The Super Maids offer great services. Their staff do an excellent job cleaning our home every week and are very pleasant, honest and timely. We have been using their services for over 1 year and have had no problems. We highly recommend them.

I will never use this company again! I have used cleaning services for years and know exactly what my home needs for a deep clean. They told me one thing and then scheduled something else. They cut my 3 hour deep cleaning time to 2 hours and added another maid. I requested 3 hours with 2 maids. My problem with this is that I knew that my home would not get the proper deep cleaning in 2 hours. 2 hours is a standard cleaning!!! They did not notify me in advance and then tried to argue with me when I complained. I found out once I made it home for my appointment!!! NO ADVANCED NOTICE ABOUT ANY CHANGES!!! On top of that they charged me the same price and my home was NOT deep cleaned!! I could go on and on about all that was not cleaned because the poor ladies had to rush to make that 2 hour window. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! My home is not cleaned and I truly regret paying them. It is not the cleaners fault. They really tried!! Now I will have to hire another company or do it myself to truly get a deep clean because many things were left undone. Plus it didn’t smell clean. I’ve used them a few times before, but now never again!!! So disappointed!!

I used them back in January. They did a good job cleaning. Only reason I gave 4stars is because they broke one of the stoppers in the master bathroom sink but said nothing. Once I discovered it I got a suction cup and lifted it up and pulled it out. I havent replaced it yet. I plan on using them again but Ill be there to check everything is good before they leave.

I called and was able to schedule within a timely manner. There was an issue with their transportation and had to reschedule, which was not a problem. They came within the time frame that they informed me. My place is clean. Communication was easy. You can either call and talk or text them. I would use them again.

Great service. They were able to get me schedulled very fast. I have been hiring cleaners for quite a long time and I can honestly say The Super Maids Of Texas are the best. They were very thorough and efficient. I have hired them to clean my home twice a month.

Update: The booking process has improved. I like that I dont have to call to schedule, everything can get done online. I have used them about three or four times since the initial review. The service is still good and I am always satisfied with my cleanings.I purchased a groupon for four man hours of cleaning. The two ladies they sent did an amazing job on my house. This was the best cleaning I have had and I have tried alot of cleaners.The booking process isnt the best. I did the online form and never heard back. I had to call to schedule.

I bought their voucher on Groupon. Called them to make an appt, nobody picked up. Texted them, nobody responded. Called them again, left a voicemail saying pls call me so that I can schedule an appt. Nobody called back. Made an appt through their website, receive an email saying they will confirm it. Didn’t receive confirmation email, but I ended up waiting on day of appt just in case somebody decides to show up. Nobody did.I don’t know how their ratings are high when this is how they treat their customers.

The experience from beginning to end was great with this company! The booking was smooth and the two ladies showed up on time with their supplies. I appreciate that they begin the furthest from the front door leaving all counters, mirrors, floors, water closets clean and furniture dusted. They also cleaned the exterior of appliances in the kitchen and even inside the microwave which was nice. Lorena and Esmeralda were fantastic!

Good clear communication before, during, and after service. The team arrived early, were friendly, and did a very thorough job. I would hire them again.

Wow these maids were amazing. From the beginning when hey walked in they marched on and took charge of ge cleaning. Left my place immaculately clean and I will definitely use them again. They are extremely time efficient with their cleaning. Thank you for such great cleaning.

STAY AWAY! I purchased a Groupon and have left multiple messages for 2 months without a single call back! I even called from multiple numbers and filled out online requests. Its near impossible to contact Groupon either so its a pretty slick scam these people have going. They already got $90 of mine and plenty of others based on the reviews. Learn from my lesson and save yourself the money...and more importantly, the frustration and dont fall for this scam.

