I spent over $200 for them to do a deep clean - I specifically wanted my refrigerator cleaned - their cleaning crew told me that they disn’t clean refrigerators even when their company brochure say that the do - even when I was assured that the do during our first convo - I should be ecstatic with the job they did after spending that kind of money - I AM JUST EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

This is the third maid service Ive used in the Cinco Ranch area and they are BY FAR the best. They are the fastest, they do the best job at the lowest cost. Dont think you have to do it yourself to have your house perfectly cleaned. These guys are AWESOME!

They are fantastic! .This was the first time that I a crew of 3 professional cleaned my house . * 3 maids, clean faster and at the end I paid less of what I was paying using the other company.*the hard water stains at the glass shower door, and the mildew in the bathroom are 100% gone.*they give me a free touch point cleaning with my deep cleaning.* they were very friendly and respectful. Westside Maids cleans for me just once a month. They do a fair job at a reasonable price. Everything is just surface cleaned, you need to be very specific with the girls to do anything special, I always upend my chairs so they will vacuum under them or move things on the floors or they clean around them. I tried 3 crews and on the 3rd try found a crew I liked so always ask for them. I have them use my vacuum as it is far superior to theirs. They do bring their own cleaning solutions because I dont think theirs do as good job as they should so I have them use my cleaning products for several cleaning jobs. They are usually prompt and for the reasonable price I do continue using them. They send a crew of 3 so are out of here in a reasonable period of time which I like. I dont care to have 1 person in here for several hours. You need to play it by ear for a couple of cleanings, see what they do and dont do to your satisfaction, then point out and ask them to do what you want.

The most thorough deep cleaning I have had since I moved to Houston 11 years ago. I highly recommend them.

I recently moved back to Houston after being out of Texas for a few years. I had previously been using Westside maids when I was in Katy. I moved to Cypress and thought I’d try my Mother in Laws cleaning service- not bad but not great either, and was nearly 2x as expensive. My husband got me a cleaning service through Amazon and it was a total joke! Worst ever!! I decided to go back to check with Westside Maids to see if they service this area- they do. My husband and I were both so happy with their quick, reliable and very affordable service. I won’t we trying any new companies. We are now scheduled for our 3rd service and will be having it done monthly.

Ive been using Westside Maids for many years and still love their service. The crews are hard working and conscientious about the job they are doing. The ladies are very friendly too.

I had a party the next day. Booked an appointment to get house cleaned. They canceled on me because the two houses they were too clean before me cancelled on them.

This was my second time hiring them to clean my home. I requested an hour long clean which was supposed to be $75.00. After they completed the job, they invoiced me for $92 and claimed they were at my home for an hour and ten minutes. The phone operator blamed me for not stopping them after an hour, but non of the cleaners speak English and I dont speak Spanish.. I made it clear over the phone that I only wanted an hour and it was not my responsibility to reiterate that when it was already arranged. After going back and forth, I am going to pay them, will never use this company again. They will rip you off then nickle and dime you.

This was the first time to have a cleaning. They will be returning and every two weeks there after.

They got right to work when they got here. And did an good job. But when I went around the next day noticed they have missed a lot of things and the cleaner they used left streak marks every where. Okay for the price though. But I had to do some more cleaning up after them unfortunately.

Ive never used their service, but did observe the driver of one of their vehicles throwing trash out of their car window at a stoplight a couple of weeks ago. Littering is unacceptable. I found it a bit ironic given that this is a cleaning company.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY.1. showed up two and a half hours late to a clean and gave us attitude when we opened the door saying were busy. Did not apologize and did a horrible job.2. Dont count on them calling you 30 minutes ahead, its not gonna happen.3. They got locked out of their car and my neighbors were outside and heard one of the cleaning ladies say why dont you ask the black one over there to help Im sure he knows how to break into cars too bad for the them the black one spoke Spanish! Wth.I dont even know why I should even have to mention the last one because it is so ridiculous.Not to mention we called to let them know the issues and they didnt apologize once and all they could say was okay we will cancel your service.

Horrible scheduling service!!! I called them 1 week before to schedule my appointment. They called me back (which mean they have my right phone number) and made appointment and said will call me 1 day ahead to confirm the time. I didnt get any phone call from them. On the day of the appointment I called them, they said they called me the day before but someone said I didnt request for the cleaning so they didnt put me down. It turned out they called me with the wrong phone number. So I took a day off from work and waited for them just to hear them say I didnt make the appointment and blamed that I told them I would call them back and never did. This is a very irresponsible service, got the customer screwed up on their schedule and blame it on the customers fault. I dont know how good their cleaning is because this is my first time, but I would never use them again and if you dont want to go through the hassle of having to call them back to back, please do not do any business with this place!!!
