and when) another problem or question occurs.

The customized fields gave us the flexibility to create a CRM that applies directly towards our business resulting in our team being incredibly efficient in tracking leads and deals. Whenever support is needed, Salexnexus responds and resolves any issues, which have been very few, almost immediately.

We switched to SalesNexus over ten years ago. Our entire business revolves around its functions, groups, mail programs and following each contact. There is a reason the word Sales is in the name. You wont go back either!

SalesNexus serves its purpose for Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, Inc. We first joined in 2013 and the implementation, training and support has been good for us. The one cool component of the platform is being able to have not just the CRM capabilities, but also the email marketing functionality all in one.One recommendation is that you dont think of this as an equivalent to the more premium CRMs in the marketplace. This is designed more so for small to medium sized businesses, not enterprises which would be better suited for a more robust platform, such as Salesforce.Also, hopefully soon the platform will have a mobile version (no longer in beta format), or app ready to go. For companies that have sales people meeting with prospects, this would be a good feature for SalesNexus to have so it doesnt become cumbersome (with limited functionality) to input new contact data, search, and add new sales opportunities.