Im another person who got burned by this business not honoring a Groupon--in this case one my spouse bought me for Valentines Day. When I called to schedule, he asked if it was for a move out and I replied, no: I am disabled & needed some extra help with things like dusting and he immediately jumped in and said the Groupon cant be redeemed for Deep Cleaning, I said, thats not what I need, just some assistance with tasks that are a little more challenging for me.It seemed like he was implying that I was somehow extra dirty because Im mobility-impaired, but you would never know I had any issues just looking at my house, we are busy and my spouse travels a great deal and he knows how hard I work to keep up with it all which is why he bought me this deal. In tears because of how rude the cleaning manager guy was to me just now on the phone.I had previously read all the fine print of the Groupon and what services were supposedly included: dusting was definitely one & seems pretty basic for a cleaning service. I would have considered going from a one time service to a monthly if it worked out but certainly not after this.The Groupon people just gave me a refund. They were nice about it and asked me if I wanted to transfer the money to a different maid service but honestly it took a lot to even think about getting a service (I was brought up to be self-reliant no matter what) and I dont want to face awkwardness or any further judgmental attitude so I will just manage as best I can on my own.

The two maids did a great job at cleaning everything within two hours (I thought it would take at least 3 hours). However, my reason for giving 3 out of 5 is due to the schedule and time tracking.My appointment was set at 9AM, but they were 25 minutes late. They completed everything in 2 hours.After completion, the Office called me back to let me know the recorded time was 2.5 hours. I explained that their recorded time was incorrect. It was eventually corrected. I was pleased that the issue was handled professionally and smoothly.Id recommend this company because of the fantastic results; however, to a potential customer Id suggest writing down the time of arrival and completion for documentation.To the company, Id suggest implementing a time tracking device or paper documents that requires both parties to sign prior to starting and after completing the appointment.

The maids work incredibly slow. Imagine my surprise when I come home from work at 9:00 pm and find that the maids are still there.I originally hired Super Maids of Texas to clean my house before Christmas. They were the only maid service out of 15 that I called that had any availability around that time. That shouldve been a red flag to me immediately.When I got home from their initial cleaning, I was not impressed. However, I had not left them a listing of things that I needed done. So I thought that the second time around I would give them more guidance. I wrote them a list the second time.They did a very poor job at almost every task I asked them to do. My bed was poorly made and the comforter not on correctly, there were towels and blankets in a basket that were not folded, the floors were filthy, the cabinets, furniture, and tables were streaky from the polish that was used. I had to re-clean my house the next day. Thats the last thing I want to do when I come home from work.When I expressed to Milton that I was disappointed in the job that was performed, he proceeded to charge my card for the full amount. The maids wasted a ton of time cleaning my blinds, even though I did not ask them to clean my blinds. He wanted me to eat that time.When I asked for a discount, he told me that most people are grateful for the work that they do in their houses. I dont know what these people did for 6.5 hours, so no, Im not grateful, instead Im horribly concerned.I received a very small discount that doesnt make up for the time I had to spend cleaning up what the maids couldnt.I would not recommend this service!!!!!

Have used them for several years. Always prompt, very efficient and do a great job! I would recommend them to anyone, and do when someone asks. The ladies are pleasant and hard working. I have been very pleased with the service.

I was pleased with my first experience with Super Maids. They cleaned my home thoroughly within the time allotted for my visit. I didn’t think it was going to get done but they finished strong.

We purchased a groupon and tried to schedule cleaning via phone call the week of November 12th. They responded via text to tell us that they only had appointments the week of November 18th. We asked to book and did not hear back. Today I called and no one answered. I messaged through google and was told they only have availability December 2nd. I asked to book and again they stopped responding. At this point I have requested a refund and highly recommend not using their services. While their reviews look good on groupon on Yelp theyre only rated 2 stars.

Customer service is definitely lacking, I called twice spoke to someone who was friendly and promised a return call to make an appointment, but it never came. I called again left a message, received a text in return, however, when I asked for an appointment, I never got a response. It’s sad, I wanted to use their company because they offer all that I need to get my rental home ready for the next tenants, just wish I could get a response....

