I could not ask for a better group of professionals to help me on my fitness journey! The entire staff is supportive and friendly, and I always leave feeling better than I did when I arrived. Every workout is unique and challenging. The environment is welcoming and all of the clientele supports each other. I love all of the trainers but have especially enjoyed working with Kinsey. She has been my rock for several years and has really helped me to re-frame my thinking in terms of health and nutrition. I can always trust that Kinsey has my best interest in mind, and whats even better- she manages to make exercise fun and enjoyable! Thanks to the entire Train Station staff for changing my life!

I have been a client at The Train Station for 12 years, and have loved every minute of my experience. I’ve worked out with every trainer and have benefited from the expertise of all. Each trainer brings her own style to the workouts, and each one, to a woman, brings her A Game all the time. Besides that, we have fun and, wow, do you see results. You’ll work harder than you’ve ever worked, but feel more rewarded than ever, too. The equipment is top notch, the workouts varied to meet each client’s goals while challenging you every step of the way. It also helps that the studio environment is so welcoming and positive. If you’re looking for a workout tailored to your needs, while working out in a safe, accepting, positive, all female environment, you need to join The Train Station family. I have been a client of the Train Station for over ten years. It has been and continues to be the best experience with a trainer and gym that I’ve had. I’ve had the same trainer during this time. The workout is catered to my needs and/or limitations which enables me to remain strong, able and independent as I age. When other trainers have stepped in as needed on occasion, they also are excellent and have my records to follow for my workout.The gym is for women only and located in a house with several different workout areas. The equipment is plentiful and up to date. There is also a pool.I highly recommend this if you are looking for a very personal, supportive and comfortable place to workout!

Ive been a client for years and am in the best shape of my life. I always look forward to my workout and its never boring (but it is always a challenge). The trainers here are fun, friendly, and best of all, really focus on helping you set and achieve realistic goals. Its a great, supportive community.

I have been a client at The Train Station for over 2 years now. As someone who was new to working out, I was hesitant to start at a large intimidating gym. All of the trainers, as well as the other clients, are so great, helpful, and welcoming. Every session is different and challenging in a new way. The trainers really tailor each workout to the individual client and her personal fitness goals. I am so glad I found The Train Station.

The Train Station is a great place to work out – and better yet, its all women! The trainers are friendly and kind and really seem to care about you and your fitness goals. They are encouraging but also considerate of your physical challenges. Theres also a cardio area where you can burn some extra calories before or after your workout. I cant say enough good things about this place.

I started at the Train Station a year and a half ago, and I love this place! Out of all the gyms, studios, and personal training sessions I’ve ever tried, the Train Station has been the most enjoyable and challenging experience. I work a physically demanding job in healthcare, and my trainers Briana and Kinsey tailor my workouts for both fitness and proper body mechanics for my job. They not only utilize a variety of workout equipment from the Pilates reformer to the punching bag, the TRX machine, and free weights, but they also communicate thoroughly with each other so that each is aware of any challenges I’ve had for the week. This place feels like more than a training place, it feels like a family. It’s a safe place to work on my goals. I’m far from the ideal physically fit body type, and the entire staff and other clients make me feel comfortable.

I have been going here for 17 years and I love it. I really enjoy the summer Aqua fitness and the winter Cardio Core classes.. I am a runner and when I need to get really strong for a marathon this is the place to go. They know exactly what to do to get my body in the right shape for a successful marathon.. Thank you !!!

Full range of equipment including TRX, Pilates reformer, free weights, aqua fitness, treadmill and more. All of the trainers are certified, friendly and driven to help you succeed.