The cleaning itself was what I expected and prices were comparable to other local services; however, the scheduling experience and communication about appointments was among the worst I have encountered. I set up routine cleaning which was booked on Friday evening at 9pm. I left 3 messages/texts to reschedule the cleaning for a time that was more suitable (mother of 2 small children) and no one got back to me. They never showed up and I have still not received any follow up phone call. I will not be using or recommending this service to anyone. For a one time cleaning with a groupon it may be worth the money but be prepared if they show up late or not at all.

Total game-changer when it comes to Maids! Not only are these made fast and efficient they are also very welcoming and customer-friendly. Will definitely be using them again in the near future!

The Super Maids of Texas did a superb job. My home has never been so clean. I had a service that cleaned my house for 2 years and I had several issues with the way they cleaned my home. After trying to correct so many things that were never corrected, I decided to another company a try. I am so glad I did. I was throwing my money away.... The Super Maids really know how to clean.

I called them to basically mop my floor and they showed up with 3 people. After 2 hours they told me that they need me to pay extra to mop the floor! What? My house was really clean and did not need anything besides cleaning the floor, and they use their dirty tactics to charge me more money! I do not recommend these crooks at all!

To summarize, this company didn’t show for the first appointment after they confirmed the same day. I had to reach out to them to reschedule, for which they blamed Hurricane Harvey for the no show which would be an acceptable excuse had they not confirmed just hours before or reached out to me to tell me they were not coming. They rescheduled for 2:30, but when I received the confirmation, it said 11:30. I had to contact them to let them know I would not be there for that time and to keep the originally scheduled time. The ladies still showed up 45 minutes early, and I had trouble explaining to them they were early due to the language barrier. The ladies took an hour to clean the kitchen. They put the dishes in the dishwasher, but did not wash them and did not tell me. I had to find out the hard way. The cleaning was subpar. I could have done a better job. The master bedroom had a few clothing items on the bed. They moved the clothes, in a pile to a chair in the room and made the bed. I understand not hanging them up, but at least fold them. The ladies worked for 2 hours and left. Although I had a Living Social voucher, I received an invoice. I contacted them to let them know. They said they would get it taken care of. I am still receiving texts to pay the invoice. Very disappointed in the quality of service all around and would not recommend them to anyone. If I had paid cash, I would request my money back.

Listen to all these other bad reviews. this company is the most unprofessional and immature adults ive ever seen.we used the groupon deal to get a house cleaning. They didnt do much of anything except clean the bathroom and sink and make our bed.the real problem is that they broke our $500 microwave and REFUSE to do anything about it.First of all, it took my boyfriend and I weeks of calling to even get anyone to acknowledge us. Once we were able to get a call through, this company said that the microwave could have already been broken and they were in no way responsible. This is false. I had JUST used the microwave that morning. When I got home in the afternoon, it was broken. The touch panel was unresponsive and there was an error code on the screen.After a lot of attitude and annoyance, the company agreed to at least send a repair technician to our house to look at the microwave to determine if it could have been the cleaners who broke it.(This was after my boyfriend had to get a little nasty with them over the phone, because whoever the manager of this company is said that since my boyfriend left a bad google review, they werent going to fix it. Literally dealing with immature children here.)The repair tech was supposed to come between 3 and 5. At 3:30 they texted my boyfriend and said they canceled the appointment and decided that they were not going to be responsible for our microwave. Essentially too bad, so sad.We have both reported them to the Better Business Bureau for this absurd and fraudulent behavior. We are also talking about pursuing legal action. If you break something, you fix it. They were hoping we would just let it go, which is why they have been ignoring us and giving us the runaround. But we wont quit.Do NOT use this company. Nevermind the fact that their work is shoddy- dealing with these people at a customer service level has been nothing but a frustrating, infuriating mess. Stay away and find another cleaning company.
